I gave them three stars because someone actually cared. The horrible experience started with the lady that called me back, not only was she screaming back at me but was extremely rude at one point she thought she had me on hold and said my god this guy can t hear, (her name was takisha ). I said I apologize I m currently driving. I explained that one of there guys had came out and said I need a pxv for my unit, unfortunately my unit was not under waranty so they told me it would be$595. Which I found a little absurd. She said someone would contact me ASAP with information. (Already haven t had ac for two days). After 45 minutes Mikol wit the part depo, called and I explained to him what had happened and how I honestly didn t have the $595 for to replace the part he went ahead and explained to me why my unit was not under waranty( he must of attended the customer service class unlike takisha) (When I bought the house I was never made aware of this not having warranty) I asked for a discount because a single father with two kidz $595 is a lot. He explained he couldn t drop the price but that his supervisor would be made aware of the Situation, and he would try and see what he could do for me . Fast forward another 40 minutes. I recieve a call from mikol explain why the part couldn t be discounted, I asked to speak wit his supervisor which obviously he can careless about my ac and how hot it was because he didn t want to drop the price I wanted to speak to him , he tried to get me contacted but he was in a meeting but that since he couldn t speak to me he would drop it to $495 for the pxv. Now I paid half of what I owe and someone would come out betwen 4amd 9? How the hell, it s 11am and you wanna mak me wait that long to try and get the ac fixed come on that s just not rite. As im on the phone wit this guy the company is calling me on the other line to tell me they were calling me back about my voicemail, (hello don t they communicate) Finally after going back and forth and getting out on hold with this guy which felt like he was actually fighting and care for me to get my ac fixed tells me he was able to fit me earlier in between 3and7. So let move on the day goes on and I m told someone will come closer to 3:30 (wow this is great) 3:30 hits and no one calls or says hey we are running late. 4:20 I get a call that someone will be here closer to 6or 7. How do you go from 3:30 to 6or 7. Well 7pm comes along and no one is here yet no call update like did they close and forget about me? I finally get the call teck is 30 mins away I asked to speak with a supervisor and I get transfered too mando I explain how crazy everything has been and how long I ve waited for some1 to come out she bluntly says I can lower the price to 395 to compensate for your time waiting ( note in the morning I was told that 495 was the lowest we could go sounds like random number are thrown to get the job done. ) so finally the part is put in teck was great waited about an hour to make sure the unit was good hard to understand but great and very nolegable. I appreciate his time and work because even it being late he did not rush to get the job done. I didn t give one star because of three people who helped me out dealing with a disoraginzed crazy company the parts guy the afternoon supervisor and the tek. I might jus maybe give them one more chance.
