My wife and I have been loyal customers for over ten years Our last fully installed system was a Trane. We were a little disappointed with the fact that a brand name like Trane was irreparable when the ten year warranty expired. Not wanting to put good money into old equipment we had a York installed.We are already enjoying the lower energy savings. What I would like to convey to readers is THIS COMPANY STANDS BEHIND ITS WORK. (There was a few problematic issues that the owners resolved immediately with our purchase ten years ago.) 1 month ago on Memorial day weekend my ac broke it was old and needed replacement. I called all year cooling and they were out on Memorial day replacing my unit. They matched tonnage of the existing unit. After a month once it got hotter outside I felt it was not cooling as well I called Tom at all year cooling and after some checking he decided to upgrade the unit. Dealing with All Year Cooling was a very positive experience. Peter came out and gave me a quote the same day I called. He presented several options, all reasonably priced. My new air conditioner was installed two days later at which time I had not yet gotten a response from two other HVAC contractors that I had contacted. Installation went smoothly with no extras.

Be careful with this company, they come to your house they tell you what the problem is, and then charge you more money, they are not sincere and they do not want to be held responsible.

Contacted me and said they needed to checkout the system for the rebate, and the gentleman from
FPL said he was very impressed with NIcks work very happy customer.

Don t waste your time here. My ac went out on a Monday and they told me that they would come that Thursday to fix it. And they wanted to charge over $2000 for a warranty issue that should be free. Then they told me no it will be Friday when they come to fix it. Fast forward to Saturday the same week and the guy finally showed up. But then I was told that they can t fix it until NEXT Friday because they don t have the unit. Well you had the unit when you originally scheduled the appointment for Thursday and you had the unit when you rescheduled for Friday. Don t tell me you don t have the unit when we both know you wouldn t schedule a repair if you didn t have it in the first place.

Temps in the upper 80s and 90s with extreme humidity. They re advertising as ALL YEAR heating and cooling. This isn t Disney with black out dates during the summer. Customer s should be able to expect year round service if that s what s being advertised. Not year round service except a week in May or 2 weeks in July.

horrible. I've had absolutely no luck with AC repair companies and this place makes number 3. My ac hasn't been working for 2 years. I keep praying for a professional, reasonable place but I can't. Compared to the other quote I received they were literally charging me more than double for the work. Anyone who reads this..pray for me. I'm melting

This company installed AC at my home on 26th June. Installation process was good. However my deal was in $4000 and i was charged $4125. I have been trying to reach them ever since but everytime i call the operator promises me that someone will reach out to me shortly. No one returns the call. The sales tech who did the inspection before installation convinced me that installation can be done next day and permit can be applied next week. When i enquired following week it was still not processed. Very lousy service. Please be careful of this company!

Since last night we had problems with the unit. Today we contacted customer service and left our information. Tom the owner personally called us back. He assured he would send a technician tonight even though they are not doing services today due to the upcoming hurricane. I explained our situation to him and he's very willing to work with us. Taking time to call us back speaks highly of this company.

The service tech and the installers were on time, professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. We look forward to a long and friendly relationship with All Year Cooling.

Steve found a leak in my line under my concrete floor, and recommended that we replace it. They installed it going through the attic, thank the Lord that I didn't have to did up the concrete floors.

The next day the installation crew was here to replace the piping and what a awesome job they did.

Our experience with All Year Cooling consisted of a routine central A/C maintenance visit and the installation of an A/C UV light. Last year we purchased our house and had another service company (recommended by our new neighbor) do a routine maintenance. The service was adequate but the company's office staff was not "customer friendly". Luckily this year we discovered that All Year Cooling had performed the initial installation of our A/C, so we contacted them to resume the care of our system. During both visits, we received multiple telephone calls to confirm the appointments, communicate the ETA of the technician and finally, after normal business hours, a call to see if we were satisfied with the service. This attention to detail to insure customer satisfaction is very refreshing in today's "bottom line" mentality of most businesses. The technicians were very knowledgeable at their jobs and were most helpful in explaining what they were doing and educating us to the working of our A/C unit. They even gave us several routine checks we could perform ourselves in between their semi-annual maintenance to insure our A/C would remain in good working order. Everyone we encountered at All Year Cooling was pleasant and professional. We are so glad we found All Year Cooling, the A/C sales and service company which we will keep for life. Your best decision will be to place all of your A/C needs in the capable hands of All Year Cooling.

