Excellent service and phone fixed within 2 hours.
Staff really helpful and kept me up to date on progress.

Honestly have to say one of the best places for customer service I ve been to.

I've been there twice in 1 month and the place was hot, air con not working properly which is an issue if you want to sell me expensive tech. Staff are friendly, helpful and everywhere but the service not very special considering me buying an expensive phone! they didn't try to sell me anything nor show me any accessories. Stay away during hot days lol

Terrible!

Terrible!

I brought an iphone 7+ online, they took the 1300 out of my account then proceeded to take another 1300 out 2 weeks later. I rang and they said i would be refunded by friday and it never happened. I rang again and they told me by Monday i will have the money, its not Saturday night and still no refund. Wont be shopping at apple anymore. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Very disorganised. Went to an appointment to arrange a warranty issue with my iphone11. Was in-store for over an hour. Waiting, waiting and more waiting. iPhone was eventually replaced with the apple iPhone swap over. My near new iPhone11 was replaced with a refab iPhone11. Poor effort apple!! Poor customer service. And poor effort on the swap for a new new iPhone11.

My daughter had 4 interviews for a position at the Garden City branch. this procedure took over 2 months with the final interview on a Friday afternoon. At 8am on the following Sunday she received an automatic message stating she was unsuccessful. Totally spoilt her weekend, requested feedback on her last i/v from the store, no reply. then contacted the head office who replied with a generic email stating they don't give feedback on individual i/v's.
So this organisation drags out the interview process then refuses to give constructive feedback. You may be a big organisation with a big reputation but you are no better than a 2 bob company.

Very low service. I had to wait for 30 minutes after my appointment was due. I will never suggest of buy anything from apple again. The person attending my enquiry was Lee how did not have any patience and very bat service.

I was told I had to wait to wait 20 min to talk to a tech, then another hour and a half for a screen repair, and I was one of only 6 customers in the store, and counted 20 plus visible staff. When I asked why I had to wait so long, Apple recommended I go somewhere else and void my warranty.

I bought a 500-dollar iPhone 5 purchased at the Bunbury Countryside Village (November 2013) for more than camera operation, and the rippered child was so strong that I strategically used it as a second phone for a year in 2017-2018, and then used it again. . Written until April 2019. I spent 5 years! While traveling in Australia, he was trampled, left on the farm for 3 days, and was strong even after dropping it a lot. Anyway, the staff here were very friendly at the time.

Apple chat call (prior) was very poor. Apple needs to own and address product issues. Consumers often cannot determine if the cause is hardware or software and from a consumer perspective it is all but irrelevant. Richard was open, transparent, and I believe he was honest, but it is rare from my experience with anything other than in Perth store. Apple product user since 2006 but don t expect to be in a year or two. Product reliability is appalling, getting worse, and excuses are many. My various iPhones have never been reliable since iOS 11 (I think that was the disastrous one). I even wiped my phone and didn t restore as requested and it didn t make any difference.

Had to wait a long time and was told to wait to make an appointment, I waited and ended up having to chase someone up to even do that. Made an appointment and came back, and agin (told by the SAME girl) to again wait, she didn't check me in or anything. So, not really very happy as it all seemed very disorganised.

In Perth on business and needed to grab a new phone. After reading all the previous comments I was worried it was going to be a long day with bad service.

I turned up and was treated as in every other store. I was seen to very quickly and had my order completed very quickly. Very happy.

Very bad experience! Bad service, had to wait longer than 1.5 hours although I had an appointment. Manager was extremely unfriendly, interrupted me and couldn t help at all. Very disappointing! Try going to another store!!

my iphone was having a problem, it won't turn on so i went to this store and ask the genius at the genius bar. He was polite, service was good (hence the extra star on this review) but got told my phone is not repairable and would cost $500 minimum for data to be extracted.

I gave up and decided to try my luck at the mini phone stall in the shopping center, they said my battery was the problem and replaced it for $70. It works and I was able to turn on my phone.

