The team from All Year did a fantastic job on our new system installation. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The system was very well priced compared to the other bids we received. I highly recommend All Year for new systems, as well as repairs and maintenance! The owner Tommy answered a couple questions I had personally via text. You won't find that very often from a larger contractor here in South Florida. Excellent.

Horrible!! As a family owned company who takes pride in their company and values their costumers they sure do not offer great service! Our AC has been acting up and not cooling for the past two weeks and have had other issues in the past 5 years with it aswell! All the AC techs that come out have different answers or never find an issue, yet their is always a problem with the system. Funny enough we call the president/owner and he can't say anything but "I'll talk to the tech when he gets out there to see what the problem is". Whole point is all the techs never find a problem yet our system still doesn't work.
And to add to it we get a time frame for when the tech should be at the house and they are over an hour late.
Very unprofessional. Obviously if the owner can't help we will be taking this issue higher up!

I have an emergency with my AC unit, I called All Year Cooling and left a message, they answered and replied to me in a blink of an eye . That company is really owned by family because they are caring and they re delivered. Before I knew it my AC was fixed. Good job . The Technician have masked and gloves on. Thanks again for the prompt service call.

I almost never write reviews but I had such a great experience with All Year Cooling I would like to share. They were extremely responsive. They arranged an appointment quickly. They called me to keep me informed about the arrival window. When at my place, they were polite and gave me a price on the spot that was reasonable. They had to return to complete the work and, once again, were available at my convenience and even accommodated my schedule changes. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. My interactions over the phone and in person were all excellent. The work was top-notch. This was a fantastic customer service experience from start to finish. I highly recommend All Year Cooling.

This company is very bad! Lost one whole afternoon waiting for them. They were supposed be there between 2-4pm. I called their office(only voicemail), and they called me 30min later, that they will come at 5-6pm. 5min later another person tells me they will be there 6-7. (I always recieved 2calls from 2 different people 3min after another)
I requested a surpervisor who told me that they didn't even request a permission from my the apartments I spoke to them about it day before, so even if they showed up, they would not be able to go up on the roof.
I gave them another chance and rescheduled for next day 10-1pm. They called me at 7:15(who does that!!) to confirm. I was waiting and at 12Pm I called them how long it's going to take, because I had to leave. Nobody called until later to tell me, that they will arrive between 1-2pm.
Are you kidding me???? I spent 8hr waiting, lost my wage and the job never got done. No apologies, no nothing.
This company sucks!!! Beware! I hired someone else who did show up in 1hr.

Great installation and response.

My AC finally gave out. I called All Year Cooling and agreed to have them replace the AC unit. First, they were punctual. They arrived well within the time they stated. My installers were Omar and Jason. Those guys were the best. Omar worked hard and did an amazing job. Before leaving Jason asked me for a broom and cleaned up the floor.

There was an issue with the closet door where the air handler was located. It didn t close all the way. That following Monday, they sent Buzz (might be misspelling his name) he came and fixed the issue. He was efficient and precise with his measurements. Fixed the door issue right away. Again, clean job.

Because this happened during Covid-19, we have to wait to pass permit and inspection. All Year told me that they'll take care of that as soon as that office opens.

I am a customer for life and HIGHLY recommending All Year Cooling.

Awesome company that provides great service after the sale. Communicate with the owner if you are not happy and he takes care of you. This is why I will buy my next unit from them. Lastly, great prices....need I say more? 8 year owner.

Native Floridian here and All Year Cooling is the best company I've ever had perform work, for any reason, on my house. I could tell the AC was on it's last leg so called around and happened on All Year Cooling. I'm glad I did. They replaced my aging system with all brand new gear including the condenser, air handler, and complete duct work replacement. I had returns added in 4 of the rooms and the difference is literally measurable. I have a solar powered house with 2 Tesla powerwall 2 batteries. Since All Year Cooling came out I'm seeing dramatic decreases in energy use to the point where my only power bill line item today is the privilege of being an FPL customer. The price was great, the installation crew was just outstanding from start to finish, and the sales team went above and beyond. It was like a small army working to make sure I had great AC. I recommend these folks with no reservations what so ever. You can't go wrong.

The techs sent to fix my AC were really knowledgeable and good about explaining what they were doing and needing to do. It made me much more comfortable having them in my home. If I ever need to hire another team for a repair, it's going to be All Year!

