Went into the store to get an understanding to why my camera wasn t working. It was under warranty to get fixed. They agreed to fix my camera but considering there was a small minuscule crack on my screen there could be a risk that They could break the screen and I would have to pay for it. To me it is simple- do an effective job and don t break the screen? Or you break it, you replace it, not the customer!!
Never in my entire life have I ever gone into some where for a service & held accountable for the standard of their service in case they do a bad job. Honestly, baffled! Do not recommend going into the store in Perth, wait til your interstate. Their rating says it all. Terrible!

I know we need to be secure in these times but why does Apple have to be different to every other shop in Perth. Its a joke. Also I asked why phones now dont come with chargers, the answer so many reasons, its jsut a great advantage. Advantage to who, Apple's pockets.

The reasons I stay away from Apple (shame the kids dont share my thoughts)

Samsung owner but went to apple with my girlfriend and my friend. He had an issue with his phone so it wasn't able to turn on. Was helped by a man named Lincoln who was absolutely amazing, his customer service was top notch, he had excellent product knowledge and his customer service was second to none. Was a very nice and friendly guy and we had a great chat. Highly recommend.

I brought my 9 months old iphone to the store twice because of a battery and notification issues ,first time they turn off some setting and second time they just re- installed the software . My phone still has the same issues. Staff couldn t give me any reason why phone is doing this. And the manager named CONNOR was very rude and blunt, he shouldn t be in customer service position.

Never been to an Apple store like a market anywhere before. Or like a school open house. Queued up for a number and had to wait at least 3.5 hours. Came back to check our appointment 2 hours later as we didn t get any sms, the lady we spoke to looked bored and agitated when I explained my phone issue. I wanted to snap but I was too stressed as my phone was on the verge of losing all it s data. Apple couldn t help in any repair but can only replace a new one (battery, home button, didn t know what it was) for $40++. Came from SG where the shop is much more breathable.

I honestly used to love apple so much. I booked in an appointment for today. I get that it's Christmas so of course it was busy. I needed my phone looked at/battery replaced. I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max a year ago and the battery health has dropped to 87%. Heaps of my friends battery has remained quite high (95%+) even after 2 years and they use their phone a lot more than me. That and my phone freezes constantly even after many resets.

I went to apple to get this looked at. When the tech came over I could instantly tel he wasn't in the mood. I felt like I was interrupting his day by asking him to look at my phone. He basically told me there was nothing wrong with my phone and the freezing couldn't be mirrored right now so basically they wouldn't replaced/look at it.

I spent $2100 on a phone to be told that apple won't do anything about it, and receive shocking customer service.

I've been a longtime apple user but all they are

I phoned the store on Monday 15 February to ask when I could come in to get me iPhone screen replaced. I waited 35min when I finally got answered. Then only to be told that he would have to put me through... seriously 35min and you cant help me and have to put me through?
I got put through to the national call centre to be told that I have to make an appointment at the store for a screen replacement. I just spoke to the actual store and they could not make an appointment directly with them ??

Finally after about 52min on the phone I had an appointment for Thursday 18 February @11:50am. I drove 38km to the store and was early for my appointment. My time came and the Apple staff told me that a screen replacement is needed. I said that is great please take my phone now and do it. He said that it takes up to 3 hours for that to be done. 3 hours?? There where people walking in the store with no appointments and they got told speak to someone in front with a blue iPad and they also got served. So why should one make an appointment if they serve walk in customers with the same priority as with people who spent time making appointments?

The Apple staff told me that usually if I come early it takes 1.5 hours but over lunch time lots of people book there phones in and then it pushed the lead times back?

I work in hospitality and start @4pm daily so I could not wait 3 hours plus the drive home. The only advice he gave me is that I have to book another appointment.

So now I have to come back to the same store ,drive another 76km and most likely get the same service as I did today?

It s abnormal how many people are In distress with their Apple products while they are there...including myself
The staff has been conditioned to not care enough and reserve replacements of the devices till the very last resort even with warranties

I am originally from country NSW and had never been to an Apple store before. I was sitting with my partner for his appointment while he had his phone reset. While we were waiting I was listening in to another appointment where the angry Irish manager was talking to the customer like he was an idiot (where it seemed like the guys problem was completely reasonable) This same guy then spoke in the same way to the genius behind the long table at the back. Every body looked stressed and tense. The store is loud. Our girl technician was lovely and it was nice to see a girl in a computer store for a change but overall the whole experience was lacking and awkward. It's not nice to hear people arguing.
