Today was the first time I've been in an Apple shop and you know it was great experience. First of all I liked the location and building they used. Secondly the staff arw very friendly and helpful - always trying to offer their help. The range of products is also very good. I think there is nothing to say new about it. It's just perfect!

I have been an apple user since the iphone 3 came out, ive had every model iphone since, two iMacs, two Macbooks, eight ipads, 2 iwatches, my business has three imacs and 4 ipads.
I had an accident with my iphone recently which i use for my business so it is an essential item, which damaged the screen making it difficult to use. I am in financial hardship at the moment and am scared of loosing my house... I just had the worst news ever when i went to get my phone repaired at the apple shop and was quoted between $450-$900.
My heart sank and had to leave the shop quickly as i was about to burst into tears. Why cant big business be a little more compassionate and understanding of small business owners who are struggling in todays financial climate...... what am i going to do???

I'll preface this review advising that I'm an Android enthusiast that visited here with my wife for a new phone. I've not used an Apple product before (believe it or not) and have nothing against Apple personally or professionally.
I had an extremely good experience at the store. The staff were extremely helpful, we were greeted and advised in a friendly, helpful and casual manner and found no pressure from any of the staff there on our potential purchase.
The store itself was laid out well and all their products available to demo and inspect and with enough of it available to test extensively without having to move on. The store is also large with enough space to chat with staff and be able to move around freely.
We ended up purchasing a product via a trade in and the sales assistant was professional and very welcoming and easy to talk to through the whole process and made sure everything was going fine through everything.
We walked out of the store very happy without any doubt in our purchase. If you are looking for a new Apple product I highly recommend the Apple store and know that you will not be disappointed with the service and availability.

The guy that served me was absolutely clueless about the products, and kept waffling on about what he liked rather than pointing out the benefits of the different features I was interested in. My experience was super frustrating, and I left the store unsure as to whether I had made the right decision buying the 8+.

We visited the Apple store with an iPhone that wouldn't charge and were told that we could have an appointment within 30 minutes to 2 hours. We got the text after one hour and 20 minutes saying that we could return to the store for the appointment.
We were seen by Aaron, who did everything that he could to solve the problem. Thank you Aaron, great customer service.

I came in to fix my watch, they told me to come back in two hours, have waited for 2 hours plus extra 20 mins to receive the text that I can see the technician. Then they told me to sit and wait for another 10 mins. If you told us to wait and if the timing is late vs the plan then a text should be sent to us so we know how long more to expect. Can t believe that the Apple service is so lousy.

I was told after Apple did a dodgy repair and they forgot to put screws back into my iPhone 6 that the phone wasn't covered and I needed to pay almost $500 for a replacement!!!!
Enough is enough never again will I buy an apple device

Jason from the Genius Bar and John at the sales department were so good, nice and helpful! Exceptional customer service! I had to be there for almost 3 hours until everything was finished and got thirsty after a while but couldn t get water from them but that s not their fault. But really??? Apple is selling thousand dollar devices and don t have the money to give the customers a cup of water? That s a bit embarrassing.

Took my 4 week old iphone 6 in, screen had been cracked by the baby so needed to get a new screen. Came back two hours later and told that would nee dto buy a new phone as there were faulty components int he phone and would cost me $350 to get a replacement as opposed to $129 for replacement screen.
I queoried that its 4 weeks old but the Irish manager by the name of Tony was quite aggresive and said it was not apples fault for faulty components. I questioned well whose fault was it, and he eventually agreed it was apples as they had put the phone togetether and sold me the device.
I then said happy to pay for new phone but want to keep old one for warranty claim. They refused to let me keep old one, so i walked out

In 2011 I was allowed use of one of their computers when I was truly homeless on the streets of Perth. I just wanted to touch base with Gmail and I was surprised to notice, Apple were using #Chrome as their favorite browser. The staff were all friendly and well versed in their training. They represent the Apple Brand with pride.

Third time trip to the city, tried to have my ipad fixed. 2 x wait for 3 hours after being told it will be soon. 3rd time apparently booked the wrong appointment and offered an hour wait. Gave up on Mac's then iphone now giving up on ipads.

Went in to have my battery replace. Thought I was gonna be in and out in a minute but something happened with my Apple ID and I was there for almost 2 hours. Laurence who helped me was very patient and helpful the whole time until the issue resolved. I m very happy with the whole experience.

Visited apple store today and It s pretty amazing on how they take covid 19 health regulation so seriously. But they do have to work on how they serve customer by being more patient and give a service that the customer needed, and not about things that they think we needed. I was there to get informations that I might could not get in the internet, not to argue with their staff. So disappointed!!
Tbh, I love apple products and have been being a loyal customers by using various apple products for years. I m still gonna buy apple products in the future, but probably not in this store with that kind of service!

