Went in on 12/5/18 to upgrade my phone. I had to wait 15 minutes before being seen. The person that did finally help me had to go ask someone 4 different questions and clearly didn t know what he was doing. I ended up not upgrading my phone and walking out because they didn t tell me information prior to upgrading like, I needed a credit card, when asked they said a debit card would work. I didn t know I required one of the other cellphone lines on my account to send me a code so had to wait for family to send me a code hey received via text message. Overall poor service and I had to walk out cause I didn t have a credit card. Disappointed in the folks upgrading who don t know the product they are selling or the process.
