They advertise 24/7 service, but I called and spoke to someone on a Sunday morningwas not acce and was promised someone would be over between 2 and 6. At 4:45 called to confirm someone was coming words was told I was not on the schedule. She even had the gull to ask if I wanted a Monday morning appointment. Go figure***

I texted the president of the company;
I just spoke with the office the rep who booked the call made a
mistake I apologize however we can still come tonight, between 8:00 / 10:00. This was not acceptable. Tommy, the president advised someone would be here the morning bright and early. He kept his word!