I called All Year Cooling & Heating as soon as I noticed my A/C was weakly pumping air! I dreaded the thought of replacing my A/C unit, because the last company I dealt with was a nightmare! Thankfully, AYC&H was able to tune-up my A/C within 1 visit. The tech was very professional and patient in explaining the issues. I will definitely refer to AYC&H in the future, as well as to my friends and family!

We had a bad experience with the install of a new central a/c unit. First, they left a mess for me to clean up inside and out. There was no filter installed when they left, was told it doesn't come with the system we ordered. After 4 hours of running, the house would not get any cooler than 79 degrees, so a service man arrived 4 hours later and added freon. I am happy with the unit we purchased, just cannot recommend All Year Cooling to do the installation. We are hoping the company improves. It would also be nice if you called this company and actually had someone answer, instead of having to leave a voicemail message every time.

I had all year install a new system and I paid extra to purchase a 10 year extended warranty to cover service. The parts were to be covered by the manufacturer warranty. The installation was done well and the system worked fine. I have now had 3 significant breakdowns in the last 3 years of ownership. Each time, the service is prompt and professional. My grudge is that each time, in spite of my warranties, they attempt to retrieve a processing fee of $89 to get the replacement parts. First of all, my system should not be breaking down annually. And, secondly, it is audacious that they should try to scam me for extra money. It really angers me. There is no way that I should be charged for them to attain the needed part. However, it is a huge company with lots of employees and they all seem to be proficient. I would still recommend them.

They have the most responsive service! One phone call and we were back in business. I was so pleased!

We have used All Year Cooling for years for our two homes. They keep our hvac system running year round. We also have them cleaned and checked annually too. I like to stay ahead of problems so it does not go out and AYC is a big part of that. I trust and rely on them for all of our hvac care.

I am so happy that I found an honest company to install my AC after Hurricane Irma and you did not take advantage of your costumers in any way, infact your service was A+ and your prices were more than resonable but most of all you responded honestly and promptly. I called you after the installation and you helped me with an issue that was not even involved with the AC and you were more than happy to respond to my calls. THANK YOU!

This last summer was a hot one and when our AC gave out, we called AYC. They came out and found that the freon had run out, so they filled and cleaned the unit. The techs were very nice, on time, and did a great job. Thanks

Last year my ac broke and of course it happened on a Sunday. I searched online and called a few companies. All Year Cooling was the only company I called where I was able to speak to a live person. Every other company had a recording. Within a couple hours of my call I had a technician at my house working on my unit. The technician advised that I needed to replace my unit and he gave me a great price. Before leaving he was able to get my unit cooling so that I didn't have to sleep in a hot house. By Monday evening I had my new system installed and was back to enjoying cool air. Not only does the new unit keep me cool but my electrical bills have been cut in half. From top to bottom All Year Cooling is an A+ company. I have recommended family and friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Technician showed up on time. Advised we needed to replace A/C unit and quoted a price around $5,000.00 for a new unit to cover a 1,700 sq. ft. home, way over priced. Called someone else and was told unit did not have to be replaced, just the fan. Fan was replaced an unit works fine, no further problems.

When my A.C. broke down it was eighty-nine degrees and muggy out. I put out a few fans and called the guys at All Year Cooling. They came pretty quick and took care of the repair and I have my system back. Great Job!

While visiting my Dad this summer, his ac started to freeze up whenever he dropped the temperature on the thermostat. We couldn't figure out what was going on, and since Dad is a little older, I felt it was too dangerous not to repair. I called All Year Cooling, and they not only repaired the unit, but they explained what he can do himself to maintain the unit until we can get it replaced. Very decent company.

Gave them a shot because they offer free estimates and are available Monday through Sunday. Turned out to be great people and great service!

We bought a new house last summer, as it is. The whole system needed to be replaced. We called All Year because they work on my sister s house and she really likes them. I bought the ac just a yr ago I have to call many time One of them was the compresor or freon , when u try to talk to the tech they don t even listen !! They don t care they pretend to check and they said everything is ok!! I paid to the company for the city permit one month passed and nothing so I started calling n calling after 2 months finally got my city permit !!
Im so regret , I chose the wrong company
Tech left the pipes on the floor and I made complaints about that n they give me 1 extra year of warranty!! 80$ when I paid the AC CASH!!

