I m sure it is the same for many folks just now with COVID-19 rearing its ugly head. Money is short. But a fact is a fact and a functioning, reliable AC system is a must-have in Florida. We found their financing options to be highly competitive and they presented us with one we were as comfortable working with as we are basking in the comfort of our conditioned air.

I did not use this business but my grandmother in law TRIED to. I'm writing this review because she is 82 YEARS OLD and she doesn't know how to.

My grandmother doesn't like asking me for help because she knows I'm usually busy as I'm AC Technician and its summer as I'm booked all the time. She decided to call All Year Cooling a white shirt business man not a technician showed up to her door with a clipboard pen and paper. He took 5mins to say she had a leak on the liquid line on condensing unit and said it would be 500 dollars to repair. Once I heard that story from my wife I decided to come by and check out this so called leak. I examined the area he took 5 mins to spray soap bubbles and there wasn't a leak! I then went to turn on unit and diagnose it myself and unit was simply pumping down. Given the fact typically that is caused by two things I found out that her TXV went bad and it was a 60 dollar part and I fixed her unit and its running.

Moral of the story dont trust this company that is sending out salesman to diagnose a problem a leak is not always found within 5 mins and ask them to show you what they found. Bunch of scamming rats.

They are top notch in my eyes. They are very professional from the office staff to the installers. Very knowledgeable in the industry and customer service. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great a/c installation. Thank you all year cooling for making this a enjoyable project.

The good part - We were in a jam when our A/C suddenly broke down. They came out that night, gave us a competitive quote and installed a new system the next day.
The not so good parts -
The salesman was a cheese ball. He knew we were hot, frustrated and pretty much out of options, yet he felt compelled to drag us through his whole lame sales pitch, trying to convince us every step of the way of what a great deal we were getting.
The salesman over-promised things the installers would do that they did not, tried to dissuade us from getting a permit.
The installers needed to 2 guys from our family to help them put the unit in place.
While working in the attic they knocked our dryer stack out of place, didn't tell us and our dryer was venting to our attic - fire hazard.
They follow up with hard sell on service contracts.
The owner tells you call him personally but sounds annoyed when you do.
We needed follow up calls for venting and inspection. They were totally disorganized and various people kept calling us.
Long story short - if you know your A/C needs to be replaced, get quotes early and schedule before it totally breaks with a company you trust for installation and long term maintenance.

All Year Cooling made me a believer in customer service again. Not only was All Year Cooling prompt in sending out a representative to prepare an estimate, but also professional in installing my new unit. They followed up and followed through every step of the way. I am a very happy customer.

I have used several A/C companies over the years, and there is not much difference between most of them, but with Allyear there is a big difference - Service with a capital "S".. From the top down, these guys are attentive and no problem is too small. I had a question about the size of our filters and not only did they respond, but they sent two filters FOC to prove I could resolve my issues. They gave me the best price when I changed my main A/C units over 5 years ago. In short, the best A/C quality and service in South Florida!!

Last year one of my buddies recommended this company. I had this short spanish technician come in to look at my AC system and within 2 minutes he recommended i needed a new unit when i had an installation done the previous year before that. For some reason this guy kept repeating he was the lead sales tech at the company and if i'm not mistaken i think this guy might have been drunk. It was the most unprofessional experience i've had in my life. I told him to leave but he kept talking to me so i had to call the company. I just hope this guy got the help he clearly needs. I ended up hiring a different company to come do some work for a very reasonable price.

When our air conditioner went out this summer, we called them for help. They sent someone out and the condenser was blown. They we able to replace it and clean the machine. And they topped off the freon too. Now it works great and they are our new go to company. We signed on for the annual service because they are so great. Thanks!

Office personnel kept me notified with updates as to when the technician would arrive, and technician was experienced and thorough with his work. The complete staff of All Year Cooling were all professionals and I'm so glad that I have them readily available when I need them

My air conditioning unit went out in my house on 96 degree day. my neighbor told me about All Year Cooling. It was the best decision i made and would highly recommend them.