ok, so I don't write very many reviews, but I felt that I need to this time so here goes. Long story short I had an A.c. company come out to do my yearly service and they said my Freon was low even though it was blowing cold. So I had them add and paid and they went on their way. 2 weeks later A.c. explodes. I found out that they put the wrong gas in the system and it caused a pressure build up, which caused the explosion of my AC System. I called ALL YEAR COOLING at 9:30 PM left a message and figured I would hear next day, but got a call 2 mins later, talked to representative and he said I would have some one at my house at 10. next morning 10 am I get a call from the guard that AC is here. That's a great start.

they tell me what I need, undercut the 2 other bids I got by 750.00, and schedule for same day install.

I cannot express how grateful I am for a company to be here is South Florida that can not only be trusted, but can back up what they do with excellent work, great people, great products, and the BEST... GREAT SERVICE.

I had and issue with my unit they had installed i called all year and the called right back regarding my concern , the nexday the called to let me know when the tech was coming ( great customer communication skills ) the came out when they said found the issue small leak in the system , install leak fix and Freon . a few weeks later the unit was low again ,i called them even though they were backed up they still called me back within minutes had the tech out the next morning he found the leak in the evep , that was fri the had the part monday morning they were here within a few hrs install the new parts and fixed the unit ! needless to say every time I ever call them even at my old house the always show up on time ! always are extremely respectful and very polite when the job is done they call and make sure all is okay i do highly recommend this company to all my friends and family i also has 2 friends call them and have units installed they also were very happy with all year thanks again all year !

Found your company on the Internet , and since I was in need of replacing my 12 yr old Rheem , I called you and got a fair quote for a replacement of my 5 ton A/C . 3 people arrived and in 3-4 short hours I had a great replacement installed ,up and running . Overall they were pretty good. They had a fair price and a fair product and the installers did a good job. They did forget my pan and it had to be ordered and that took a little while and and the girls call you all the time from the office confirming your appointment let's say from 12 to 2 and then they show up at like 10 a.m. and that's great if you're really really hot and you want AC badly but if you're not then it's too early. They kept waking me up by coming 2 hours early. But I would overall give them a four out of five

I contacted them yesterday for an air conditioning issue in my condo . The air conditioner was not blowing cold air and was turning off and on randomly. Not only did they schedule me for the earliest possible time but the technician actually came out ahead of schedule allowing me to proceed with the rest of my day without waiting around. He found out it was just a clogged drain line and it was fixed in minutes at a reasonable price. Professional and reliable

Last night a midnight, I posted a one star review because my brand new air conditioner which was installed less than a week ago stopped cooling.

After the installation, a second technician was supposed to come on Monday, then Tuesday to fix a few things not completed by the installers. That technician never showed because those who are in charge of scheduling kept sending him somewhere else despite my having a confirmed appointments. After my posting a one star review, I suddenly had everyone's attention because the only person who was trying to help resolve the issues was Anthony. While he was doing his best, it seems like the rest thought my little issues could wait. One of the issues was a constant whistling noise that just never stopped. Eventually, the whistling stopped, and I ended up with a brand new system that wasn't cooling. Everyone was awake last night at midnight and we were all miserable.

I have to give credit to All Year Cooling for making sure they fixed everything because they did exactly that. Two technicians were at my home before 9am and they worked for several hours to fix the items left over from the install job and most importantly, my home is now cool.