I had the air conditioner unit in our house replaced in December 2010 by All Year Cooling. Four technicians came early as scheduled and worked all day in removing our old package unit from the roof and installing a new split system. They did everything that needed to be done and the unit has worked perfectly since then.
Last week the condensate pump stopped working and I called All Year for service. They came when they promised and replaced the pump as needed. The work was done professionally by their technician and I was very satisfied with it. I have recommended All Year to several family members and friends and they all have been very satisfied.

Wonderful service, very dependable and professional. I had problems with my cooling system and needed a company reliable that I can count on that will get the work done in a reasonable time.

Usually, I have been ripped off with anything I need repaired to my house. If there was light bulb to be changed, I will find the worst person for service. I was referred by a relative, and I could never be more pleased. Amazing customer service. They arrived on time, finished the installation very quickly, and the finishing product was great. For the price, custom service, extend labor warranty, it was a steal. I could never be more appreciative in hiring All Year Cooling AC to install my new York 3 ton unit.

All year cooling was amazing! My ac went out and they were super responsive and fast! They explained to me what the problem was and what my options were thoroughly. I needed a new AC installed in my single family home in Fort Lauderdale. I didn't know where to start so I searched online to find a reputable company. I found All Year Cooling on Google (amongst other AC companies) and read through their reviews. They looked positive for the most part so I scheduled an appointment. Joe came to my house to explain the benefits of using All Year and provided me with some AC options that I could go with. He listened to what I wanted and didn't push the expensive units on me. He gave me a recommendation that was less expensive than the 5 other companies that I met with earlier in the month. I wasn't expecting Joe's estimate to be the cheapest but it certainly was. I typically don't make decisions based solely on price & Joe made it easy for me to decide to choose All Year Cooling. He provided me with a quality product (4 ton Trane unit) a free UV light, installation within 48-hours, and he took the time to answer all of my questions (which took about 2 hours). This company offered me a quality product that was less expensive than 5 other AC companies here in Broward and Dade counties. The installation went seamlessly and took approximately 6 hours. The installers showed up on time and were professional, clean, and efficient. Overall, I was satisfied with the sales & installation process and the level of customer service that I was provided during this entire process. I highly recommend this company if you are searching for a new AC for your home.

All Year Cooling went above and beyond my expectations. They made my home much cooler with the attic insulation and they even replaced one duct that was going to be problematic and sealed the rest of my ducts. The staff was very friendly and made sure to clean up which I appreciated. Thanks again!

I am so impressed by AYC. We wanted a new air conditioning unit and my neighbor referred them to us. Everyone was friendly and professional and we have nice cold air again. The technicians were on time and ready to get started. They explained what they were going to do and about how long we d need to turn it off. They were on point and even finished a little early. Whew! They are now our permanent AC people!

Seven years ago we purchased our AC unit and warranty from All Year. Best decision we ever made. Their customer service has been amazing and they took such good care of us after our compressor went out the night before the hurricane. Even while working off personal cell phones, they stayed in touch and went out of their way to get us the part we needed. Tommy, the company president was amazing when I reached out to him. He texted me back immediately. I'm so happy we chose to work with All Year, what a great company!

I had to replace my home air conditioning unit last year. I called at least 4 companies to give me an estimate.

The person that came from All Year Cooling was very relax and explained to me all the different options that I had based on my needs. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever. I told him that I would need to get at least 2 more quotes and he was OK with that. He left me a couple of quotes with the model specification and price.

Needless is to say that the other 3 companies were very pushy and wanted me to sign a contract at that time. I told them that I was just in the process of getting at least 3 estimates but they still wanted me to sign a contract. One of them did not want to leave a written estimate and the other one gave me a different price from the written quote if I ordered at the time. I was not very pleased with this. None of them left me the exact model they were quoting.

Later on that week I had some technical questions regarding the equipment quoted and the sales person from All Year Cooling refer me to a technical person from the company. Again he answered all my questions until I was completely satisfied. He even email me the efficiency documentation of the units. I decided to place the order for a High Efficient Unit.

They schedule the job and for some special circumstance I had to call to reschedule and the person was able to change the schedule to fit my needs. She was very friendly and courteous.

Finally the day of the installation came, they call me minutes before they arrived and they arrived on the scheduled time. (what a pleasant surprise) The installer were excellent and my new unit was installed in no time. Everything was great. I am very happy with All Year Cooling and I would recommend it to anybody. It was a very pleasant experience, all of their employees that I had contact with were driven by a 100% customer satisfaction.

I don't want to see these guys again! (I mean that in a REALLY GOOD WAY!).