Yesterday I signed a contract with another A/C company to replace my 15 y/o A/C unit...price...over 13K for a 5 ton 16 seer unit...I called a friend who referred me to 'All Year Cooling' HE SAID "THEY ARE THE BEST"...so I called and spoke with Michael who was able to provide me a quick quote within seconds...when I heard the QUOTE (8K less than the other company) I almost fell to the floor and accepted the offer immediately. He quickly assisted me in obtaining 100% financing on the spot...and today..."Nick" - the technician, came in removed the old a/c unit and replaced it with the brand new 5 ton unit. This guy was amazing...to start with a GREAT personality (that alone saved the day), clean, organized, and best of all knowledgeable...I kept asking him questions as I am planning on attending school for HVAC and he was to the point. The Best AC company, hands down! I recently reached out to a variety of companies for replacement of my outside unit. I've been shopping around for months and was finally ready to get it done.

Spoke to Anthony from the office. He immediately sent out Mario to my home the same day to provide a quote. I agreed to the price at 2pm and the installers were at my home with a brand new unit at 4 pm. The installer Clifford & crew were professional and did a clean and thorough job.

The following day the crew that came to do the vent renovation were also friendly and professional. They covered our belongings properly before commencing any work. And cleaned up nicely after themselves.

I had to arrange for the replacement of our A/C unit in our condo in Pompano from my home in Toronto. I didn't know of any companies (other than Service America which determined that the unit had to be replaced) so I googled "air conditioner companies in Fort Lauderdale reviews". All Year Cooling had many positive reviews so I decided to call them.
My initial contact was with Sofia. I found her to be very helpful and patient. I then spoke with Tom, the owner. He sent someone out the next day to give a quote. He offered a competitive price and contacted the condo association to get the okay to do the work.
I'm very pleased with the service provided by All Year Cooling. I like the fact that it is a family owned business. I also like the fact that Tom really cares about his company. He even goes so far as to give out his cell phone number and encourages people to call him at any time if they have a problem.

A/C fan blower motor not working. Called a little before noon. Phone answered promptly, got call back within 15 minutes as promised. Was told service call was free if I didn t want work done. Set appointment between 2 and 6. 15 until 2 called to say on the way and were here a little early. Technician, Greg, was clean and courteous. Did not try to up sell as mosr A/C seem to do. Highly recommend.

When my new airconditor was acting up Mark came to the rescue. He made sure it would be fixed the same day so I wouldn't be inconvenient. The service Tec was amazing and it was fixed in no time. Mark called later to check on everything. Thank you both for a great job.

I contacted All Year Cooling because my AC went out in August and one of my secretaries recommended them to me. They were able to come to my house that day and replaced the fan and motor to the outside unit. The service technician was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After talking to other people who had to replace the same parts I found out I also got a great deal price wise. Thank you!

These guys are AMAZING! Talk about customer service. Our old AC unit died while we were waiting for Hurricane Dorian and even though the warehouse was closed, they kept their promise of a Tuesday install by going all the way to the west coast to get us a unit! They just gained a customer for life from us!!!

Well, unfortunately I had to call them twice because the first guys that came were not the greatest. But on the second call, the tech was awesome and my a/c is working great now

I have found this company will respond quickly to get your business but very slow to come out to service and have been unacceptable with permit opening and closing; after 4 months of installation I have received a letter from the county that my permit had not been closed and hav expired. No answer form the company

Couple of things you should know about me:

I understand mechanical and electrical problems including electronics, and know when someone is not doing there job properly or know when he or she is not truthful.

The only time I write reviews if someone "Company" did wrong by me, or if I experience amazing work, nothing in between.

To be completely honest, I received a unit that didn't work good from the very beginning, (Note: This was a new unit, that came straight from the manufacturer. trust me I know when it was being unboxed)

After speaking to Tommy from All Year Cooling who said "don't worry, please give me a little time, I will resolve your issues, my job is to make your a happy customer when this is resolved."

