We've just bought a home through Apple and have never experienced estate agency service like it. Michael, who we dealt with initially, was friendly and helpful at viewings, Peter again was always helpful and approachable. Finally, Ken's service of keeping buyer and seller in touch with each other throughout and almost a "project management" view over the entire process, was just fantastic. Unprecedented service that is just above and beyond the norm. Consequently, we're confident in putting my partner's flat in their hands to sell or manage as a letting.
