All Year is always on time, the techinicians are great (especially Steve), they call before the appointment to let you know tech is on his way, and after to make sure everything went well and we were happy. Steve always explains everything.

They are fast,cheap and on time. They also have great customer service and they are reliable for any repairing.

After doing research on Angie's List two years ago, my husband looked up All Year Cooling (AYC) and we requested an estimate after our aging A/C unit was giving us issues. A friendly guy named Mario came out and told us the entire unit needed to be replaced. We were able to manage for another two years before the A/C apparently gave up the ghost and just kept freezing up. We decided to contact AYC after spending about two or three days in an unbearably hot home.

We were told that the price of the A/C unit had only gone up $500 since our estimate two years ago which was nice to know considering our limited budget. After paying half of the price, a representative named Jean took care of scheduling installation the next day, which was highly welcome news.

Jean informed my husband he'd be receiving a call around 8AM to tell him what time AYC would be arriving at our home. After more than an hour of not hearing a word from AYC, we called back only to be told they were unaware of any scheduled installation which was concerning considering we had already been charged a portion of the price. Thankfully, that hiccup was eventually resolved.

The gentleman that came out, Testha, was professional, friendly, and took care of everything, from dismantling our old A/C to installing the new one, constructively telling us what the previous installers had done wrong, and even throwing out all of the [many] parts of the old A/C. He was there for over six hours and did a tremendous, diligent job.

Despite the small hiccup, I am happy to say that our new A/C is a godsend. It is much more powerful and we were finally able to enjoy a genuinely cool night's sleep during this insufferably hot South Florida summer season. Thank you for the prompt service, AYC!

Simply the best. These guys know what they are doing, and how to service a customer! I had a major A/C problem, and called a few other companies I saw on the billboards and they were rude and tried charging me to come out. I looked online and found some great reviews for All Year, and once I called their office the rest was history - I am a customer for life.

I hired All Year Cooling when my parents AC died, and well now we have just had ours replaced as well. The management were very accommodative, the servicemen were very polite and professional, and the job was done right. Not much else I can ask for. This company does great work.

I had to buy a new air conditioning unit and I didn t know how that would work out. I called many HVAC companies. All year cooling was able to give me a great price on the installation of the unit.

The most amazing customer service / experience ever! Texted Tommy Monday evening around 6:00PM. Immediately got texted back would tonight be OK?. Texted back yes if before 7:00PM. At 6:25 Joe knocked on the door. The rest is history. Great price, Great people, Great equipment installed the next morning. Unbelieveable.

Wanted to share my experience yesterday at approximately 4:30 I came home to my upstairs air handler leaking down into kitchen area and by 7:00 that evening a very nice young man, I believe his name was Shane, came and took care of the situation...Thank you!!!

George and his assistant Mark did a amazing job installing my brand-new outdoor AC unit and evaporator coil. They ran new tubing and placed fresh coolant into the system. These two gentlemen were highly professional and well educated about HVAC systems. They represent All Year Cooling and they are a testament to that company!

My A/C broke over the weekend so I called my air conditioning company. They never got back to me, so I decided to research some companies online. I came across All Year Cooling and was shocked to see the President of the company had his phone number posted all over the web site. I shot him a text and it was a phenomenal decision. He replied back within 5 minutes. Had a technician at my house at 8pm on a Sunday at NO CHARGE! It was decided that I would need a new A/C unit. The crew was at my house installing my new equipment by 10am the next day. Within a few hours I had a brand new A/C installed and a cold house again! The best part is they did everything at a very affordable price. I would recommend All Year to anyone looking for A/C repairs or installation. Tommy, Julie, Mario, Patrick, Marlon, Donald and Kory are all part of the great team this Company has. Every single one of them made sure I had a pleasant experience!

My experience with All Year Cooling was absolutely exceptional. We were referred to them by one of our neighbors and I really couldn't ask for a better company. The service was amazing, the installation was excellent, and the customer service was fabulous. We also gladly purchased the Extended Service Plan and we have had no issues with them so far. For all that are interested, we installed a Rudd Package Unit and we have had no issues with the unit so far.

Extremely honest professionals. Our A/C broke and we were expecting to pay out for a new motor or some other factitious parts. They identified a blown fuse and the total repair was under $100. Thank you All Year Cooling!