It would be nicer if they could make the place more interesting, apple is known for its stunning presentation and astetics on their phones, laptops and other products Bringing it to peak standard for this store would push what apple strides to present in their catalogue as well as what presents apple as a whole...think different. And thats what i believe will drive a more engaging design. That big point being said, the staff are helpful, the products are well layed out for looking, sampling and trying. Its just i want a bit more in presentation from apple, its often where the ace in their hand truley lies.

Extremely poor customer service. Some of the staff has no skills in how to treat a customer. I had a bad experience with a young man from their crew treating me in a very abusive way, literally demanding me to know what do I wanted. He didn't even introduce himself, he was rude and even aggressive.
I was on the street wondering what line to join to enter the shop, I thought at first that he was a random guy drunk or in drugs. He get so close to me that I felt threatened, then I realised he was from the staff because he had a badge hanging from his pants barely visible.
Apple Perth needs to put more attention into who are they hiring and to train them better.

I had popped off the space bar on my macbook pro and had to get my keyboard changed. The service assistant who helped me was so lovely. She thoroughly explained to me everything that would happen to my laptop (getting the whole keyboard + battery changed). The wait wasn't long (maybe 5 minutes), and the service was efficient. I was anticipating my laptop to be done with repairs in 5 days, but to my delight, it was finished in 3. Had a great experience, overall.

Not about this shop but the item. Bought the latest iMac - fully upgraded for my work but now I totally regretted. It's even worse and slower than the one I used to used which was 2012 model. Frustratingly slow finder actions. Sometimes takes ages to open one folder. Absolutely not compatible with Adobe software I use. definitely not for professional environment.

I go into the store and wait at the entrance for a few mins, no one comes by although they saw me.. I went in the store, still the same.. The person who was ignoring is greeting all the people at the entrance now and running around to welcome all whites.. I signalled her that I need help but at that time she was taking a person to a desk. I stood there hoping she would come back, but no, she goes and greets another white.. I stand in front of her and tell her "I am waiting from the past 5 minutes and you are busy greeting others" and walk out of the store.

Called today - got a Patrick on the line who was not very helpful. I was calling to find out if there are any printers available that still have drivers for legacy Apples (a PPC mac running 10.4). Staff member tried to explain that all printers need software (thanks - if I'm asking this question I'm obviously not a moron) and told me to look on the Apple store for a printer that would suit.
The staff member was not only unable to make a recommendation, but seemed unaware of the change in Apple architecture and what that meant for the end user.

All I wanted to do was leave a boxed machine for repair. It was in a box, the apple care receipt was attached but they still expected me to wait at least 45 minutes for the pleasure of seeing a technician to get the unit booked in : not to get it repaired - just to process the paperwork to say I was leaving it for repair.
Why does it need a technician to do that paperwork instead of the 5 or 6 employees standing around the entrance ?

Would give it -5. My previous appointment I was 5 min late due to traffic in the city. They put me in the back of the queue. Today I was 10 minutes early to be told that they were running 10 minutes late. The place is disorganized chaos and geniuses running around with their IPads. Was considering buying a MACBOOK but thankfully my eyes were opened today. Customer service is shocking. I struggled to make an appointment over the phone and online kept getting different available dates. My daughters IPhone 6 was out of warranty but had no damage and I could get no explanation of why It did not turn on any more. Was told to buy a new one or take the matter up with the ACCC. When I asked if I could get a discount on the new (refurbished) phone I was told in no uncertain terms that Apple do not negotiate on price . The phone is not in stock and will take 3 to 5 working days to get there. They have you by the considering all your photos and music is floating around in the cloud somewhere.

I am so grateful with the help from Amanda this afternoon. I just reset my iphone 8. Can made call, received and sent message but couldn't receive calls. went to message straightaway. Went to Garden City store. Talked to the tech and advised need to wait for 2.5 hours to see the Tech or need to make appointment . Asked me to go to city's store as the wait time roundly 35 minutes. Drove to city. When i was served by Amanda to put me on waitlist. I briefed to amanda my issue. Amanda just tried on my phone and the phone worked. She wanted to make sure it worked. She called my number with store phone. All took just less than 30 seconds . I was so grateful with her help . Save hours of my time. I am so disappointed with the gentleman helping me at Garden City's store

Absolutely disgusting....... Advised by staff member a price to do repair (New battery )after phone inspected $29. As the phone was damaged and unsafe to replace battery a replacement phone was offered at no cost. When phone owner (Child) returns to store they are advised that cost is now $599.
When questioned by an adult why original quoted price / option was not being honored price dropped to $299.
As the quoted/ option to replace phone at no cost was given after the phone had been inspected this quote should be honored by management.