I can say, hands down he is a man of his word and can be trusted 100%. also not to mention the after hours emergency service "Julia" ;-)
Amazing communication! with phone calls and text messages.
The technicians/ installers are respectful, understanding when you're stressed, and know what they are doing.

I was pleasantly surprised when it was a young lady that showed up to my place to fix my AC. That tells me All Year Cooling hires not only professional people but is an equal opportunity company and she found out what the problem was and fixed it that same day.

After a few service calls my heat pump is back working well. The company stuck with it till the problem was resolved. The tech's were good and cleaned up after job was done. Tommy Smith the owner backed the work. At the end it is a great company to work with.

I have been a customer with All Year Cooling & Heating for close to 15 years. My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our 15 year old system to a new high efficient A/C. After soliciting quotes from other contractors just to test the market, All Year once again came to through with the BEST proposal!

Today we had our unit installed a 4 ton York that is currently freezing me as I writing this review. The house is now 70 degrees which old unit could never do!! AND the unit runs extremely quiet which is a big plus!

The other point I would like make is the high level of professional service that All Year has delivered from beginning to end. From their sales staff, Anthony Odell, job foreman, Joe Nicholosi, to the technicians, Patrick Palmer and his assistant, it has been 5 stars all the way! All of these people were courteous, professional and punctual! AND after completing the installation, the technicians had cleaned their area of work as though no one was ever there, NO follow up cleaning on my part!!

I am extremely glad that I chose All Year Cooling and Heating and would recommend the company to anyone!!

We returned from a cruise to our south Florida condominium one Friday in March 2019, to find only warm air blowing out of our AC vents on Saturday morning. After verifying the system was beyond repair, All Year Cooling was one of 5 companies we contacted for competitive bids for an all new system on Monday. All Year s salesman was very professional and answered every question with full details. The bid was very good for an energy efficient system, but we had a couple of added issues of concern (duct cleaning, annual system service) which we re addressed as we asked. Financing was also available to us. Finally, we selected All Year late on Tuesday afternoon and the company scheduled our installation just 2 days later, on Thursday. The installers were great. They kept the work area very clean, putting canvas over our tile, vacuumed our Air Handler cabinet and removed all old equipment and followed up with a quick efficient system installation, which they tested and then showed us how to operate. We also got a new concrete pad for our new outside unit, and had our ducts cleaned. We are very happy with the entire process and highly recommend this company as one of the best we have worked with in South Florida.

Great customer service and polite and knowledgeable technicians! They have been able to help us keep our old AC unit going on numerous occasions, which is a necessity for us!

After meeting with several companies and not being won over by their customer service and price quotes, we decided to do an internet search once again. 'All Year Cooling' was the first company we noticed on our internet search results; we decided to give them a call eventhough we had never heard of the company before. After contacting 'All Year Cooling', we received a call back from the owner, Tom Sr. He was very sincere, honest, helpful and attentive to our dire situation; as a non-profit we needed a new compressor asap but had a limited budget. Tom assured us that he would not only research the best price right away (and beat our competitors) but he would also guarantee a quick turn around time to install the new compressor. He and his company did both successfully and we were up and running the next day! We were and are so thankful for 'running' into 'All Year Cooling'. Outstanding. Having had a hard time trying to find a company that could either fix or replace my ac I became very reluctant after getting the run around . Crazy fees, sleazy sales people. We all know how vulnerable we are when we have a/c issues here in S. Florida, hot sticky days and nights. I called many companies and actually had them come to my home and not even try to fix my unit, not even turn it on but sat with me to sell me a new one. Steve Mauriello from All Year Cooling showed up on the same day that I called, and unlike others actually looked at my unit, took it apart and was able to repair it so affordably. What a pro. They did not charge a service fee, did not try to sell me anything although I will be getting a new ac very soon. Guess whos getting that business. This is a family run business and I actually called the owner the next day. He suggests you do so. I am thrilled that as a single woman who was seen as a target by many other companies, I felt like they really are for the customer and not only the bottom line. How refreshing, and yes it is nice and cool in here now. Yea.

