Melissa was phenomenal! My daughter and I walked in looking to upgrade our phones. Within a minute, Melissa started to help us, and maybe an hour later, we walked out with 2 new phones. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

I will always recommend this store before I referred anyone to any Apple Store. This store and their customer service skills are 100% worth the travel. Even their employee attitudes are so positive and help it set a beautiful peaceful tone and atmosphere in the store. I love it.

TERRIBLE, apple as a company is terrible when it comes to customer service. I have a serious problem with my IOS which doesn't allow me to access my phone and because apple is always booked!!!!!! i need to make an appointment two days in advance because the reps didnt want to squeeze my URGENT matter as a courtesy. so im phoneless for two days. what a joke!!!!!!! im done with apple.

Surprisingly bad service. Was told it would be a 45 minute wait before they could even tell me whether or not they would be able to accept my computer for a previously booked repair. All whilenthere were 6 customer service reps just hanging out chatting with each other and not helping customers

Like all Apple store very complete and well presented. Stresses the beautiful building, former mail, where is located. Go walking on that block is a walk.

The outside of this building reads Station A and it does get an A+ for service, events and products.
I never used this one for service but it seems to have their geek squad taking care of business. The store is well lit and well stocked.
This is one of the few stores in SoHo that allow you to use their bathrooms.
In case you didn't know they also have a stage area for events, concerts and it's all free!

Was here yesterday to request technical service for my Laptop, the waiting time was way too long, but at least they were able to solve the problem in 15 min. If not the wait they could be awesome. Apple pricing really require from them to offer the best service.

It was great. Was in and out in 20 minutes. No waiting. Got the iPhone X in the configuration I wanted. Series 3 watch in color and size I wanted no hassles no waiting. Store was crowded but staff was plentiful, attentive and friendly. Knew their stuff and checked me out on the spot, no waiting on Christmas Eve as store was closing. Gifts done! Should have gone earlier. May go back for another one

Beautiful place but I wish it wasn't so crowded. Apple employees aren't very unified when it comes to knowledge base so be careful. I've had four different employee tell me four different thing on a specific issue I had.

The Genius Bar is NOT such a genius process. When you have an issue with your device, and bring in to the store for repair or a replacement, you first wait for 2-3 hours before someone texts you. When you return to the store after 3 hours of waiting, you go upstairs and wait in a very crowded area like a sardine for another hour just for someone to call your name out. Then the Apple rep says OH WE DON'T HAVE YOUR iPHONE IN STOCK! Your $800.00 iPhone is not available at this store, and to make it even worst, the GENIUSES can't even contact another store to ask them to place one on hold for you after waiting 4 hours for your $800.00 phone. Crazy thing is...the $800.00 iPhone 6Plus literally stopped responding to my finger swipes. I didn't drop it, It didn't get any water on it, it just stopped F***ING working, and I HAD TO LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT A PHONE AFTER WAITING 4 HOURS of my Sunday.

Second day post corona and it was quick and helpful. They take your temperature but as long as you have an appointment they are very accommodating. My genius specialist was very helpful and I was in and out.

Apart from being an aesthetically pleasing store, the employees treated you with the utmost respect. I was well-informed before buying an iPhone and was even helped on putting a screen protector that I did not buy in the store. Joe was very charismatic while helping me and he even happened to know J.Cole! (bonus points), would definitely recommend coming here for any help buying Apple products.

Went in today because of an issue with iMovie. (It kept crashing on my computer.) Dillon, who helped me out at the Genius Bar, did an amazing job. The problem wasn't an easy fix, and we ended up trouble shooting for an hour and a half before we got the program to work.

Just heard from friend s bad experience in this store.the guy of genius s bar check her husband s iphone and said they can pay some money for exchanging a new phone.And the guy took the iphone away.When he return he said he opened the phone and check inside.He said someone did somthing to this phone they can't sevice this phone and said my friend lied to him.She was very upset that he said she is a lier.She thinks he is abusing her.It is her husband s phone.She called the husband immediately to ask if somebody open the phone before.But the husband said no .She is so angry and find another technician explained it.The another technician was going to exchange the iphone also.but after talk
ed with the previous technician the second technician returned said that could not service this phone and said they didn't open it.But the first technician did said that he opened it and said she was lieing to him he didn't ask if someone open it before That's abuse to her.She didn't know what he did to this phone.If someone opened the phone.He must be the first one to open it.and he lied to his collegue and manager that he didn't open or said she lied.She feels like they are looking for excuses not serving her.The manager and the collegue only trust and help themselves not considering client s situation.God will know that the first technician did said he opened it and she was lier.By the way he didn't got approve of her to open the phone.And after he denied that he said he opened the phone.Anyway That's a nightmare experience for my friend .Wasting her time and abusing her.She didn't have a good mood in the rest of the day.

They saved my butt tonight. My 2 week old iPhone. 7 plus went on the fritz. I ended up with a new phone and they patiently and expertly walked me through transferring things over to my new phone. I was very afraid of have to start from scratch after the initial restore failed but they worked with me. I felt the service was definitely worth the initial wait. Thank you Apple

MacBook Pro with pop-up saying battery needs a service. Quoted $479 for repair in store.

Contacted my employer who told me to take it elsewhere, as cost was so high relative to machine.

I told them I was leaving, and suddenly an 'error' on their machine meant the cost was now actually $199.

I really absolutely LOVE the tech who helped me. I believe her name is Thalia Robinson. She was super friendly, patient and went out of her way to help me and my little cousin out. We both had issues with our phones and patiently waited while my little cousin tried to figure out her iCloud pw. It was my first time getting Apple support and Thalia made it as smooth as possible.

We went to get my boyfriend's Macbook Air Pro fixed because the battery would not charge and the computer would not turn on unless it was plugged in to an outlet. We set an appointment and were kept waiting for far too long. They told us that the battery needed to be replaced so he gave it to them and paid to have it fixed. We got it back a week later and find out that the laptop is still broken and they didn't do anything to fix the problem.
