I stayed in this Hotel, Hotel was Good ,But the saudi staff at reception was very unprofessional ,there is one Saudi Guy receptionist name Ali ,He has very bad behaviour with all ,i went there around 5 pm and he spoke me room is not ready wait half hour, i wait and went back to him and 5:30 pm he than says not ready ,even maximum check in time 4 pm ,than i spoke him what u are providing service in this 5 star hotel ,he than even no response for that, so i went to his manager and he sorted and give me room immediately

Room was good
Looby was small
Wash Room also small
Breakfast was good

I request to management of this hotel ,please fire such kind of unprofessional staff from your hotel,they are downgrading you
