I cannot speak highly enough about Apple Homes, they offer a fantastic service. The quality of the photos taken and the brochure produced to sell my house was excellent and it sold in less than a week! The quality was so much higher than that of competitors in the area, they really did a fantastic job which was far beyond my expectations. Nothing is too much trouble and their communication is faultless. They keep you informed at all times when selling your house and reply very quickly to correspondence. Phil, Ken and Peter are highly professional yet approachable and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. All members of the team know about your property so if someone is out of the office, one of their colleagues can help you and they all know the latest situation therefore helping you immediately. Their fees are very reasonable and offer excellent value for your money. Well researched mortgage advice is also available from Phil who will find you the best deal. I will be telling all of my friends and family to sell using Apple Homes as I have been so impressed with the services they offer.
