The worst hotel experience in my life ever. Lack of professionalism, poor service, lack of respect and appreciation for the guest, and an unbearable amount of disposal. Among the situations that, on July 22, I called the customer service to ask them about the value of renewing the stay in the hotel and expressing my desire for that. The employee s style was the height of barbarism and streetism in addition to his lack of tact and availability of information, which forced me to turn off the speaker immediately after raising his voice to me and you can return to the recordings where he uttered on me The verbal employee indicates bad manners and lack of professionalism and attacks me by calling me repeatedly to my room number 1730 to make up problems with me and threaten me and raise his voice on me. He even pulled the phone from another colleague until he attacked me and threatened me. And that was exactly 3 o'clock in the morning of July 22. This forced me to check out from the hotel immediately, out of concern for the safety of my family ... knowing that my stay was from the date (18 to 22 July). My stay was a disappointing experience and for the long-standing name of Rotana, as I chose this hotel due to my knowledge of its professionalism and the quality of its services in Dubai, but unfortunately, it turned out that you are the dark side of Rotana with all its worth.