The staff at All Year Cooling are very professional and I believe that they are a company capable of 5- star ratings. I just can't give them one because in my case, it took a week to have these issues fixed and we ended up with a brand new air conditioner that wasn't cooling.

Even thought my experience was not great, should I need any service, I am calling them first and that is because of Anthony. He is the 1st person I spoke with when I called for an estimate and he is the one who gave me daily calls to apologize for the delays with getting the technician on site. He is truly a 5- star employee.

A few months ago my A/C broke and I needed to buy a new one.I called several A/C companies to get quotes,but there was one in particular:All Year Cooling & Heating,not only did they beat the competitions price,but it was their lavel of professionalism,integrity,honesty,puntuality and dedication that impressed me the most.I had just sold some of my stock to pay for the new A/C unit and I told the sales rep.from AYC that it will be a few days to go ahead with the installation and his reply was:"Dont worry about it lets get you unit install and you pay me when you get your check"I was really surprised,because most companies want the money first.They did an outsatnding job very professional and clean.I will recomend All Year Cooling & Heating to my family and friends.

A few delays so it was not same day. But the company kept me informed of the progress and explained they had to order a part. Their staff was helpful and honest. AC is running fine now.

We purchased a brand new 5 ton York system 3 months ago and our A/C has not gone below 75 degrees, we continually call this company after 2 months of being ignored by the initial sales rep my husband goes up there, finally service tech after service come and leave and we still have no air below 75 degrees, at this point I don t know what to do, I m going to put in a case with Help Me Howard maybe he will get us some cold air. This isn t right, tech after tech come out and put in Freon and give us their personal business card for a/c service ..... ummm that s what we ve paid All Year Cooling for. We have had to buy a portable a/c unit as we have a baby and a toddler here and this company has took our money and provided nothing. Please Help!

We called several companies around South Florida for quotes since our AC life span had come to an end. All Year cooling was by far from the moment we contacted them, the best company we could have used. From the owner who took our call the night we found out the AC was done, to the staff that came to do the work in our condo. These people are professionals thru and thru, excellent customer service, they cleaned after themselves, the picked up and took with them the old AC, and they had by far the best quote in town. We saved ourselves $800. Give this people a chance to work with you. They did for us and we highly recommend them.

There are different kinds of customers , some more demanding than others, I personally admit that I am one of those demanding. Excellent people, service and pricing. I have used them on two AC installs and can t say enough good things about them. That s why they have been in business since the 1970s. Technically sound technicians and installers, too.

I have not have the opportunity of a personal experience with this company but I have friends who and they speak highly of the company for their good customer service, great pricing and great training of technicians to detect and resolve problems.

I called all all season on Sunday and they had a technician out on Monday to diagnose the problem. By Tuesday they had ad my part and resolved my issue.

A friend recommended All Year Cooling when I brought up my ridiculous electric bill. Our unit is old and needed some parts replaced. This company has some very friendly customer service reps and the man (Matthew) who came to do the work was very professional. Our unit is working good as new now, keeping the house ice cold and our bill is normal, as it should be!

To whom it may concern,I called cause my AC wasn't blowing cold air after a power failure they returned the call within 15 minutes and was told to pull the power switch next to the AC and it went back to normal.Thank you and i appreciate the time they listen and got and answers for my solution.best regard Jorge

All Year Cooling is such an excellent company. Personally I believe they are highly trustworthy as they are family owned, support verterns, and been around since 1973! Their services have been nothing short but amazing. They have excellent customer service when I set up the appointment to them coming to fix my ac. They were very prompt and efficient and wasted no time. Also you can tell that their equipment is very good quality because the job get done so fast. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for an honest trustworthy and decent priced company. I'm really happy I used their services to fix my ac, they were wonderful!!

I had my AC serviced by them today. I called first thing this morning at 7am since my AC stopped working correctly last night. The call center employee was super polite and helpful. I revived multiple calls from the company and tech confirming times and arrival as well as talking through the issue with me. In the long run it was a quick fix but Willie the tech was friendly, helpful, and super professional. I will definitely use them again if I have any issues. It's hard to find reliable friendly companies in South Florida and this company is definitely that. If your house has an AC (which I assume all do down here) this number should be on your fridge!!

