As someone who absolutely hates being hot, having an AC repair company I can really depend on is incredibly important. Everyone I spoke to on the All Year Cooling staff was very professional and polite, and worked quickly to get my AC fixed. If you need anything AC related, All Year Cooling is a no brainer!

All Year cooling is very good at what they do fast service and they get what needs done fast. They will help you save money and not spend anymore than you have to either. They are great business you should give them try if you need someone in their speciality.

I bought a York A/C central unit March 2018. I asked Tommy to use my old thermostat since it was WiFi and already programmed which he did. Two days ago (Sept 28 2018) the thermostat stopped working. I could remotely see that the house was getting very hot but could not turn on the unit. Tommy sent someone right away and replaced the thermostat. This was the first time I needed All Year Cooling support and it was excellent. I also want to thank Bianca & Amanda. I called at 10:00 PM and left a message for the office to call me back in the morning. I was very surprised that I received a call from them 11:30 PM that night. You will not find this level of service anywhere. When I bought the unit, Tommy's quote was the best. I had concerns. Would the service be as good as the price. Well, so far, it is.

I m very disappointed with this company. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I would never use them again and I hope this review helps someone avoid the type of disaster I m dealing with.

We ve had All Year Cooling out to do repairs to our unit a couple of times over the past few years. They seem to be good at what they do since their repairs always last. The team seems like a professional bunch. I'll continue to give them my business without a doubt.

Excellent service and always in a timely manner. Techs are very polite and informative as to what they are doing or what needs to be done they are always professional. Would NEVER use any other company. We bought our unit from them and my son saw how pleased we were and he bought his from them also. They also have great prices on their units.

All Year Cooling was phenomenal, from the minute that we called, salesperson and the installers all very professional. Our unit went after 11 years and the same day we were able to get a salesperson to come out and give us an estimate at 7pm. We had gotten another quote which was outrageous for a smaller unit. Called All Year the following morning and they did the install the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Joe Nicolosi is amazing. He came to my my mom house gave us a quote was very polite and professional explained process to us, pricing was very reasonable.We weren t able to do right away due to working on a few other projects at the house. Joe was great followed up with us regularly for 6 weeks. Finally we were able to execute by the 6th week Joe went above and beyond made all the necessary arrangements. His team came on site Janarey and Darl. They were on time very professional polite went above and beyond doing the BEST quality work ever. We are very impressed. They did an amazing job everything works great and we got top quality service from everyone. This was the most amazing experience for us that we will now only be using ALL YEAR COOLING. Our AC stopped working overnight. We called All Year Cooling. They were here in 20 minutes, fixed the problem quickly, and AC is working great again. All Year Cooling is the most reliable HVAC company we have used in South Florida and they are more reasonable than the other companies as well. Couldn't ask for more!

I am a big question person. I want to know how everything works. Joe was my air conditioning installation tech guy. He was very knowledgeable about the system. He took the time and had the patience to answer every question I had for him.

We had a great experience with Rudy or tech guy who came to our home to do our annual air condition maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions for us to make sure our AC last a long time.
We had Tevin come out to our home today and he was able to resolve our problem with our AC unit. Very nice technician. Resolved our problem in a short period of time

They did a fantasy job with our unit. They did a whole duct restoration, they cleaned it and also installed an UV light to avoid dust coming into the ducts. Very happy to breath clean air at our place!

Although having problems upon 1st installation, this company has went above and beyond to solve all our problems and to make sure my husband and I were completely satisfied. Great customer service, and the owner Tom really knows how to provide excellent service.

My electric bill has gone down 85.00!! I would recommend them to my family and friends. They were very friendly and honest with us. I've used them on a duplex with two units and they went above and beyond to install new units and even repairs some duct work at their expense. I was extremely satisfied and will use them in the future without a doubt.