Three installations thus far and as an absentee rental property owner residing in Mississippi really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and "bang for the buck" dealing with All Year Cooling & Heating. Their involvement was more like a partner than a contractor, extremely satisfying!

Outstanding in regards to honesty and customer service. Instead of just pushing a new unit on us due to the failure and age of ours, the tech worked for hours to fix it. When it finally does quit, we are 100% calling them for our replacement.

This is a follow-up review for this customer oriented company. At a time where most companies want your business but they are not concerned about providing customer service once installation is completed and paid for, this company does! I highly recommend All Year Cooling; A fair price and great service!

Nothing but trouble with the unit they sold me 2.5 years ago. I had them over numerous times (I estimate about 10 times) to fix problems. Many times they they'll stop by, forget or not have a part needed, and have to come back. Also, even after all this time, they still haven't finished closing out the install permit.

It's been a horrible experience since I purchased the unit from them. I also purchased a labor only $299 extended warranty, I feel kind of stuck. I've had other companies go there during the last 2.5 years. The other companies have told me the unit I purchased they wouldn't sell it nor do they have the parts to service it since an lower end older unit. Latest issue is a combination of: 1. Bi flow and 2. liquid line drive and 3. relay and 4. control board/chip. they have to keep setting up visit after visit since they have to get the parts from the manufacturer. What's going on???? The unit is only 2.5 years old but all those parts need to be replaced?

They have also cancelled appoints on me, the latest one was due some highway issues and they couldn't get to my property. Very frustrating.

My recommendation would be to avoid them all together.

12/16/15 - After my post above, the Manager from All Year Cooling provided personal attention to my concerns and ensured my unit was working. They also refunded me much of my costs that I had incurred. I feel they did make a very strong effort to correct matters and appreciated their attention once this was escalated.

I cant recommend these guys enough. An amazing customer service team and skilled technicians.

The website is nice and clear to understand. It's very self explanatory! This company happens to several locations; look them up and see if they're located in your city/town.

My father is retired in Florida and he raves about All Year Cooling keeping him cool during the muggy Florida summer weather. I hate the hot humid weather as well. When I visited him last summer I was worried about the weather but his AC unit kept us all comfortable. Last when his AC unit needed service, their customer service was top notch. I wish All Year Cooling was in my state. If you guys are in Florida, go with these guys

As a Realtor for 15 years I've seen my share of horrible experiences when it comes to customer service. Let's be real, South Florida is pretty notorious for that. I really don't have time to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so with this company. I had a brand new unit installed. The process was very easy from beginning to end. They came on the day and time they said they were coming to do the work. I was very satisfied with the job. But I was more surprised with the customer service afterwards. I made a couple of phone calls for a service call(maintenance) and had questions about the unit. They waste no time to get back at you and again, showed up on time.(These folks understand people value their time). They even called after the service call was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Now, THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS!! Period. I have already recommended them to some of my real estate clients as I feel confident they will continue to do what they do.

Called All Year Cooling & Heating Inc. on for a quote on a new air conditioner on Wednesday and Jason came out and was very up to date on Trane and explained what was the best model for our home, Jason had the best prices for Trane. The next morning Janarey McDonald and Seymore Dixon came by to installed the units they were so nice and pleasant even as it was 95 Degrees.. Could not have had a better exprenice thank you All Year Cooling & Heating for the great service!!!!

All year cooling exceeded my expectations. They installed a new unit in my property today and from the first service call on Friday night to the installation today I have had nothing but positive things to say about them. Our sales rep Bill Jones came out and was prompt, honest, and showed true dedication to his company and gave us a quote that was well below any of the other 4 company's we had quotes from. I dealt with the owner Tom Smith Sr. who also went above and beyond to assist me and answer any questions or concerns I had. He even called me personally from his cell phone on Memorial Day at 9pm to schedule my install and work out financing with me. The installers were professional and prompt. This company is honest, reliable and exemplifies what true customer service is all about. I would not use anyone else for my AC work and will recommend them to everyone I know.

All Year Cooling has exceeded my expectations for service and quality. I purchased the extended warranty service with my unit and have been performing preventive maintenance every month before the heat is turned on. Whenever I have called for service, their techs and service department have been extraordinarily punctual. I highly recommend All Year Cooling because of their service, honesty and reliability.