I called All Year Cooling when my air conditioning unit went out. They came immediately even though I told them that I didn't have much money at the time. The repairs took 20 minutes and I was offered a payment plan that fit perfectly in my budget!

Our AC was having issues. They responded quickly and made us pay $900 for some parts. 2 weeks later AC is doing the same thing and they suggest we pay hundreds of dollars for some other part. Typical mechanics looking to charge you all they can without actually fixing anything.

We were having problems with a leak from the Handler and as a result the a/c not cooling as it should . A technician came and established that coils needed to be cleaned , we set up an appointment and
Technician Daniel Diaz did a great job , it took about 3 hours to clean all the coils etc, now it works fine !
We have used All Year Cooling for many years , they have installed our a/c unit , the appointments are always respected , in time , and they call before to let you know that they are on the way !

After a miscommunication on the first night I got VIP treatment the following day to make sure my issue was taken care of. Making sure you hold yourself and your team accountable is big in my book and they went above and beyond to do this and make sure I was taken care of.

Do not waste your time and money with this company or service. The repair service doesn t support you as a customer when you need it the most. Several issues trying to get a technician to come over and fix the AC and the response from the agent in the call center is that they are going to fwd the call to a technician and she cannot tell me if they are calling me or not. Called multiple times to receive the same answer and the technician never called. Now waiting to see if they will call me first thing in the morning as she said. Unfortunately, she couldn t even give me a timeframe on when they will call me. This is not the first time that I encounter this issue and end up having to call another company and pay them to fix my AC. The most upsetting part is that almost a month ago they came and supposedly checked my AC and everything was fine according to them, even when I told them that I had a few concerns with the unit. I do not recommend this company.

Can t say enough about the company and the service we received during the install and today 10/2/19. Our technician, Craig Coleman showed up and saved the day. We purchased a unit from all year in a pinch last year when our old one broke. Today, after one year of ownership, the AC stopped working. Remember, things break, it s not anyone s fault, just an unfortunate circumstance. Anyway, Craig came out on time and assessed the situation. He could ve told me anything was wrong and I would ve been forced to believe him. But, he checked the the unit and it was our relay switch (apparently an easy fix). In minutes he changed the switch on the unit and the AC was working again. Craig was so friendly, he even told us we re welcome to one free maintenance service. I dont know if anything I am going to write will suffice for how well taken care of and excellent customer service I was provided by this company. BEST AC COMPANY IN FORT LAUDERDALE! 10 STARS! Can I write a million reviews? Because I would!

I have now had TWO AC units installed by them and our ducts cleaned / remediated. The crews were on time, we were called ahead to confirm and they worked quickly and efficiently. I had received quotes initially and they were able to beat the quotes I had gotten. We had a little oops when some of the duct remediation material splatted in some areas of my home but this was IMMEDIATELY corrected and Tommy went ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. After our experience there was NO question in our mind that we were going to use this company again a months down the line for our second AC unit - and we did! Again, coming through with the ALL STAR team who coordinated with us in the middle of construction and coming through LATE NIGHT and working their tail off well past midnight. BRAVO!

I was able to speak with Tommy the owner on MULTIPLE occassions and i truly believe this is a business owner who is about CUSTOMER SERVICE and not out to get your money or scam you. He is a real genuine guy who is easy to talk to, understanding and more importantly - FAIR.

I needed to replace the AC system in our home. Glad I found All Year Cooling. You can't find a better company if you are looking for AC installation or service. The technicians were on the ball, showed up when they said they would and were friendly. I can't say enough about the customer care. They even call you to let you know they are on their way to your home. I can't recommend them enough. If you need a new AC or just need a repair call All Year Cooling. If you ever have an issue you can actually speak to the owner. He actually answers the phone AND he's a nice guy. This might sound like an advertisement but I'm just a happy customer.