This company has been so helpful! They installed our AC two years ago, we called today because it wasn't working Lauren had a technician at my house within the hour. They needed someone else to come out to fix a specific part and Christina and Jessica kept in constant communication with us and were so helpful! I am a savvy shopper. When it came time to replace my Trane central air (which failed after only a few years) here's the methodology I used:
- did homework on both A/C manufacturers and service/installation companies
- decided on a Rheem
- Invited the three most most highly rated local companies to estimate the job

I was surprised that All Year Cooling was so much more responsive than the other bidders but they killed the competition. The guy who came to our house for the price estimate was way more knowledgeable than the others. I liked everything about All Year and hired them. They did the job EXACTLY when they promised and we were very pleased. They helped us negotiate a rebate with FPL and our cooling bill went way down. I felt like we got a great deal.

They say that you can only really measure a company by seeing how they react when something goes wrong. Two years after the installation, we ran into a hardware problem with the coils. The Rheen hardware warranty was in place but I had failed to buy a service policy that takes care of labor. The President of All Year Cooling, Tommy Smith has the audacity to give customers his personal cell phone number with the invite to call him when anything goes wrong. I called him and was shocked when he actually answered the phone. He promised to look into my issue and call me back with a solution. True to his word, he called me back and proposed a solution at a price that I could afford. In fact, he called me back with an offer that was way more than fair. Within a day, I was back up and cooling and really, really happy that we had decided to do business with a company where the president gives you his cell number and then actually FIXES the problem in a way that was fair. I just updated my review from 1 star experience to 5 star experience. The owner of the company Tommy is extremely caring for each and every of his customers. All issues were addressed and resolved step by step with patience and understanding of customer s needs. Gregg, supervisor who came out to our place to fix all the issues we had with the installation was great to deal with as well. Ended up as a great experience with this company and we are ready to become loayal customers and keep working with them in the future. We are totally happy with installation and the way it s working and cooling our place now. Excellent team work.

We are new to the area and found this company on line. We had 3 quotes. This companies quote was comparable. It also has an excellent finance program for qualifying applicants. The work was done the next day by technicians who were efficient, knowledgeable , and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking air conditioning maintenance or replacement.

Saturday Afternoon my main air conditioner breaks down at my Fort Lauderdale house and I'm having a bunch of friends over for dinner in 5 hours, my neighbor suggests I call All Year Cooling for help, they were able to send someone over within 90 minutes and fix the problem within 30 minutes, they were very professional, knowledgeable and inexpensive and cleaned up after they were done. I know who to call next time.
I just wish my plumber was this good.

this was the second time i called All Year Cooling. the first job they were called for beyond exceeded my expectations. so when i needed a different unit serviced, i knew i could call them. julie was so hopeful over the phone and the tech she sent, jay, was very professional, on time, and knowledgeable and the ac was fixed within an hour. in this south florida heat, having a reliable ac company to call is very important and i am pleased to know i can call AYC at any hour. 10/10 would recommend.

I had some initial issues with this company but they were very receptive to correcting all actions. My ac is now running a lot better. The company makes sure to immediately reach out to fix any problems with any customers who have concerns. Much appreciated.

We had a challenging time getting a city permit closed out. We will see how easily & promptly All Year Cooling gets this resolved with us.

I left a detailed vmail for All Year Cooling's "PERMIT DEPARTMENT" this morning. I just had someone from All Year Cooling return my call. When I re-explained the entire message (the one I just left them in a vmail) she informed me that she couldn't help me and that I'd have to speak to someone in the 'permit department'. When I explained that I literally just left a detailed message with the 'Permit Department' she apologized and said she would have someone else call me..... We'll see where it goes from here...

My AC went out in the heat of the summer and All Year was out the same day to fix it! What a relief!

The service was great, the people are so nice, and the prices were amazingly affordable. I'm glad that I chose their service.

Tom and team are top notch. Purchased my unit about 8 years ago and anytime there has ever been an issue they come out immediately. They treat you like family and truly appreciate the business. I know there are many companies out there, but dealing with a company that has a great reputation, really good customer service and reasonable prices is all that matters. All Year Cooling truly gets it!

Beat all other companies prices by a long shot . Save time and just go with these guys . This is 4th trane ac unit they put in my properties. Believe me they get you a 3 ton trane for same price other companies give you a 2.5 ton cheaper brand for with a better 10 year warranty. They know what their doing.Leo installed unit quietly and efficiently while my wife slept.So pleased.

