Regarding the service department.
I brought my Equinox in because the AWD light came on. Qudos to the service manager, but, it took 5 days to get my car back, I was given a car to drive, but when my car was returned, there was grit ground into the front quarter panel, the brakes were abused so that I have to push them to almost half way to the floor before they engage, this on top of somewhere about 45 extra miles were on my odometer more than when I left the car, as well as some of my personal belongings strewn around . Now, the service manager did call and offered to have it "Looked at" but by this time, I had lost all confidence in them. He also offered some very lame , and obviously well rehearsed excuses, hew more than likely uses on people on a regular basis as to why the brakes were the way they were. There is absolutely no excuse for my car to be returned to me in this shape, it is 2 years old, and gently driven. I feel excuses and an air of condescension on the part of this Manager Bryant, convinced me this is not the place to take my Chevy in the future.
