Horrible customer experience. Got there 5 minutes ...

Horrible customer experience. Got there 5 minutes late and got told to wait around someone will be with me shortly. Ended up waiting like 7 minutes so I walked up to an employee and she told me I was too late, that they gave my appointment slot to someone else already. I understand apple is a big, busy company but I d expect they would also be able to afford to not be understaffed. This coming from a massive apple fan, but Genius Bar appointments are the bane of my existence.
