We contacted Arocon to have our roof replaced in May 2018. The sales representative presented a high quality sales pitch along with colorful brochures. One of the selling points for us was the fact that Arocon would tarp and cover the entire outside of our home to prevent nails and old roofing materials from falling on the bushes and plants. We signed the contract and in July the roof was replaced. The work was not professionally completed - nor were we informed that the company was going to replace the roof on the day it was completed. The tarp was NOT installed there were nails, old shingles, and wood particles in our yard. Also, awning over a double window was torn and covered with duck tape.Our lawn mower and two cars got nails in the tires and had to be repaired. Initially the salesperson was sorry regarding the situation and offered $50.00 off the cost of $15K roof - insulting. Later on they did take off $800 from the cost for not installing the tarp. We have had to contact them time after time regarding the awning. There was never any follow up from Arocon it has always been us calling and messaging them for any resolutions. We would never recommend this company for any roofing or construction projects.