Here's my story:
1) Old AC Unit was on its last legs. Had a friend of mine try to help me salvage it on Saturday, unsuccessfully.
2) Google Searched for an AC company, AYC showed up.
3) I didn't wanna have talk anyone so I saw the text message service and I texted.
4) Someone replied and Joe showed up a little over 1 hour.
5) Quoted me on a unit.
6) I Slept in a hot home on Saturday night and texted texted Joe about moving forward on Sunday afternoon.
7) Steven showed up on Monday afternoon and WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO REPAIR THE BOX THAT HOLDS UP THE AIR HANDLER.
8) Steven took the old equipment and did NOT leave a trace of his presence! Well, other than the new AC Unit of course.

I had a unit that did not work properly and Tommy replaced it with a brand new unit. He is doing everything he can to make sure that I am completely satisfied! I would highly recommend using All Year Cooling.

Same day service is always appreciated but so much more so when it is unexpected. And that is exactly what it was on a 98 degree day when our AC failed. We did not thoroughly believe our good fortune until we saw that blessed AYC tech pull into our driveway. When he explained it was typical for them, we knew we had found our forever AC company.

After being picked clean financially by Lindstrom Air, I searched for what I hoped would be a reliable, honest, fairly priced, and caring A/C company, something essential in South Florida. I came across All Year Cooling in one of the magazines homeowners get each month. Boy did I pick right! The salesperson was straight forward and more importantly didn't try to oversell me. I agreed on a system and asked how long I'd have to wait before install, he asked...how about 2pm (3 hours later!) Unreal. Lo' and behold their installers arrived EARLY, did a fantastic job installing, testing and cleaning up leaving me with complete confidence that I picked the right company.
I signed up for their extended labor warranty so if all goes as promised, I shouldn't have to worry about another dime coming out of my pocket for 10 years and if what others who've needed their service said is accurate, even if i do have any problems they'll come out the same day I call, even it's on a weekend. What a load off my mind. I highly recommend AYC

I got estimates from several air conditioner installation companies. There were two that were very good. I made my decision on the one who had the A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. All Year Cooling.

We chose all year Cooling for the installation and maintenance of our new trane xr 16. We re glad we did best price best product and excellent customer service.

A friend of mine referred me to All Year Cooling and I was given exceptional service. They guided me through beginning to end and gave me a very competitive price. I got a unit and they helped install the unit, provided a follow up and checked in with me to make sure that everything was going great. One of the best businesses I've worked with.

This company is FABULOUS from my experience. After I was a total pain asking a million questions about various types & brands of A/C units, Orrin H. answered everything in a very timely manner- followed up to make sure everything was in order at every turn. When my a/c broke on a Sunday & I called All Year Cooling Monday AM at 7:30am, they had a team at my house by 11:30 to entirely install the new inside& outside unit. The crew was very professional, worked very hard & got everything up & running super fast. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who asked.

This people are great. I was out of town when the AC unit broke down. I called Tommy who promised me he will take care of it",.This was on 9/10/. The next day he sent his crew to install a new AC unit. My wife
( Elsie) told me that Janaray, and Seymour , came to our home at 4:00pm and waited almost 3 hours for the crane. They worked until 10pm to finish the installation. What can I say about All Year Cooling and Tommy Smith, its owner? I have been using them for years, as has my entire family. Tommy always puts the customer first, whatever it takes.

As an example my AC unit had begun rusting after several years in the humid Florida air. Most companies would just call it normal conditions, and run. Not Tommy. He called the manufacturer and went to bat for me. A few weeks later I learned that All Year Cooling was able to convince the manufacturer to replace my unit at minimal cost. There are few if any companies that would have taken the time or even cared. Most in fact, would try to sell you a new unit. Again that s not the way Tommy works if you need a new AC he ll tell you. If all it needs is a repair, he ll tell you that too.

The techs are all knowledgeable, and come to you with a smile and can do attitude . That comes from the top down. The day after my install, the AC stopped. I called All Year Cooling and they had someone over to my home within one hour. Fortunately, it turned out to be simply a blown fuse, but the tech knew exactly where to look, diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes.

Competitive AC unit pricing. The maintenance service is great but when they schedule a window time for service it's never right. They're always way behind the schedule time they gave you. If it wasn't for that I would have gave them 5 stars.