OK so I have absolutely got to give All Year Air a great review! I ve had them I think for maybe four or five years if that because Tommy gave me the best rate on a brand new unit than lower than any other place. Same day literally meant same day came over installed it and from that day on has been the most amazing company to work with. I seriously mean that they have the best customer service department of anyone. I have actually called them on Saturdays and Sundays if needed like if the AC leaked a little and had to be blown out and they come that same day I also got a 10 year warranty and all I know is I really do love All Year Air and the way they run their business!

My AC unit broke, since summer was on its peak, I called All Year Cooling to have it repaired. They gave me a great deal on the service price and parts. The company is highly recommendable. I will definitely won't look for any other AC service company.

We moved into a building that was going to fit our business perfectly except for one thing: its obsolete AC system that seemed to have a mind of its own. Having familiarity with All Year s outstanding service already from our previous facility s system, we got them in right away. The tech was honest and said what was there was not worth fixing. He got us set up with a new unit that is keeping us all cool and productive for a very fair price.

I have been using All year cooling for couple of years now. They have always been able to accommodate my needs even last minute appointments. Kudos to the GM(Jim). He's been a great customer service resource. I highly recommend them.

Nothing lasts forever and when the time came for a new AC unit I started to take a look what other customer had to say about some of the AC contractor in my neck of the woods by checking with the BBB for available records.
Having had some real problems with electrical contractors, roofing companies and remodeling companies I was sensitized to the typical promises during the sales representations, like advertised discounts, discounts to senior citizens, 10 year guarantees for parts and labor and complete permit process.
I learned my lessons not to believe in promises that were not anchored in clear English into the contract. Based on those and similar experiences with contractors I selected All Year Cooling. I also was impressed with the very professional and courtesy sales presentation by Kory from All Year Cooling. While you can never insure yourself against problems arising that were never specifically addressed in the contract, I also knew that you can only really measure a company by seeing how they react when something goes wrong.
While we did not encounter any problem with the installation of the new AC unit or the operational functioning of the installed unit, there were problems with the dismantling of the existing unit and the permit process. It was here that All Year Cooling reacted promptly to my e-mail notices about the repair work required to fix damages caused by the dismantling of the old units and to follow up on the permit closing. All Year Cooling always responded immediately to these e-mail reports on a timely basis and the problems were taking care of in a speedy way and to my satisfaction.
The overall experience with All Year cooling was refreshing. Their professional staff and their timely response to problems reported to them and the prompt fixing of the problems make them stand out in my experience with contractors in Palm Beach County. I can honestly recommend All Year Cooling highly to any prospective customer.

Let me start by saying my complaint may seem a bit silly, but I do expect to get what was promised!
The sales man who came was great and knowledgeable. after speaking with him for about 20 minutes I was on the fence about buying a new unit. to push it over the top he told me he could have someone install my echobee unit for me as there would be some additional wiring needed. that was all it took I was sold and we signed and bought the unit right there!

The next day the install team was there and was friendly professional and efficient! the new unit was in a cooling in what i consider to be great time. a few days past and no call regarding the install of my thermostat. no big deal i text the salesman to follow up, and another 2 days and a few more text go by before i get a response. he apologizes and promises his office will call and get this done. Long story "semi" short, here we are almost 2 weeks after install and no call from the office or the salesman.

for me this isn't so much about the thermostat than it is about making a promise in the sales portion you couldn't deliver on. I actually waited this long hoping It would get done so i could give a 5 star review, but in the future i will very much question anything promised from this organization by a salesman.

I have purchased 5 unit from this company and I am very happy with them as well as with the customer service they provide.
IS a family ran business and they do take care of their customers.
Most of the time I have dealt with Kelly Balestieri and I a very satisfied as their client.
I would never purchased unit form anybody else and I would always gladly recommend to all of my family and friends who need new AC, any repair or maintenance.

Extremely quick and efficient service! Spoke to sales guy on Tuesday and unit was installed by Friday! Installers were great and made huge effort to not make a mess in the house even though it was pouring outside. Would recommend them for sure.

I think when a customer isn't home when job is done communicate with the customer on completion.

If you have any problem with your AC you need to call All Year Cooling. They are professional and thorough.