Well after doing a little research with different AC companies my niece was looking to get a free estimate today with AC repairs & possibly new installation so after reading the reviews I thought All Year Cooling would be great with such good reviews so I gave her the info to submit a request for someone to call her and no one ever called her back so if this is any indication of your services that you provide I guess we'll look for business elsewhere

Amazing company that stands behind their product. I ve installed 4 AC units with them in both my primary residence and rental units and they have always done a great job at the best price. I had a significant issue with a unit in my primary residence and the owner of company called me personally and really went out of his way to take care of the situation. I was super impressed and thankful. Will continue to do business with them long term.

during the virus my air conditioner died I called the company and the next morning they had a man out to repair it fix it was just done absolutely perfectly when it was installed two years ago it was installed the way it should havebeen with no shortcuts taken.I think it's one of the best in the air conditioning companies I've ever dealt with the service is great the installations perfect and the men all know what they're doing

Our heater did not want to kick on this winter, so I called AYC per my Mom's suggestion. The service men came over on time and replaced the pilot light and he gave the unit a good cleaning. It is warm and cozy now, and we have a new company to tend to our hvac systems.

If you are looking to purchase AC unit that works do NOT use this company! We purchased 2 AC units from All Year Cooling, one for our primary residence and one for our investment property. Only after 2 months of installation the unit at our investment property is not working , as of now we are on the 3rd service technician and still don t have a working AC, not to mention that the property is tenant occupied. On our primary residence we have had to have the blower motor replaced 4 times in the past 4 years!! Once each year since the AC was purchased from All Year Cooling. We have not been able to get answer from All Year Cooling why this keep on happening. Units that are installed are either faulty of their technicians don t know how to do a proper installation. Needless to say we are now stuck with two new AC units that have required multiple repairs and haven t been working properly.

After multiple conversations with All Year Cooling they were able to address our concerns in a professional manner. Anthony was helpful and has been able to help resolve the issues.

Very professional. Within 90 minutes of our call, they were out here and they repaired the unit by the next day. Both technicians were efficient and professional. The technician who did the repairs stayed until nearly 8 p.m.to make sure it was fixed.We have used All Year for more than 30 years and through 3 houses. Highly recommended.

I found AllYearCooling on the internet and they were excellent!! The customer service, follow up and professionalism were superb. Everything was completed within the time indicate and rates are fair. I had a/c problems a few years ago. I got some quotes on a new system but decided on a quick repair at the time. I kept in mind this company because they had the best price and a very pleasant salesman. Well, that repair lasted a bit but recently the compressor went out. This time I just called All Year Cooling. Jay came out. Gave me a great price on a new system. Within 2 days, they came out to install it. Every single worker was very nice. They came early, they knew their jobs well and by the end of a few hours I had a new system. I highly recommend this company. I didn't bother getting any other quotes, what for? I knew I would get the best price with All Year Cooling. You won't be disappointed! Thanks guys!

Update: Earlier today I gave this company a one star based on my experience with the sales rep AL. I have since decided to edit my review because even though AL was not the best person to deal and I had a few issues with him everyone else was amazing. My unit was switched out today for the correct unit by Walker and a few other guys. Walker was heaven sent and this company is lucky to have a compassionate worker like him. We brought my mom home for home hospice and keeping her cool is critical to her being comfortable. Walker and his crew stayed until 10:30 pm to ensure the switch was done properly and everything worked fine. I know it's a bit repetitive but my family and I are forever grateful for Walker and the other guys willingness to help, and above all else their professionalism and respect. Also, I would like to thank Tommy. I would definitely recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.

There was a communication gap. They did not receive my phone message. When it came to their awareness they took the gloves off and provided service beyond what could be asked for. I requested Horace, the origional tech because in speaking to him on the initial visit I knew - he's professional and knows his stuff. Christina reached out to me to make sure my service was handled properly. I rec'd additional calls from AYC making sure I was satisfied. So satisfied I requested an annual service contract with All Year Cooling.

