Disgustingly long wait time, silly process of checking in "with nurse" then waiting for 45 minutes to be seen by "the doctor"
They turned my phone on and let the battery die then the genius John was so slow, so unwilling to help me and all that needed to happen was a restore because the new ios 7 crashed my phone. Really bad service.
