It seems that not even Apple can overcome the lazy customer non-service attitude of Perth! Have always been delighted with the service of Apple until two incidences in the past week (both at Booragoon and Perth stores). Suddenly the service has gone from "here's how we can help you" to "it's over there, get it yourself" and even "I don't know, order it online!". Not sure that's the customer service focus that Apple had in mind. Shame as I really thought there was hope there!