They should employ someone who knows what theyre doing.. and need to rename their Genius Bar to "just an average guy who think they know stuff more than you bar"

Prior to purchasing an XS, confirmed with staff 3x they would be able to transfer photos and contacts from my S9.
Sales staff helpful but need training on instore capabilities, assume they weren't intentionally misleading.
Waited around for an hour until the third tech guy fessed up that they knew they can't do the transfer to the new phone but he was 'trying' anyway, trying to waste my time I guess and doing a good job at it!

Rude and impatient staff member. With numerous staff members in the store, a more patient and detail service would be expected in store. Upon dropping a Mac for services, the staff member shows lack of patience and unhelpful in explaining the details of the services. After handling the Mac to the staff member, no further information or instruction was given. He just walk off and I had to go to another staff member to request more details. It is without a doubt that Apple had knowledgeable staff members and value its customer. But perhaps some training in regards to customer services could be provided to further improve.

Hi, Went to Apple store today to hopefully purchase an IPAD. If it was able to do what we needed. Was met at door by a young man who listened to my needs and then walked me through everything that I required and how to access it, easily with Apples service providers help. I told him I was short on time and he reassured me that all could be acheived in 30 minutes. I purchased the IPAD and was then taken to a table with five other customers and one assistant assisting people to set up their IPAD. Over an hour later what I had requested and was told would be simple was not done and I left the store with an unset up IPAD as I rushed (late) to another appointment. While I was thinking of purchasing I was given excellent service and then once I had purchased I was given very poor service. I went to the Apple store so the experts could get me started. I was and am very disappointed.

Wouldn't install a new iPhone 5 battery to my phone because a 3rd party had worked on the phone before. But then also refused to sell me the part so I can arrange another to install an apple battery , what a joke ! All they want was $400 to buy a new iPhone.. android all the way from now on .

Since my reservation didnt appear on the waiting list, i had to wait another 2 hours and that means buying more parking tickets back and forth. First it was come back in 1 hour 30 minutes then it was wait another 30 minutes.

Went to the apple store. Very very disappointed with the customer service I was offered by Amy. Tried to see me a reconditioned phone with second hand parts for the price of a brand new one elsewhere. When I questioned it, she attempted to justify the sale. Such a shame. Not a good way to do business.
As a purchaser of many apple products it made me question my loyalty to this brand.
Be wary of the advise you are given and do you research before you go in.

My yesterday's experience has completely changed my view towards Apple, and I understand better how Apple became and keeps of being a great company. With the amount of customers services daily and managed to resolve problems for the most.

Brought my quite new 6S with touch issue to the city store without appointment. Explained the issues and told them the urgency, the friendly staff tried to fit me in. A young lady Emily who was very professional and helpful tried to help me. During the time of waiting, Emily came to me a number of times and informed me the progress and possible solutions, and eventually resolved the issue.

Appointment was at 12:45 was helped 10 minutes later. Didn t have to argue with the guy he happily replaced my iPhone and gave me a new one. Then bought a new iPhone 8+ was also treated with respect and care by another guy explained everything and waited with me till I opened it up from the box then was helped by a girl which she helped me set it up. Considering how extremely busy it was they had so much care and a fast service. Will definitely return to this store.

Booked an appointment to pay for a new battery to be fitted to my 18-month-old phone out of warranty, only to have the sales staff argue that I didn't need one and that I just needed to use my phone less. Was one of the most bizarre retail experiences I've had.

I have an 18-month-old iPhone that gets heavy use, and doesn't hold charge like it used to. Think 4-5 hours between charges with around 30 minutes of screen time. Decided that $69 for a new battery was worth it, so took the time to book an appointment and go into the city especially for the replacement.