All Year Cooling is an amazing company my first experience with them I purchased a house and was renovating it when I realized the ac was broken I was getting estimates for over $4,000 and I couldn't afford it. I called them told them I had a 6 month old baby and tommy really looked out for us. he called us with a unit that had been repod and it was in our price range and he had it installed the next day. then couple months later life happened again and we had to move and the house we move to ac was broken (bad luck) again imagine 90 degree in florida my son was 18month old and running around in diapers it was so hot I call them again and they sent somebody out the next day and the price again was fixed so I could afford it. the nxt day the line was not working for the ac and they came out at 9pm can u believe it and they fixed it this is truly an amazing company and they truly have looked out and helped my family and words can't express how much I love this company they really care about there customer

We got three different quotes before we decided on our new air conditioning system. Not only was All Year Round the best price but they provided the best service to keep the system running at peek all year long.

All Year Cooling recently replaced my AC unit. The company I used before charged an arm and a leg to fix an issue that came back 4 months later but they weren't much help to fix it again. All Year Cooling hooked me up with a great deal and were prompt about getting the job done. The installers seemed like good people and the representative on the phone was nice and helpful. They never show up. I call and call and never get a reply after I paid

ROUGH START. WRONG TECH THEN GOT ANOTHER WHO CAUSED ME A LOT OF PROBLEMS ON MY HOUSE. NEXT ONE CAUSED FIRE HAZARD POTENTIAL PUT BACK THE PIPES THAT OTHER TOOK OFF THE HOUSE, DID NOT USE MASTIC ON THE BLACK TAPE THAT FALLS OFF. ALSO HIRED THEM TO CHECK EACH A/C VENT FOR TEARS. ONLY LOOKED AT THE 2 BIG A/C VENTS AND TAPED THE TEAR. TOLD TO MASTIC IT SO DID BUT THEN I CAME TO SEE AND BE TOLD BY THE TECH AND FIND THEY DID NOT LOOK AT ANY OTHER DUCTS. BUT I WILL FILE A BBB REPORT AND COMPLAINT. AND COMPANY MUST SEND TWO OTHERS TO FIX IT. THESE 2 WILL NEVER GO UNDER THERE AGAIN .......MY DECISION. SO ZERO SCORE. The technician from this company did a thorough inspection when he came to my place just an hour after I did the call. There were some components that failed and fixed it right away. So far, my unit works really well after that. Thank you so much!

I have been doing business with All Year Cooling since 2012. This is a company that is professional, gets the issue resolved, responds very quickly and I haven't had any bad experiences with them. To be more specific, yesterday I called in at 5pm abt my AC not working properly. At approx 7.35pm,that's 2hrs and 30mins later,the tech was at my home.
Kensy was the technician,he was polite, he went the extra mile. He took a brush and even cleaned the area where the filter is.I was up and running.
You will not be disappointed using this company. Very responsive even on the weekends.

Regular service is really handy to have. I didn't even know it was needed for my central air, but All Year Cooling knew and take care of it. Mostly it's just replacing filters and clearing dust from places I've never noticed before, but it's a relief to know everything is good.

Great company and customer service. I installed and purchased an AC unit back in 2013. They provided me a great service and the unit is in great condition. I recommend them.

I needed to replace an A/C unit, got three estimates, Allyear was the lowest price so I checked both the BBB and Angies list (97 reviews) and found them to be a reputable company. I scheduled the installation and a very professional three man crew showed up on time. They obviously knew their stuff, it was like watching a well choreopgraphed dance routine - each man knew his part and they worked cooperatively to good effect. They were polite, professional, and quick (three hours on site.) They answered all of my questions patiently and comprehensively (I always have lots of questions - education does not stop when you finish school...) At the end of the day my new unit looks and performs perfectly. All seams well sealed with mastic and tape, new drain pan and line, new digital thermostat installed everything neat and tidy. I could not be more pleased with their service and when the big unit needs replacing (hopefully not for another few years...) I will not bother to get three estimates - I will just call Tommy at All Year Cooling and Heating.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience thus far with All Year. From start to finish of installing a new unit at our business, Joe and team have not let us down. When we started our search for a reputable company (I must have called 10+ places) All year was the most responsive and answered anytime I called. I highly recommend choosing this company for your HVAC needs.

