A hotel close to the Haram and the Haram speakers inside our rooms makes the atmosphere great. The problem is only in getting to the positions but the alternative positions are just 3 kilometers away. The rooms are small.

The hotel is great and the room space is good and the risption is a young Saudi people, the top of taste and respect

Very bad hotel: Bathrooms are very dirty, furnitures are old and torn, windows are not clean and there are finger prints of the previous guests. I do not recommend it at all as it is very expensive with worstest services.

But the bedding is very old and cut .. From noon to night, and I ask for a cot at the beginning, they say there is, and at night they said what is in it .. The rooms are not clean .. The lack of bathroom accessories such as toothbrush .. The lack of interest in the room decor is very old ..

I stayed in this Hotel, Hotel was Good ,But the saudi staff at reception was very unprofessional ,there is one Saudi Guy receptionist name Ali ,He has very bad behaviour with all ,i went there around 5 pm and he spoke me room is not ready wait half hour, i wait and went back to him and 5:30 pm he than says not ready ,even maximum check in time 4 pm ,than i spoke him what u are providing service in this 5 star hotel ,he than even no response for that, so i went to his manager and he sorted and give me room immediately

A very comfortable and upscale accommodation that allows the worship to be quiet and excellent services and inside the Haram I recommend it

Lavish stay with boufet food and breakfast complimentary with the stay. The view of the Kaaba from the hotel keeps you constant in spiritual mode.

The worst hotel you can try to stay in. I used to think that it would be from the inside like the splendor of the outside view, but the rooms are very bad in terms of drainage in the bathrooms, the length of life span we suffer from clogging of ponds and leaking water in the bathroom, the air conditioning in the rooms is very bad and it needs to maintain and change the filters and of course Produces. Of course, this hotel maintains standard except room size and service which is not compatible to a 5 star. Reception counter especially lacks forthcoming response. Food varieties are good. Nevertheless due to its close proximity to the Haram it attracts customers along with its colocated competitors.

Such a pleasant experience. It's really near to Masjid Al Nabawi, and make it easier for me to pray and spend my time there. The staff is so nice and available 24 hours. It's so helpfull. They have also indonesian chef (if i'm not wrong) so they can provide indonesian cuisine for most of the time! Thanks!

the place is close to the place of worship, inside the zam zam the hotel tower is clean and the service is friendly even I was lent an electric adapter while I was here

nice breakfast and the service at reception is also good, mostly european menus but for Indonesians who eat rice there is a menu too

Good hotel to stay at very very close to haram. This is one of the best hotel locations. You just walk out of the clock tower and see the haram. I would recommend when you arrive get to know how to get back to your room. There are so many elevators in clock tower which could pose a challenge to those arriving for first time.

A place that is very comfortable because it is close to the Grand Mosque and can be unhealthy and can pray in the room with the same priest because the sound of the Holy Mosque is heard up to the room, for the window may be replaced so that it opens so that fresh air can enter ...

One of the best hotel in Mecca. It is just on the side of the mall and just 5-10 minutes away from Masjid Al-Haram (including lift waiting time).

I love both Diyafah and Albayt setting. Both are simple and comfortable.

When i stayed there, their lobby was under construction so they made a temporary lobby.

It took a nice half-view room and everything was excellent except for the delay. The luggage bag from the lobby took 30 minutes and after 3 knots, but overall it was excellent

Hotel in Makkah in the Abraj Mall...a bit expensive when you are from RSA (exchange rate) but very good hotel in a very good position relative to the Haram

A beautiful hotel, close to the Haram, a few steps away from the Haram and its courtyard, the reception is very kind and very helpful in meeting the needs. Breakfast is good and varied and takes care of all needs. If you sit in the balcony you will enjoy your food overlooking the gate of the Haram and its courtyard. Where you will find all the markets and restaurants in the lower floors of the tower and you will not need to look for your need outside the tower.

Close to haraam that's only good....other than that not a 5 star hotel according to me. More like 3 star..washrooms small and cramp, no microwave in room, fridge old ne weak, beds below average, front desk staff not friendly, no smile, no cust service..needs help

Millions of lifts to get to the hotel but its lovely and service is excellent.

The furniture is sweet and cozy. The treat is superb, the breakfast is wonderful, the food delicious and varied. The room is small and with a small space between the room and the room next to the door you hear the voice of your neighbors clearly. The bedspread was clean and we asked to change it. The toilet and pantry was dirty. The room service responded badly and pull on you after their language that the refrigerator spoiled and not repaired. The washing machine takes more than 24 hours. The view is bad and the price is not worth it. Alway is free only in the lobby and restaurant. It is maintained on the 3rd floor and the place is scary. In short Zaitre will not repeat.

Compared to 5 star hotels in the gulf this is poor. Elegant design with good quality facilities but bad maintenance. Dusty and not clean. Towels not replaced. No free WiFi. Staff very friendly. Average food. Fantastic location but shouldn't build hotels/malls so close to the mosque, the place is already very congested.
