I bought a York A/C central unit March 2018. I asked Tommy to use my old thermostat since it was WiFi and already programmed which he did. Two days ago (Sept 28 2018) the thermostat stopped working. I could remotely see that the house was getting very hot but could not turn on the unit. Tommy sent someone right away and replaced the thermostat. This was the first time I needed All Year Cooling support and it was excellent. I also want to thank Bianca & Amanda. I called at 10:00 PM and left a message for the office to call me back in the morning. I was very surprised that I received a call from them 11:30 PM that night. You will not find this level of service anywhere. When I bought the unit, Tommy's quote was the best. I had concerns. Would the service be as good as the price. Well, so far, it is.
