Apple is arguably the best computer brand in the world. Apple also has one of the best customer service in US. They are probably the only store where you dont have to wait in line for payment. You can just pay your bill to the sales represtative. Apple is also probably one of the most cleanest store in NYC.

This Apple Store is great, and, like any Apple Store, is nicely designed, clean, and has good service. Because it is a main Apple Store, it is well-stocked. The Genius Bar is great, and that's the problem. If I were to make a reservation at the Genius Bar, my reservation would have to be around two days from now. Some other Apple stores in the city are less packed, so I suggest that you go elsewhere for Genius Bar appointments. Additionally, the Apple Store gets lots of foot traffic, especially in certain hours, because it is in a very popular part of SoHo. One major plus about this Apple Store is its theater upstairs. On the second level, there is a mini-auditorium for demos, presentations, and sometimes interviews with developers, filmmakers, and more. Some notable people who have been interviewed at this Apple Store is Amy Schumer, and the Kardashian family. I like this Apple Store, a lot, actually, but I do not consider it to have much of an advantage over other stores in the city, like the infamous 59th Street location. If this is not the closest Apple Store location to you, I do not suggest that you come here, however, if you are in the neighborhood, or live near it, I do suggest that you stop by.

Rude, rude, rude customer service. Steve Jobs would not approve. Over the last few years I and my family have spent over $10,000 in Apple products. Twice in the last month I was here purchasing stuff and the staff could not have been nice. "Come in anytime and we can help. We have a help desk with someone available all the time, no appointment needed."

SO today, when my iPad malfunctioned I was greeted by a stern man who told me no one could help me and the next available appointment was in several hours. I spend 90 minutes in a sweaty subway to get here. Not happy.

BAD BAD BAD customer service

I love this apple store! First of all it's not ridiculously crowded like the one on 5th ave by central park and the plaza hotel. It's PURE CHAOS in there! This one in Soho is nice and calm. I went there mid afternoon on a Saturday trying to mentally prepare myself for madness but it was great. Not too crowded and I was actually able to use and familiarize myself with the iphone 7, which is why I came. Someone came to answer my questions within a few minutes. She was incredibly friendly and stayed as long as I needed. Very knowledgable, but when I asked a question she wasn't quite sure of, she said she was happy to figure it with me and that led to me finding out about another cool, unrelated feature on the new iphone. Apple Store Soho is now my new go-to!

Came here on relatively short notice but despite this I was able to book an appointment to come in. I already knew what I was coming in to buy (iPhone SE 2020) and the staff was able to expedite my purchase. I was in and out within 15 minutes. This is my first experience with Apple and I m glad to say it went well.

Repeatedly said they couldn't give me a price quote for a repair over the phone because they had to have a look at the computer, so I take time out of my schedule to lug everything to the store and the guy tells me the price of the repair (almost six times what your local electronics store would do it for) without me even taking it out of my bag.

So much fun to play on all of the mac computers and ipads! Great service though, I needed to fix something and they were glad to help. Great place to explore and try new things. The windows always make you want to come inside. I used to be a pc user, but now I have changed.

Today I had the pleasure of been served by Frank who took care of my order (new 11ProMax) and Keun whom assist me with my new screen protector and with some very useful tips about my new phone (upgrading from a 8+).
Waiting time was less than expected and the customer services was top level on my book. Thank you Frank and Keun, my wife and I will be back before Xmas to get her new iPhone 11 :-)

Very friendly staff. I had a problem with my iPhone (hairline crack), and they replaced it free of charge! (it was still under warranty) If you like Macs, this is a great place to get repairs/service. The staff treats you well, with respect.

The first girl who helped me (black girl with weave braids, I forgot her ghetto name) did not seem genuine, she didn t even want to finish helping me. All she wanted to do was chat with her coworkers, about 5-10 different side conversations instead of doing her job consistently! Then she passed me off to someone else before finishing, she just seemed so fake. I observed a lot of the workers there and I noticed they just hire anyone! Girls work there with their hair unkempt, ratchet as hell, just unprofessional all around! Avoid going to this apple store!!!

Then I was asked if it's okay to check my body temperature. And I was asked couple of questions for covid 19 then I was allowed to enter the store

Something great every thing was Disinfected and all Apple team were working deligently to disinfect everything

The I did the checkout if my order. And was asked if I have any questions then I left the whole process took less than 15 min

Once my computer was ready from a $500 repair I didn't receive a call for over a week, so I called apple support and they told me that my computer had been ready for the last four days and they called 3 days prior. Not only did I not receive the call, but leaving a message, sending a text, or sending an email all would have been helpful since clearly no one was told about the finished repair.

I went to the Apple store in the World Trade Ctr. on the same day but it was in Apple SOHO where I felt what the true customer service is. Thnx, A-SOHO, you impressed me to the level of the sky and I am pleased to write this grateful review.

Here's a rule of thumb: If you're walking in here to browse, look around, or just generally chillax, prepare to be approached multiple times by enthusiastic, willing to help, green-shirted Apple employees. If, however, you have a specific purpose in mind when walking through those double glass doors, then you will be ignored outright. (This rule may apply elsewhere as well.) Otherwise, no one beats Apple at showcasing products, offering free wifi, daily workshops, and what-have-you. Great place.

The Apple Store while often crowded is well run and everything is displayed nicely. The sales help is always awesome and of course Apple products are the best made period. I have never had a bad experience here. I often come just to browse or to learn some more about the Apple products I own.
