We all know first impression is everything. I was every impressed with Arocon from the first phone conversation to the day Jason E. came out to my home for the roof tune-up. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. He examined the roof and took pictures, then came down to discuss and explained his findings. He made sure all my questions were answered, and didn't try to rush the job so he can be on his way like so many other contractors I've seen.