I need my air conditioner fixed. I found them online and called them. They arrived at my home within an hour. I can't believe they showed up the same day and fixed my air conditioner with no problems. They were very polite and talked me threw every step of the process. They are affordable and reliable. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

There was a very unpleasant odor in my home. I could not figure out where it was coming from. I finally narrowed it down to one room where the odor was the strongest. My friend told me that it may be a problem in the ductwork leading to the room. I called All Year Cooling. When the technician came to see if he could find the problem he was very considerate and patient. He found that a little animal was caught in the air duct. The technician disposed of the refuse and the ducts were cleared. Now I can breathe easy again.

My husband and I put off buying a new AC unit for a year and finally called All Year Cooling and Heating for a quote. We got a brand new Carrier system installed for a fair price and were very happy with the service. Especially nice technician Andre who kept us informed of all steps along the way!

Great price and good service on a new York dual speed package unit. Unfortunately it was hooked up wrong to the thermostat. This resulted in erratic cooling and high humidity. Plus there was a warning on the thermostat that said "CALL SERV". So the first technician they sent poo-pooed the warning and said the problem was my bedroom door was shut. Totally wrong. They sent a better technician who found the problem and wired it up correctly. This company is very responsive when you have a problem and will send technicians over quickly to address the issues and will call you back the next day to check that no problems persist.

I purchased a unit from Tom at All Year Cooling in June of 2014. The service was semi prompt with a couple days delay between the start and finish which i had issues with due to the intense heat at the time and the fact there was a prior unit with all wiring and pipelines. The unit has worked well since then except for an issue with the remote not functioning properly. I have addressed this issue with them many time and they never resolved it. Even after many promises to replace the remote. They didn't believe my issues and they sent a repairman out to check and confirm the problem was real. I even contacted the manufacturer and they never resolved it either. I

Any time I have trouble with my air conditioner, I can always count on All Year Cooling to fix it fast.

I was so relieved and thankful to see that this company truly lives up to their good reviews. They honor the years they have been in business by providing great, and more importantly, honest service. I will undoubtedly be contacting "All Year Cooling", for all my ac needs moving forward.

I LOVE LOVE All Year Cooling. Their customer service is amazing. I replaced my AC with them 7 years ago and I will replace it next time with them again.. they are available anyday of the week. Great team of techs and service department.

I had an AC Tech that did home business on the side but I honestly didn t like him. He wasn t very reliable for starters and when I did have a schedule for him to come out, he would always show up hours late or not at all. My neighbor recommended that I contact the people he used. I made the call to All Year Cooling and was immediately impressed by their customer service. This is now the only place that I will use now!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. The installer (Leo) was nothing but professionally and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The price was much better than other competing companies and the installation was done on time and with great care. I would have no problem recommending this company for anyone looking for a quality job.

What a deal! We have owned 2 homes in our life, and have never had to replace an A/C. Our AC was over 23 years old, and when it finally started going we decided to call the company that had installed it in 1990 - All Year Cooling! We enjoyed working with their knowledgeable staff, and got the best value in an AC company.

Unbelievable!

I had a bad incident with scheduled installation of an upgrade to my thermostat. To my surprise, the president of the company got wind of it and called me personally. He explained that it was an error, apologized, and made it right.

I am very impressed! This is truly a great company.

I was so impressed with this Co. I had quotes that were out of this world for the upgrade that I needed. They had the best price. I also found that the last Co did just about everything wrong when installing the unit. Joe was great at our first meeting and the service guys were fantastic, they did a great job. I will recommend this Co to everyone I know that may need their services. Thank you for making this a great experience and putting my mind at ease.

Wow! What a find! Not like the other AC companies. All Year Cooling made it simple and easy for me to get a new AC without the high pressure sales tactics. Communication was great! I decided to go with a new AC after my 15 year old unit died (a money pit). All Year Cooling had an avail installation the very next day. Installers showed up very courteous and professional explaining their every detail what they were going to do. I was well informed on everything going on. They were also very clean and neat using sheets to cover areas of the house that might get dirty. I almost felt like a family member was doing the work ... so caring of the house surroundings. Unit is now working like a Ferrari ... smooth, quiet and cold. I am just so glad I found All Year Cooling and highly recommend them to all looking for an honest and sincere AC company that finally cares about the customer. Thanks AYC!
