Appointment was made via the website. We had an appointment for 12:45 pm to find out when we've got there that they were closing at 1:00 pm due to new hours starting on January 1st. The first guy we talked to said that they will not able to take us. After further discussion with another person, the service was finally provided in a timely manner. PS: A car wash would have been appreciated.