One of my colleagues was renovating their vacation home in Florida and had major issues with their AC System. The local AC Guy their neighbors recommended was just not cutting it! They needed someone reliable, and more importantly, honest, to take care of the problem. Tommy and his staff stepped in and stepped up with their superior customer service and highly trained staff at an incredibly reasonable cost! If you live in Florida, your air conditioning is important so call Tommy to make sure it s running properly and efficiently when you need it the most!

I gave them three stars because someone actually cared. The horrible experience started with the lady that called me back, not only was she screaming back at me but was extremely rude at one point she thought she had me on hold and said my god this guy can t hear, (her name was takisha ). I said I apologize I m currently driving. I explained that one of there guys had came out and said I need a pxv for my unit, unfortunately my unit was not under waranty so they told me it would be$595. Which I found a little absurd. She said someone would contact me ASAP with information. (Already haven t had ac for two days). After 45 minutes Mikol wit the part depo, called and I explained to him what had happened and how I honestly didn t have the $595 for to replace the part he went ahead and explained to me why my unit was not under waranty( he must of attended the customer service class unlike takisha) (When I bought the house I was never made aware of this not having warranty) I asked for a discount because a single father with two kidz $595 is a lot. He explained he couldn t drop the price but that his supervisor would be made aware of the Situation, and he would try and see what he could do for me . Fast forward another 40 minutes. I recieve a call from mikol explain why the part couldn t be discounted, I asked to speak wit his supervisor which obviously he can careless about my ac and how hot it was because he didn t want to drop the price I wanted to speak to him , he tried to get me contacted but he was in a meeting but that since he couldn t speak to me he would drop it to $495 for the pxv. Now I paid half of what I owe and someone would come out betwen 4amd 9? How the hell, it s 11am and you wanna mak me wait that long to try and get the ac fixed come on that s just not rite. As im on the phone wit this guy the company is calling me on the other line to tell me they were calling me back about my voicemail, (hello don t they communicate) Finally after going back and forth and getting out on hold with this guy which felt like he was actually fighting and care for me to get my ac fixed tells me he was able to fit me earlier in between 3and7. So let move on the day goes on and I m told someone will come closer to 3:30 (wow this is great) 3:30 hits and no one calls or says hey we are running late. 4:20 I get a call that someone will be here closer to 6or 7. How do you go from 3:30 to 6or 7. Well 7pm comes along and no one is here yet no call update like did they close and forget about me? I finally get the call teck is 30 mins away I asked to speak with a supervisor and I get transfered too mando I explain how crazy everything has been and how long I ve waited for some1 to come out she bluntly says I can lower the price to 395 to compensate for your time waiting ( note in the morning I was told that 495 was the lowest we could go sounds like random number are thrown to get the job done. ) so finally the part is put in teck was great waited about an hour to make sure the unit was good hard to understand but great and very nolegable. I appreciate his time and work because even it being late he did not rush to get the job done. I didn t give one star because of three people who helped me out dealing with a disoraginzed crazy company the parts guy the afternoon supervisor and the tek. I might jus maybe give them one more chance.

Our old AC system was behaving so poorly that towards the end of its life, we were actually hoping it would finally give up and die so we could purchase one from All Year. It did last week. The tech they sent to install our brand spanking-new one (Johnny) was super efficient and informative. He had it in place in no time and made sure we had no questions about its operation.

Contacted this company on Friday of last week to get a new HVAC inside and outside. Price was very reasonable way less then I thought for a reputable company. Edgar and one other representative helped us with the process. Friday we got an estimate and applied for Ygrene. Saturday we had the technicians at our home installing the new A/C. Took about 4 hours for new A/C inside and outside. Very quick . They also cleaned our ducts today and I m super happy with the service . Thank you!!

Permit department leaving comments ignored for over a month, same response that the paperwork was accepted previously, then no movement. Couldn t be an easier process.

All Year Cooling was courteous and professional in every aspect from ordering, to installing and post-sales assistance. The owner, Tom, was also extremely responsive to questions and went beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my AC needs.

