Decent experience. They tried to help but fell short of having actual experience trouble shooting their own products. Really nice people but I don't feel like Apple pushes their employees to fix things- just sell products.

Great service. One of the best genius bar that I have ever been to. The geniuses are extremely helpful and they ALWAYS advocate for you. They try their best to provide you with their best option available, so you can get services as soon as possible at the lowest cost. Wonderful staff at this store. Taliyah and Ralphie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Best experience ever-
I was in a crunch trying to buy a 15" pro before leaving the country. Unfortunately, apple was refreshing the computer at the time, so none of the other stores in NYC could help me find one before I left. However, Mark-- the Senior Manager-- really went out of his way to assist me and made my life so much easier. Pico, Kenneth and Nicole were the absolute greatest and took their time to help me through payment issues, my difficult timeline, and everything else.

I would recommend this store over any in NYC. The staff here are knowledgeable, attentive, hilarious, cool and will help you out when you're in a crunch.

VERY HAPPY TODAY! wrecked my iphone 7 Plus 256 very bad this morning! screen was shattered. they charged me 160$(tax included) to change the screen. They did, it worked fine, but they offered me another option of a new device!! same model, same color, no extra charges! i cant believe this! now I have a new phone! they helped me to back up my information before they reset my broken phone. Plus that, before I went there again to change my earpod. They are all polite, very nice and friendly! I do not go to any other store in Manhattan coz I am very happy and satisfied with their service. Good job Apple geniuses!!

These guys are the greatest! I've had only pleasant experiences at this Apple store, with fast service, friendly workers, and really reliable results. I've never left anything but pleasantly surprised and with a fully functioning phone. I highly recommend this apple store for all of your apple needs.

The staff here, to put it simply, suck. They're pretty much all self-absorbed pompous children who refuse to even look your way untill you've actually poked them or stepped directly in their way. They are very unhelpful and always act as if you are inconveniencing them. On my first visit there I was treated very nicely by the manager and one charming girl at the genius bar, but, sadly, I can hardly say the same for the rest of the staff. If you're not prepared to be assertive when you're there for much needed service, avoid this location at all costs.

Your service was one of the best. That's why I choose to use mac rather than other laptops. But now your old laptops is just a garbage to them. Even though nothing is wrong with it. Just the battery that too old and you don't have the option to replace them anymore. Your option now is to buy the new "MacBookPro" that is not so pro with lots of limitations that you have to live with. And the most expensive laptops like it was made of gold.

Overpriced products and repairs are what you'll find at this Apple store. The high prices would not be so unbearable if the products were designed to last. However, Apple products do not last long, and the price to have one repaired is as exorbitant as the purchase price. I would recommend staying away from this Apple store.

My iPhone 5S is over heating when talking on the phone for 10 minutes, even with it's charging for 30 minutes. So today I brought my iPhone 5S to this Apple retail store, and they told me my phone is fine based on the diagnostic report. And what they meant is that I "came for trouble", they refuse to give me a replacement. They are expecting my phone to be shuts off by itself from over heating next time and then bring in the phone. I was so pissed, because this means that this phone might explode when it's over heated, and I have to live with panic every time when I'm using the phone or charging.

This is a very nice store and usually not too crowded. It's about a 5 minute walk from the Broadway/Lafayette subway stop. This is a big store carrying their full product line, accessories, and the Genius Bar. I have taken my Mac Book Pro here a few times for warranty repairs and they generally finish within a day. They also have a nice theater on the 2nd floor for classes and special events.

It's always fun to check out some of the latest in technology from Apple here, and as usual for Apple Stores, the staff are super friendly and willing to help you with anything, which might get annoying if you're a super techy person like I am who knows a bit more than some of the staff

This is my first time visiting the store, unfortunately a very bad experience. The staff there are rude and unprofessional. After standing on the line for about half an hour to exchange my iPhone 6, I was told to wait on other line outside the store because she only did return. No apologies and even blamed me not to ask beforehand. I let her know I did ask two different people in the blue shirt, then she lost her patience and told me that she was not the one who gave me the wrong info. I will never visit this store again, and I will recommend Apple to retrain their employees.

I usually go to the Apple Store on 14 th and 9th area but walked in to the Soho sore to buy an Apple Watch. There were about 200 people in the store and I counted 6 employees. We waited on a line to get help for way too long. Fix this please. I own everything Apple plus the stock. Very frustrating. Actually there were 5 employees greeting people but not helping.

Worst experience ever. Last time we came here and we had been waiting for 3 hrs. And by the end of the appointment our problem didn't get solved. And the specialist got us a 3:30 appointment for today. And we are here now, they said they cannot find any reservation!!!! We are gonna wait another 50 min again!!!!

Firstly, I couldn't get an appointment because the voice operated nonsense asked me for my imei number (the apple genius didn't know how to get the number when I gave home my phone) after 15 useless question ( none about my email or any other identification)

Secondly, the staff is inattentive, and aren't even interested in feedback.

And the thing that annoys me the most is that, when I asked for a appointment the genius gave me a walking queue number. And when I insisted on an appointment, neither the message nor the mail had the appointment time in them.

THIS IS IT.

THE ONLY THING THAT PREVENTED ME FROM MOVING TO GOOGLE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHICH APPLE NO LONGER CARES ABOUT.

I am returning my iPhone 7+, my MacBook Pro, MacBook Air and my iPad AND MOVING TO THE GOOGLE INFRASTRUCTURE.
