My truck was brought in for repairs at 1500 W Silverspring and they stated that my wife windows did not work when I brought it in. They wanted to charge to replace something that I never had an issue with. I spoken with several people that couldn't solve the problem; but Kevin and Brian I just want to say that they both are awesome people. They took the time out to hear the issues I was having and fixed the problem. I never met these two before but they gave a tentative ear to my concerns.They both restored my trust at this facility.
