Stayed from 17-2-19 to 20-2-19. Staff needs to improve. Fridge, tv not working ,had to be replaced, washroom needed plumber work
Muslim shower was not working and had to be replaced and finally room door could not be opened even by a master key /card and had to be broken with a hammer as the batteries were not replaced. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Rooms need to be checked before the guest occupy, as people expect to a room where everything is in working condition.

The second time they book is excellent and close to the Haram and their breakfast

In front of Masjid Al Haram, situated in Al Safa tower. Good, neat and clean rooms for staying. Room service, house keeping is good. Staff is gentle and friendly. Breakfast buffet is very good and healthy, a lot of variety of food offered.

We have stayed here several times, the rooms are fairly clean, small powder room and the view of Kaaba top.
Several caveats tarnish our appreciation: the room service and the hotel restaurant must align with a 5 star by offering WiFi in the rooms (totally non-existent), more choices of hot and cold dishes, no grills, no espresso, no cappuccino, no chocolate bread, no omelet corner, ... all what we find in the other hotels and restaurants in El Abardj.

Decent hotel, OK food from hotel restaurant and room service. In front of All Haram (easy access in and out to it) . Friendly staff and helpful. Have car limo service. Recommended place.

The room I was in smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though I requested a non smooking room. 4 times to meet the clerk at the hotel to replace the room with no results until the 3rd night