All Year Cooling has grown a great deal over the years. Unfortunately their installations have gone down hill. I have experienced 3 recent installations & all needed call back work. 1st one installer created a filter door that couldn't open or close, on call BACK installer said don't close it tight! OMG.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called for a service call. They scheduled to come out Monday between 2-3 PM. I started calling arou d 5 PM when they still had not called or shown up. NO ANSWER. Tried several departments... nothing... it is now 5 PM and still nothing...

I'm here in my house with my dogs and kids burning up cause it's so hot and I dont want to go to a hotel because they are scheduled to be here already... ridiculous...

Dilan Navarro was excellent, professional and took the time to answer any questions and explained how the AC works and all the terminology. He also, followed up after the installation was done and made sure everything was good for me. I will definitely recommend Dilan to anyone who needs an AC.

Even though we weren't able to do business, the owner worked with me directly and took care of my concerns. It's difficult to handle a big company where anyone can drop the ball easily, but the important thing is that, at the end, everything worked out in a correct and ethical manner.

I would definitely recommend this company to others. Overall had very good experience with this company. Reasonable price and excellent service compared to other companies I contacted.

A sign of a good company is one that reaches out to their customers and corrects an issue to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied.

At the time of installation, the tech came out, explained everything every step of the way, cleaned up and by himself did the job fast and professionally. I voiced some concerns after the installation was done, but received a call from AYC and their management staff assuring me that everything will be corrected. When you have the owner reach out to you to make sure that you are completely satisfied, then that is the company you want to give your money and business to.

So yes I recommend All Year Cooling, yes I will reach out to them for all of my future cooling needs and recommend them to anyone who is I'm need of a new AC.

12/20/2017: Well it's been a year and nothing has been solved, the worst part is being embarrassed with the city inspector comes by and All Year Cooling company doesn't show up to answer the inspector questions. Of course All Year Cooling got paid why even bother coming by when we need this inspection approved and permits to be closed. Now I have to find a different company to solve this problem and pay more money. Lesson learn don't let these people installed your ac unit unless the permit have been approved and signed off. Never again and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for nothing.

11/30/2016: I am updating this review as of today, we finally not only got a quick email from the owner but a phone call regarding these permits to be clear. All Year Cooling owner have ensured us that they are making this a priority and will have these permit clear with the city so we wouldn't be penalized for this installation. Will keep you posted with the final results.

Very Disappointed, it has been 6 month since All Year Cooling installed our ac unit, and paid in full, and my fiance Jeff has been emailing the company regarding the permits and still till this day nothing has been done. Now we are in violation and the city wants to penalized us with installing this unit with no permit. Totally disappoint and till this day we still haven't heard back from this company. Not happy.

I can not begin to explain what a wonderful experience we had with this company. The sales people were not pushy and answered all of our questions! The staff we spoke to on the phone was more than helpful and helped us with any questions we had. The crews that they sent to our properties were professional and just wonderful people! We even received a phone call from the General Manager and the Owner! Just an AWESOME Company!

All Year was recommended by a friend who had just had her AC done. She raved about them so I took the plunge. I was extremely happy with everything. The guys were very professional, knowledgeable and the price was great! I will always recommend All Year! And now I can breath crisp, clean air what a great feeling!

They came out right away around 5:00P.M. Steve was the tech and the place is owned by Tommy. There was no charge for an estimate .He was able to fix a bent wire right away, and it was working again!! Steve was very nice and efficient.It was fixed within 10 minutes!

We are so pleased by the professional and knowledgeable staff that helped to fix our air conditioning. I give the top praises to Luke who worked so hard to get our system working. The owner named Tommy must be so proud to have such a worker as Luke and the rest of the All Year Cooling team . Thank you for everything you did for us.

My AC gave out recently and we called for help! They were able to have someone come out the day and sure enough, it was dead. We decided to get a Carrier because the last one lasted for a long time. They came the next morning and did the install and were back in business by noon. Great job guys!

My grandmother lives in an older home. We weren't sure how to keep her house cooler in the summer and more even in the winter. I called All Year Cooling and after their tech came out they were able to install a proper solution that was a big help. I don't have to worry about her health due to weather while she's inside her home now.

Thank you all year cooling. My mom now has ac after 10yrs. All year was the only company who came out and gave a free estimate. We were given an excellent deal on the ac unit after some negotiation. The down payment was made at the time of the installation. The rest of the payments were broken into two over two months. No financing and No credit checks. The install was completed quickly by two installers. One worked on the inside and the other on the outside and in no time we were up and working. Excellent service from start to finish. I haven t personally used their service, but I ve heard many good things about them. They ve been a family owned business since 1973, and it s easy to get in contact with the owner/president Tommy directly. With over 350,000 customers in the south Florida area they have to have the secret to doing it right!