When I got there, the staff member ran a diagnostic that should the battery was at 85% health, and therefore didn't need replacing. I tried to explain that the phone is definitely holding far less charge than it used to, but he insisted it was factors outside of the battery - despite the battery having over 500 charge/discharge cycles. He then showed me a pointless graph that demonstrated that the battery drains faster when I used the phone, which I assumed was a foregone conclusion. Despite my protestations, he essentially refused to change the battery, even though I was wiling to pay for it.

He also advised that I would absolutely lose all data on my phone as part of a battery upgrade, which seems totally unnecessary.

Overall, the staff member was condescending and invalidating. I just wanted a new battery for an eighteen-month-old phone that isn't holding charge as well as it used to. Not only do Apple now make it extremely difficult for user's to service their own phones, but they now act as the gatekeepers of when you're allowed to have your phone fixed.

My experience at this store has been consistently terrible. Avoid if possible. I will take my chances with a third-party repairer, since Apple refuse to touch my phone.

Hats off to Rob and Ben and can't remember the names of all the team members, but they had a nasty situation to deal with in my visit today. I was suddenly hit by a horrendous dose of food poisoning. They were kind, supportive and did everything to try to help me maintain some dignity, (though in the end I was so sick I really didn't care about dignity any more, haha!). When it was clear I needed more than first aid, they called for an ambulance and I am grateful for their professional customer care, in every sense. I left without what I went there for, but will be headed back when I'm well again to rectify that.

Went in early to get a tech appointment and had to wait an hour. That s ok, no problem but what was a problem is that Apple sends you a text asking if you need longer (30mins) to get back to the store press 2 .
We were too far away and I assumed that if I pressed 2 I would still be in line for service however the store sent a message saying there was no more slots available, I have to be there now or loose my place. Why bother having that feature in the first place as it s misleading.
I m spending my money elsewhere.
I d advise anyone to get in there early and keep your appointment or stay away.
Pretty poor for a big company. Plus costs too much to park in the city, what a wasted day. Rant over

Went in to get an Apple Watch as they were out of stock of the one I wanted. Sales person real unhelpful and couldn't seem to listen properly. Even though they had the one I wanted in store I couldn't have it as it was reserved for In-store purchases.....which I was.

All round terrible experience.

Been here for various repairs of Apple devices over several years.

Always have to line up for 5-10 minutes to check in then get to wait...

I m here on time. Apple staff always always always late. Apple service now 19 mins late for my appointment as an example.

But if I m late... we ll back of the line or come back tomorrow for me...

However if I browse I m asked every two minutes if I have questions.

More service staff Apple ... less sales staff...

Incredible service! Dylan created me 10 great names which I used for signs, billboards and branding on menus. My son plans to use the slogans that Dylan created us on Some social media sites he told me to really promote the brand. Basic customer service is something you may or may not get when visiting. If it s remotely busy there s no telling if you will be able to buy something whilst on your lunch break. Suggestion, put a traditional checkout so we can see if we have the time to buy something or choose not to deal with pretentious staff.

Disappointing and Rude over the phone.

Disappointing and Rude over the phone.
After spending 20 minutes on hold waiting for 2 calls in front of me to be dealt with, I asked for a quote for insurance replacement for a unit I purchased there a few years ago.
Apparently this cannot be done, and when I said it should be easy she said, no I can't help you and hung up on me.
If Apple care enough to perhaps check this and discipline the offending staff member, the call was at 12:48pm Wednesday 8th Feb 2017. Apple Perth City.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went to the Apple store, put my name down to be served, waited patiently for 35 minutes and asked when I would be served only to be told I had accidentally been deleted off the list. Do not visit this store, it is extremely disorganised and chaotic, especially on the weekend. If your time is precious and you really want apple products, go to a normal store like JBHIFI or Officeworks to get what you want.

Really busy store, hard to make out the staff as they are wearing casual type of uniform. Keep an eye out for Apple symbol left chest area of shirt. No service counter to speak of so it makes it a little difficult if you know what you want and want to leave.