The service was fast,they came next day.
But they arrived late,without the bracket for my air conditioner had to go get it and didnt come back till mid afternoon. Then decided it was to late to start job cause it would be dark.
So they came early they next morning which they were on time, but they worked on installing my air conditioner the whole entire day.As soon as they got it installed turned it on, it and was blowing hot air.But they fixed that and they had to put 2 thermostats in cause they didnt work.

All in all when it was said and done they finally got everything working.But some of the problems they encountered could have been avoided from the start.
One things for sure they do give fast and thorough service but it just took them awhile to do it for me.

You know a company is a great and reputable company when they do the right thing even though you had a disagreement. I purchased my A/C unit from Richard at All Year. They gave great pricing, great service, great everything. I also purchased a service contract from them that 3 months into it was found to be a duplicate of a contract I already had. The matter was handled promptly, and professionally with their only concern being my total satisfaction. The matter could have been handled quite differently but this company is the real deal and did the right thing without hesitation or complaint. If you are in the market for a new A/C or A/C service company do not hesitate in using their services! You will be very happy that you did.

I was visiting family in FL for a reunion and a few days before the party their AC decided to stop working. They couldn't find anyone to come out in time to fix it and were panicking. I did some research online and found All Year Cooling. They were able to get there and fix it in time for the party. They really saved the day for us!

We bought a fixer upper and really put some work into this house. We got in contact with All Year Cooling to inquire about putting some life back into our old ac unit, and they really came through. With some work on the unit and a bit of restoration to our old ducts our ac is blowing ice cold. 10 out of 10 service for us.

We had an emergency call (6/3/2016) for the A/C at a rental unit we own. They got the job done, but were a hassle to deal with. First, most of the time the phone just rings..no answer, no voice mail. Because it was an emergency, we had to provide a credit card up front, which they charged. When I called (four to five times -- see above -- they are nearly impossible to get through to), asking for a copy of the invoice, I got a runaround: First, they said they'd send one. Then they said they left an invoice on-site when they did the work and don't have any copies. Then they said they'd write one up for me. So far, nothing, a week later.

Great company in pricing and speedy impeccable installation. Their 1 year all-in warranty sounds great and should be effective for the whole year.
Problem I found is that I did not take their extended warranty when I was getting close to the anniversary date, and they did not answer my requests for service during the last few days on warranty.
Based on this I have to give them an average rating.

My unit was making a horrible noise and leaking water, I called late afternoon on a Saturday and Rudy was here in less than 1.5 hours. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to explain my options and work out a plan to fix the issues with the AC unit.

The installers didn't waste any time getting everything up and running. They were efficient and fast. Thank goodness for the affordable pricing. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

I have called All Year to come out to my home to have my return blown out. Mario was very professional and courteous. He called me to let me know when he would be coming in addition to dispatch calling me. Mario arrived when he said he would. He fixed my issue in a timely manner and I will be calling All Year for any of my HVAC needs in the future. Overall I have been very satisfied with their service.

I bought a York AC unit with great warranty 10 yr parts/10 yr labor, registered to York, permits done and all for a great price.
Other 6 competitors had higher prices, where dishonest and tried everything in the book to earn my business. Not happening.

When our HVAC broke down it was no longer worth repairing. We needed a new system asap. I was not sure we had the credit rating to finance a new system. But All Year Cooling was able to get us the financing that we needed at a pretty good rate. Thanks to all year cooling we were able to schedule the installation of our new HVAC system very quickly.

The HVAC Technician that came to my house was named Tommy and I thought he was the owner Tommy but this Tommy told me he wasn t and that he gets that a lot. I laughed and he laughed and then he fixed the machine.

It's not the Place. I was on the road sunrise Blvd and car #53, cut other cars off, twice, once was at a school zone, other was he turned from the right left cutting ahead of the line and made a left turn. Then at a school zone he ran a red light. I called the company to let them know and the guy was plain stupid. He said this is about ac. I explained what happened and told him he needs to tell someone. Car 53 is representing the company.

