My husband and I will be first time homw owners and after we got the inspection done and the inspector said there were "roof problems" I got a headache. I didn't know where to turn or what company would not try to rip us off knowing we 1 know nothing about roofing and 2 give us the right information and estimate before going to closing.
When I started my google search it was overwhelming but I happened to come across Arocon and gave them a call. After speaking with the customer service woman she advised she would call me back if the person that works on Sundays would be able to fit us in. Not even 5 minutes later Jason called me back and said he was sitting with the lady and heard the phone call and seen the report I sent over and he HAD to come out that Sunday to look at our roof.
When Sunday came Jason was prompt he went up on the roof took pictures (the investigator didn't even do that) as well as inspected our attack. Once he finished his inspection he came in explained everything answered every single question I had, drew pictures, showed us all the pictures he took and explained in detail every single aspect of work that needed to be done.
When I tell you the weight was lifted off my shoulders it truly was, he made sure we understood what the problem was, how to fix it and how to care for and monitor our roof to make sure we stay on top of things. I could not have asked for a better person to come out. He was friendly to top it off and I would not think about going to another company.
I not only would recommend Arocon but more so ask for Jason to be the one to come out to your home. You will know everything you need to know when he leaves and they are very affordable. Once the work is complete this will be a 5 star rating!
