I was a nervous wreck. All the tech savvy kids in my office just shook their heads after looking at my dead iPhone 6S as in "why don't you just make funeral arrangements and move on?". Not Jenny!! She resolved the problem and along the way re-assured me that everything was going to be okay. I was so excited to get my phone back in perfect health that I promised Jenny that I would have her baby...& by golly I will :) Shout out to Chris who made the experience not-so-terrifying.