We got the best support from Tommy and his team. Our compressor broke 3 times, and each time they were there the next day to fix it. After this they decided the unit needed to be replaced , and they did it at no cost! Beautiful New Unit. Great service. We will stay customers for ever.

I just want to say thank you to the people at all year cooling you guys did an amazing job. The people who work for them are very professional. I had the pleasure of meeting with Al their sales rep. And he was rather helpful and quite nice. The company offers financing for those who qualify. The crew that did the installation can best be described as curteous hard working men. I will say the price was a little high. However, this wouldnt stop me from recommending them they are great. Believe me when i tell you they leave no room for doubt and always keep you updated as to scheduling and checking up on how things are working; before and after job completion. I feel they genuinely felt for me and my family as we live in florida and the weather can get rather hot. I bought a unit from AYC in 2015 and every year since I've had issues with this unit. The last time I used this company(around aug-sept 2018) , they told me I needed a new compressor that cost around 600$ , so I got it repaired and paid the total cost. Now, it hasnt been a year since the last repair the a/c is not blowing cool air agian, so instead of calling AYC, who originally installed the unit and repaired it the last 4 times, I called someone eles, they came and repaired the unit at much cheaper price and also informed that the compressor that paid to get replaced from AYC wasnt replaced(the original is still there) but instead something else was done but not worth the 600$ that I paid.

My ac had some issues after 8 years with some parts then called the company and they immediately came and checked it. At the beginning I was not happy since they changed the part and my ac still didn't work but I contacted the owner of the company (Tommy) and he very kindly took care of everything! he didn't only fixed my issue he even gave me a discount for all the trouble. This is the type of service people is looking for. Thank you once again Tommy I would definitely recommend your company.

I've been having consistent issues with this company since last week. On Thursday i called you have my ac serviced. The service man James arrived and diagnosed my problem but wasn't able to perform the service that late. I asked the agent Julie if James could be dispatched to the same address since he began the job and I was told that it was highly unlikely. I was quoted a price of $500 for an ac back flush and was charged a $250 deposit.

They gave an appointment window between 5pm-7pm the following Friday with a phone call 30minutes prior to the arrival time. I received no contact and reached out at 6:45 to be told the service man was on his way and would be present at 8:30. He actually arrived closer to 8:45. Then he told me he couldn't park in the garage next to my building because his truck was too large. He also told me he couldn't find street parking.

I checked in with this service man every 30minutes until after 10:00 at night. He was very unprofessional and made it appear as if it was my fault he couldn't find parking. I've never had a situation where street parking wasn't available for almost 2 hours .

I told him this was an inconvenience and that I had to be up early the next morning and requested another appointment. I also asked for a discount because of my inconvenience and him being late. The agent on the phone Julie was extremely rude.

I could hear her yelling in the background after I requested a discount for my inconvenience. I told her I have been waiting since 5pm for an appointment call that this company totally would've forgotten about if I hadn't called.

I was given a $75 discount and told that I had first available appointment the next morning between 10 -12. At 10:30 I was called again by another agent I think named Christine who said that the backflush I need isn't performed on weekends. She gave me another $50 discount She said she would try to accommodate me and I didn't hear back from her the rest of the weekend despite attempts to contact.

Today I get a call that I have an appointment scheduled between 1-3 pm which is impossible because I work during those hours. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the lack of service provided. I just wanted my ac fixed in a timely manner. It's unfair that money was taken from me without any attention to properly schedule an appointment with a competent service man. This will be my last time using this service and I'm going to recommend others to avoid this company.

Had lived at same house for over 30 years. Had my share of experience from more than 3 occasions with replacement of AC unit. This time was an incredible experience! From sales to installation was very professional. The work area was left spotless! The unit installed in 21/2 hours, very neat clean job. I am now enjoying my new AC and feel good that I have the folks at ALL YEAR behind me!

All Year installed a Trane AC unit 2 years ago. We had several issues with the air handler and It leaked and ruined my wood floor. After 2 years the owner Tommy called and offered to put in a brand new air handler. We are SO grateful that he did this. So far so good! Thank you, Tommy, for going the 'extra mile' for us!

I want to thank Tommy for fix my heating probably in my home, now my grandkids can come over and stay with us during the cold days. It's nice to know that now my grandkids are comfortable while staying over.
