Last night a midnight, I posted a one star review because my brand new air conditioner which was installed less than a week ago stopped cooling.
After the installation, a second technician was supposed to come on Monday, then Tuesday to fix a few things not completed by the installers. That technician never showed because those who are in charge of scheduling kept sending him somewhere else despite my having a confirmed appointments. After my posting a one star review, I suddenly had everyone's attention because the only person who was trying to help resolve the issues was Anthony. While he was doing his best, it seems like the rest thought my little issues could wait. One of the issues was a constant whistling noise that just never stopped. Eventually, the whistling stopped, and I ended up with a brand new system that wasn't cooling. Everyone was awake last night at midnight and we were all miserable.
I have to give credit to All Year Cooling for making sure they fixed everything because they did exactly that. Two technicians were at my home before 9am and they worked for several hours to fix the items left over from the install job and most importantly, my home is now cool.
The staff at All Year Cooling are very professional and I believe that they are a company capable of 5- star ratings. I just can't give them one because in my case, it took a week to have these issues fixed and we ended up with a brand new air conditioner that wasn't cooling.
Even thought my experience was not great, should I need any service, I am calling them first and that is because of Anthony. He is the 1st person I spoke with when I called for an estimate and he is the one who gave me daily calls to apologize for the delays with getting the technician on site. He is truly a 5- star employee.
When you call All Year Cooling, ask for Anthony. He will take care of you make sure the job gets done right.
