We have just concluded what can only be described as an epic sale... over 9 months from sale to completion! Ken and his team stuck with it, Ken was particularly tenacious with all parties in the chain, eventually helping get the house sell past the finish line yesterday! Can't recommend them highly enough and in these days of internet house sales becoming more common; having a pro team on your side, people who know the market and the movers in it - is most definitely worth the fee.