Once again Tommy Smith and is team of professionals came through, and in my opinion 5 stars are not enough !! All Year Cooling initially installed my unit several years ago and due to the space limitations in my attic, there were some challenges to say the least with the install. I called Tommy and he personally oversaw the whole installation to be sure we were happy and cooled. His courtesy and professionalism shined through !!! He is a man who stands by his word, a man who cares. Recently, my unit developed a problem due to an extremely dirty coil. Once again, this caused problems because of the limited work space and accessibility in the attic. I made several failed attempts to clean the coil myself using store bought, foaming cleaners. I then called "All Year Cooling" to help. Tommy's techs came out to inspect the issue and initially suggested removing the coil to clean it. The cost to remove the coil and clean it was more than I could afford, plus it was not practical due to the issues I mentioned above. I called Tommy to ask for help. He immediately jumped into action and put his "A" team to work. When I spoke with him he was genuinely concerned about my situation and remained in contact with me throughout this very "hot" problem. Needless to say, given the severity of the coil's terrible condition, he did not feel it practical to clean the coil as it had also began to rust and would not cool properly even if cleaned professionally. I spoke with him again and the only solution was to replace the coil. This scared the heck out of me because I thought it would be out of my reach financially. Funny enough the cost was very do-able and I was even able to make payment arrangement !! Today, my coil was replaced by Tommy's outstanding team of professionals ! Not only that, but when I got home from work I saw that the team cleaned up after the work that they performed so well that you would never even have known they were here- except for the fact that my home is finally cool and livable again. Thank you once again to Tommy Smith and everyone at "All Year Cooling" for being the true professionals you are !! If anyone needs a new unit, service, or repair, I would think of no one else to recommend but "All Year Cooling" !!!

I'm so glad to have this great team in my corner. When I didn't expect to ever see a good results from my old AC again, I thought I was calling to get a new one. Instead Mike was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost of a new one. When I'm ready to purchase, they will be the ones I call.

Contacted All Year Cooling as a result of a friend's recommendation. The attending technician examined my AC system and recommended replacement. I was not surprised by his recommendation as I felt the system was probably near end of life. A new system was installed. The workmanship was so poor that I took pictures and visited the office. I was informed that a technician would be dispatched the following day. The next day two technicians showed up and examined the installation of the air handler. They took pictures but said they were not prepared to perform a complete reinstall. They said they would be back in two days to complete the necessary reinstall. They showed up as promised and did a very professional job. I have had one service call since then and the technician was very professional and made the appropriate adjustment. Unhappy with the original installation issue but satisfied with their service since that time.

When it comes to my HVAC at home needs I trust no one other than Tommy and his people over at All Year Cooling. Chad is my AC Guy and he knows the workings of my system since he was the one who installed it. Whenever there is an issue, all I need to do is make a call and he is here.

I don't remember who referred us to AYC but last fall they performed repairs on our two main household units, solving both issues within an hour or so very reasonably. Yesterday they installed a new four ton system to replace the rickety old unit on the south end of the house; our home is an oldie, with Dade County pine framing - like steel, that stuff - and some strange twists and turns to the planform but these guys worked until late at night to make sure we were up and running before they left. Very professional, very focused. We were very, very pleased and impressed. Highly recommend.

They advertise 24/7 service, but I called and spoke to someone on a Sunday morningwas not acce and was promised someone would be over between 2 and 6. At 4:45 called to confirm someone was coming words was told I was not on the schedule. She even had the gull to ask if I wanted a Monday morning appointment. Go figure***

I have an old A/C system replaced for a new one (5 tons). All the process was excellent. From the seller, to the installer and the customer service department. Everything was on time as planned and all personnel was very professional.

They really helped me out. Jean the sales rep was awesome. He gave me such great deals, and 0% financing for a year. It was much needed for a single mom of 2 small kids. They install was really fast, and streamlined. The unit is working great, and the customer service and care has really been above and beyond!

Replaced my 10 year old system with a new Trane unit from All Year cooling. I had a few problems after the install but was quickly contacted by Tommy the owner of the company. Tommy went above and beyond to make things right and I am a satisfied customer. How many business owners will call you themselves to make sure you're happy? I would definitely do business with Tommy again, he definitely stands by his products and service!

