When to this store after apple update disabled my phone. Booked an appointment and the guy I saw Lath, reset me phone back to factory and then did not restore if back as he should have . Told me to finish the set up at home!
Got home and couldn t access half my data. Needed 3 hours of tech support on line to resolve the issue that should have been sorted in the store. When I told him I was unhappy with my iPhone 8 as issues since I bought it, he told me to go back to Optus where I bought it! Also asked for help with my iCloud and was told I should do a class and no help given.
If you work on a Genius Bar you need to do a better job than that. Consequently my faith in The Apple team is severely dented.
I won t be going back in there in a hurry.
