Had Kevin come out on Monday to give us an estimat...

Had Kevin come out on Monday to give us an estimate for a complete replacement off of our siding, shutters, gutters and trim. He had asked us to allow 2 days or so to provide the estimate. I am in the plumbing field so I understand that these things take time. After not receiving the estimate by Thursday, I emailed Brittany to see if it was ready. She informed me that she would contact Kevin and have it sent out asap. It is now Saturday morning.....still no estimate. This is very disappointing considering Kevin had done a good job selling his product and being personable that we were prepared to put a deposit down as long as the pricing wasnt outrageous. We have had several other estimates, all which fall into about the same price range, all Arogon had to do was come close. At this point, we will be considering other companies who were prompt with their responses.

UPDATE: The estimate was emailed to me on the evening of June 18th, one week after the initial visit. Kevin called me on June 19th to apologize and provide an explanation for the delay. He informed me that he had just heard back from his distributors that morning and was sorry for the lack of communication in the mean time. After letting him know that i had decided to go with another company, he said he was sorry to hear that but understood. Arocon's estimate was slightly higher than others and unfortunately, with the delay, I contacted another contractor in the meantime. Kevin was able to provide an explanation for the added cost and warned me to be aware of "change orders" from the company I choose to use. I would change my rating to 3-1/2 stars based upon the follow up. Honestly, I would have liked to have used Arogon if not for the lack of communication and slightly higher cost.