They provided services quickly & were very humble. They came to clean the drainage which was clogged & clean out the coils. Once completed he left the area clean. Hoping my a/c holds out for a couple more yrs till I have to buy a new. I will keep them in mind for future tune ups etc

I had just come home from the hospital with a new baby. The AC quit working the day after. I called the company I have used in the past and was told it would be the next day before they could get to me. Not what I wanted to hear. Next I called All Year Cooling and explained the situation. They came and made the repair quickly.

We used All Year Cooling when we lived in our old house in Fort Lauderdale and now that we live in Miami, we still call All Year Cooling whenever our air conditioning goes out. They are prompt, fair, and friendly. This is what an HVAC company should be.

UPDATE 6/29: The technician came in 20 minutes and was able to get the part for the fan from the Trane supply center and install it. Since then the AC has been working well and the owner has reached out several times to make sure that we are satisfied with the job. We are happy that our home is staying cool. Thank you to Tommy, the owner, for making this happen.

I am trying to be as factual as possible with our current experience. My husband and I agreed to have All Year Cooling do a $7,800 job at our home; part of that was replacing our AC unit. Our AC unit was replaced on 6/27. Since then, it has not worked properly. Yesterday our home got to 80 degrees three times. My husband called at 2:30pm to see when someone could come out as we just paid for a brand new unit that is failing to properly work. We were told someone would be here between 4-6pm. At 5:45pm I was more than doubtful that anyone would show up by 6pm to fix whatever was either broken or not installed properly. My husband called and got an answering service as it was already after business hours. We reached out to the salesmen who sold us the job and then tried contacting the company through the number on Yelp. Dispatch called back after the answering service forwarded them a message and told us it would now be between 6-8pm; completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The owner did get back to my husband and was graciously trying to help. A tech finally came here after 7pm on 6/28 and immediately we could tell that he just wanted to get home (I do understand he is not to blame and already worked a long day, but I didn't appreciate the blase attitude) as the AC had started cooling again. It was cycling between cooling for a short time and then getting hot again for a few hours. He told my husband that it was put on only a 30 amp line as our breaker box was mislabeled; however, the installers apparently didn't care enough to check as they got here at 10:40am and told my husband they "had a drive away time of 2pm." The tech put a time delay on and said someone would be back out the next morning. The one upside is that the owner was in contact with my husband throughout this. Now another tech comes on 6/29 and says he does not have the correct part to change the breaker line. He leaves to get the part and comes back to change it from 30 amps to 40 amps. Now he says the fan isn't working properly and has to leave to get another part. He told my husband the Trane part supply closes at 12pm and left at 11:30am to get the part. At 12:45pm nobody was here and we hadn't heard anything. Again, the owner had to be called in order to find out what is going on. It is now 12:55pm and we were told the tech won't be here for another 20 minutes. I am beyond frustrated as to why a brand new, less than 48 hours old unit would be having so many issues. I am also frustrated that we were essentially ignored until the owner got involved and continue to be ignored unless the owner steps in. I do have to give credit to the owner for stepping in. I appreciate his help as we have an 11 month old and want this resolved. I will be more than happy to update this review when we are satisfied customers.

All Year Cooling & Heating gave me a good deal and they were also recommended by my manager. I used to have heating and air that wasn't cooling well, so it was a little uncomfortable and very expensive. Then an All Year sales rep came out to my house, answered all my questions, and was very polite. I've had their unit installed and I m waiting to see if my electric bill goes down. It went down a little bit, but it may go down smaller. I totally enjoyed working with All Year and I had a great experience. It was positive all the way around. I d also recommend them.

A few months ago we called about getting the AC fixed. Paul came out soon after. We called about the duct work needing cleaned for my grandmother too, and once again, someone came out right after. They were so patient with her too. So glad to have such wonderful service.
