I just updated my review from 1 star experience to 5 star experience. The owner of the company Tommy is extremely caring for each and every of his customers. All issues were addressed and resolved step by step with patience and understanding of customer s needs. Gregg, supervisor who came out to our place to fix all the issues we had with the installation was great to deal with as well. Ended up as a great experience with this company and we are ready to become loayal customers and keep working with them in the future. We are totally happy with installation and the way it s working and cooling our place now. Excellent team work.