It was the middle of Summer and I live in Florida, so when I tell you that my AC started blowing hot air instead of cold air, you can imagine the feeling of panic my whole family had. What made it worse was that my AC guy was not available. I was highly recommended to contact Tommy who runs All Year Cooling. A young AC Tech named Patrick was dispatched to my house and not only did he fix the problem but pointed out things my AC Guy had been neglecting. Plus, the price of Patrick s service was WAY lower than what my AC Guy would have charged. My NEW AC Guy is now Patrick!

Our A/C went out last month and last time we got it fixed it ended up being somewhat of a hassle, so we decided to try All Year Cooling this time and it was a good decision. We got serviced the same day and the pricing was good as well. Very pleasant and helpful people as well.

I have moved to Florida from New York which is not unique down here. Having your A/C on so much for obvious reasons is different than back home. I m a very satisfied customer and I have to thank Lauren who took care of everything twice. Very nice, professional and got back to me very quickly. Still amazed by their response to a Friday evening email for help. They called us back and had a crew here on Saturday the replace the entire AC unit. The guys stayed until the job was done and it was after 9:30 pm before they left! Great work, response time, and customer service!

Roughly a week ago the A/C at my house went out and would not come back on. Not knowing much about air conditioning or south florida air conditioning companies I took to the internet to find a company fast. After reading the various reviews across a couple of companies I decided on All-Year Cooling. It ended up being a great decision as I had a technician at my house within 2 hours and my a/c back on shortly thereafter. Greg was an extremely nice guy and not only did he fix the problem, but gave me tips on how to avoid a reoccurrence. Having your air conditioning go out is frustrating enough, but having it go out during the middle of the summer is a whole different story. The service was extremely professional, but most importantly it was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of air conditioning services in the future.

I contacted All Year Cooling this morning because our AC stopped working. Within minutes we had an appointment. Within a few hours the technician was at our home. He repaired the problem and our AC was working again. All this happened within a few hours. Technician was sharp and knew exactly what the problem was. The service charge was VERY fair. Great company. We will recommend them to our neighbors.

****Edit they have come to my aid more than once. And replaced an entire condenser that failed. Perfect? No. But when hey aren t trying to sell you they do well and they mean well. Can t argue with that.

Okay to friendly (***delete Worst) customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Tommy kept saying he was sending "the best" team he had -- and 6 times they failed to meet the minimum standards they were supposed to. From misinstallation of the filter holders to vent cleaning -- there was not an aspect they didn't manage to screw up in some way. Terrible experience. Would not use them again.

They really know customer service. This place is the best they ALWAYS communicate on the status of the repair person. The staff is so friendly and kind. It s always upsetting when your air goes on the fritz but with AYC everything be ok.

Quality, value, professional installation, and punctuality; those are the words I would use to describe All Year Cooling. Not only did I get an estimate on the day that I called, but my place was COOL by the following evening! The installers were courteous, informed me of what needed to be done and they even gave me a progress report as to when they would be arriving. Definitely would recommend this company!

This was the second time we used All Year Cooling and both times we were extremely pleased. Josh came out both times and it was on the second visit that he quoted us the price for a complete HVAC replacement which was a very competitive and completely fair price. We accepted and the crew came out when promised. The whole job took only one day. I would highly recommend All Year Cooling.

Our air conditioner motor broke , from Chris in Customer Service to Alex the technician that installed the new evap motor and module, all very friendly who provided me with continual updates on arrival times of the Technician who was very punctual and professional, all top notch People!. It was the wall unit that wasn t working any more. We had been considering getting a full central air unit put in for ages. We finally called All Year to get that done and they were fairly priced, did exactly what we were looking for and made sure our home was cooler and more comfortable quickly!

Just a fantastic AC company. I had a new system installed about 10 months ago and we were very pleased. After the installation we had some minor issus and some adjustments needed to be made.
There was absolutely no hesitation or excuses not to come back to resolve these issues. They truly care about customer service and I would highly recommend them.
