As we found out that our house where we moved 3 years ago was due for a new roof, we turned to friends for referrals. From the first phone call (Brittany), to the emergency visit (Austin) to the estimate (Trey) I got a sense of knowledge and a sense of knowing that we were dealing with people who cared about what they do and the service they provide. That matters a lot to me. From courtesy to honesty, from friendliness to practicality. I have no doubt that the replacement phase will be as successful as the intro/shocking phase :).