Had a roof mounted 2.0 Ton AC Unit replaced at my house in Wilton over the summer. They even had a crane come out and remove the old unit and install the new one in the same roof location. Best price hands down, great quality work and everything went off without a hitch. Its been about 3 months since the new unit has been installed and have had no issues what so ever.

Fantastic customer service! We purchased a new unit 1 1/2 years ago and have had two small issues. Both times they had a technician come out to see us within the hour and have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The owner even gives you the option to text him if you need help and he always responds immediately. I would definitely recommend All Year Cooling to anyone looking to replace their AC.

We purchased our HVAC unit 07/04/2018. Yes that is correct they came to install our new unit on July 4th. I called and spoke with a supervisor and explained to him that I recently had triple by pass open heart surgery and my elderly grandmother lived with us. He made sure he our AC installed the very same day. This company and their associates have continued to go above the call of duty and exceeded our expectations. They have all been responsive, on time and have delivered what they promised. As for my family and I we will always use All Year Cooling for our HVAC needs. They are a company you can TRUST.

This company is family oriented, and very friendly. They based on great customer service. After calling about a problem with my ac unit (not purchased from them) they fixed the problem and it didnt cost me an arm anda leg! Highly recommend this company.

We needed to replace the a/c in our condo so I researched and called around. I only wanted the best and most were good. The difference was Anthony from All Year. Courteous, professional and customer oriented. I felt comfortable with this company but told him I was comparing services. He dispatched a technician rather than a salesperson to access what was best for us as I requested. Several conversations after the technician's analysis and we agreed on product and price. The installation was scheduled for the very next morning. The installer called and arrived on time. Steven and Jack (his assistant) were incredible. Personable, skilled and courteous they worked expertly and tirelessly assuring me that they were not leaving until the installation was perfectly completed. They took extreme care not to damage anything in the condo and cleaned everything up before shaking hands and leaving. I called Anthony back to thank him for a great product and truly exceptional experience. We could not be happier in our now chilly Delray Beach condo and will recommend them without hesitation to any and everyone desiring their product and services. It's YOUR money and comfort. Service people give two wrong diagnose they position the ac wrong and wire the shut down button wrong riverfall inside my house ( im very happy now the company is now fixing every damage its only right to come back and edit my review thanks for geart customer service

I can not say enough good things about All Year Cooling! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing AC work done. They were at my condo within 24 hours to give me a free quote on a new AC install. The consultant was thorough and took the time to explain the project to me. Once I decided to use All Year Cooling, they were able to schedule the work right away. The installers were all professional and respectful of my space. The communication throughout the whole process was amazing; if ever I had a question, no matter what time, someone always answered the phone to speak with me. I really felt like I was dealing with a family company instead of just a big business. I felt extremely valued as a customer and will definitely use them again in the future.

Horrible customer service, never fixed the issue, and was charged every single time they worked on my unit, even though it was under warrantee.

All I can say is from the salesman to the two gentleman that installed my AC unit and the owner of the company and the employees in the office I wouldn't buy an air conditioner from any other company but this one it was top notch from the beginning to the end I can only give them five stars because that's all there is is if there was 10 stars I would give them a 10 . Their technician was hung up at the call before me and missed his window by 2 hours. I was pretty annoyed but they were very concerned and really went out of their way to make things right. I had to change my rating from one star to 5 stars. I would definitely recommend them as a quality company who REALLY cares.

What a wonderful experience! I cannot believe how efficient kind and knowledgeable they are. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Being without AC is no fun :( but having a company that quickly fixes the problem and stands behind their work is priceless! It was so hot this summer! I had to call for service because our AC stopped cooling. They came that afternoon and checked it out. The freon was out so they refilled it. Plus they cleaned my unit too. They have done such a great job for us for many great years and more to come. I only trust them to take care of our AC.
