Have brought and sold several houses through Apple Homes and cannot recommend Ken, Peter, Michael and the team highly enough. I cannot speak highly enough about Apple Homes, they offer a fantastic service. The quality of the photos taken and the brochure produced to sell my house was excellent and it sold in less than a week! The quality was so much higher than that of competitors in the area, they really did a fantastic job which was far beyond my expectations. Nothing is too much trouble and their communication is faultless. They keep you informed at all times when selling your house and reply very quickly to correspondence. Phil, Ken and Peter are highly professional yet approachable and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. All members of the team know about your property so if someone is out of the office, one of their colleagues can help you and they all know the latest situation therefore helping you immediately. Their fees are very reasonable and offer excellent value for your money. Well researched mortgage advice is also available from Phil who will find you the best deal. I will be telling all of my friends and family to sell using Apple Homes as I have been so impressed with the services they offer.

Apple Homes provided a wonderful service, far beyond our expectations. Previously we used a different estate agent and the house didn t move. Within a couple of weeks Apple Homes had secured a sale. We were very impressed with the Apple Homes team throughout the process of selling our house. Peter in particular handled a complex and protracted chain very well. Before putting our house on the market we had considered using an online real estate agent like Purple Bricks but we re very glad we chose to go with a physical estate agency based locally, where there was always someone on the end of the line to push things along and keep us updated. This proved invaluable.

We've just bought a home through Apple and have never experienced estate agency service like it. Michael, who we dealt with initially, was friendly and helpful at viewings, Peter again was always helpful and approachable. Without a shadow of a doubt, Apple homes are by far the best estate agent out there. Ken & Peter dealt with the sale of my property and I cannot fault a single thing. They are professional, listen and take time to make sure the job is done. Nothing is ever a problem and as this was the first time I have ever sold a property, I can honestly say I made the right choice to go with them. There experience is second to none and would 100% recommend them to anyone.
