-Noise. Night and Day. Night for the parties at the pool and day if you like the smooth sounds of leaf blowers every morning between 6-8am.

-Bad neighbors. People don't like to clear up after their dogs. Also pretty sure the pool is public now. Some residents abide by the "world is our ashtrey" philosopy and like to leave Coors Light boxes everywhere.

Cannot wait to move out. Don't waste your money here- you can do way better.
