Jesse Brossoit cameout to the home, 10 minutes early- set up everything, told us what he was going to do and before we could say, "OK," he was all over the roof. It took me a few minutes to realize that there was only one person and not three. Safety first- very careful on the roof, addressed all the issues to include missing shingles; caulked all that needed to be caulked- and showed me from the roof- things that had to be taken care of. Once inside, he removed his shoes until he was in the attic and replaced a burnt out bulb, pointed out the non-working fan and then, patiently explained to us what was ok with the roof and what was likely to give us trouble in the near future. No selling- just explaining what he saw with his experience. Never any scary words to push us to buy anything. Showed us photos that he just took on the roof also. Outstanding technician and customer service skills. Polite, very hard working and friendly. This speaks volumes about the company. Great job, Jesse!
