I have moved to Florida from New York which is not unique down here. Having your A/C on so much for obvious reasons is different than back home. I m a very satisfied customer and I have to thank Lauren who took care of everything twice. Very nice, professional and got back to me very quickly. Bottom line for me is that having trustworthy people to help me and my family means a lot. I highly recommend that if you have an A/C problem call them. You ll be happy you did. Thanks again Lauren
