Services and food are awesome... Especially liked the deserts

Ground floor eatries are excellent and so is the service. Any of the buffet on upper levels is below standards and not even close to mediocre in terms of taste only. One of their cooking stations will occasionally smoke out the whole buffet floor. Also, beware that the chefs have very fragile ego and will dismiss any of your complains unless you are not brown skined or in suit. Eg. On one occasion my Japanese friend ordered cold soda noodles and they served it "Hakka noodles style" and tried to convince her that she does not know what are soba noodles...

Nice ambience, generous hospitality, sumptuous food, amazingly in heaven Spa services.

Lovely hotel, good management, and great customer service from each level of staff. Great spa experience, great food. Don't miss the Breakfast. Hotel Manager Mr Abu Khan was very wonderful and great guy and helpful.

A peaceful Atmosphere, Enjoyable Experience of Morning Breakfast With Family.

I had gone to Westin Goregaon with my wife to have our anniversary lunch, as she was the one who picked the place like every year.
There are few good reviews which led us there too. While we reached there - we had liked the ambience. However the food was not as good as it was rated in the review - we had gone buffet lunch.
There are 3 Key observations :
1. Starters and salads were good. And desert too.
2. The food was cold and most of their dishes were not refilled by them. We had ordered for gilled food from the live counter - it came after I picked up the desert.
3. Taste was blank - some of the food which were available had no taste. Example : Fish (both Chinese and Northern Indian).
I guess the amount money that you pay to enjoy your meal with you family, is no less than any Star restaurant, however the food quality was poor. I wish they can do better.

This place is awesome for high profile seminar and exhibition like but it's very costly but awesome and also staying

Ball room. Very poor service untrained waiters cold and tasteless starters no good main course. The only saving grace were the starters. All in all a not so good an experience.

The Westin near Oberoi Mall, Goregaon is all elegance and grandeur. I was here for a friend's wedding, which meant that the ballroom and hall were bedecked magnificently to accentuate the spectacular interiors. The rooms were spacious and up to international standards and the service was world class and award-worthy. The only teeny little complaint I have is towards the elevators, which serve close to 30 storeys (if I remember correctly) but are only 3 in number. This results in a pretty high waiting time of close to 10 minutes and in the time it takes to swipe your card and choose your desired floor, you could miss your destination if it is just a level or two. One of the matters that needs to be urgently looked into especially since Westin hosts a wide variety of crowds and it can be especially inconvenient for people on Business trips where time is of paramount importance.

The Westin Mumbai Gaden City has grand entrance lobby. The banquet hall is good also the buffet was delicious.

The Hotel itself is pristine, shining, and gleaming. The rooms were exceptional, and the morning breakfast was superb, with chefs on hand to prepare a number of dishes for you at a moments notice.

Perfect place for stay and excellent place for conference. I have been here for one night stay, i found room was quite spacious and the quality of the staff is just perfect also food quality is excellent as well as delicious. Also i had attend our conference here and found conference area and all the amenities is just beautiful !! Highly Recommended

Love the ambience,food and service.I have tried the breakfast buffet there and enjoyed it.They have a combination of English and Indian breakfast items.I recommend to try at least once.

The Westin has become a landmark in the western suburbs.It stands true and provides the best service n food in Mumbai .the service is very good and the view of the city is amazing.

Used the business room. Amazing ambience. Seasons restaurant on 18th floor has got a greeeeat variety of food and a lovely City view. Not to be missed.

Really good hotel with best in class services. Located off Western Express Highway makes it more easy and convenient for guests travelling to and from airport.

Located in the Mumbai suburbs of Goregaon this place is wonderfully surrounded by lush greenery. The Oberoi Commerz has a really well managed space for offices. It is alongside the western express highway and so it has a proper connectivity to airport as well.

Probably my favorite hotel in Mumbai. Staff members are wonderful and the rooms are excellent. Highly recommend it.

This place sucks.Body language of staff is pathetic.We came for a dinner at kangan.To my utter surprise @ 10pm they are booking the table and waiting for Guests to arrive and letting off the Guests who are at the site.If you want to speak to any Sr personnel,none is available.Guys wake up,you are in the hospitality industry,demonstrate a little courtesy to walk in guests and live up the brand name of Oberoi !!
