Amazing hotel! Big rooms ! Staff is great. We asked for a joint rooms and we got 2 a joint rooms with 4 beds in each room. It is a great hotel as it is convenient to go for each prayer. We had Mecca view and it was Mashallah a great experience. The hotel is a little pricey but it is worth it! If you have a big family and a lot of baggage the rooms are big enough to hold it all! Overall great experience will be staying there again inshallah

The property is medium to beautiful
Great reception service
The buffet breakfast was poorly staffed
Pouring food in the garbage and some inappropriate behavior
In particular, an Egyptian worker ... made me write this comment

Lovely classy hotel within the clock tower at level P11, fairly new. Great view of al Haram ( with extra cost). 5 min walk from room to King Abd Aziz Gate, 10 min from room to roof of al Haram. If you are still late for solah, there s a huge musolla at level P9 for hotel guest as extension of al Haram. Good variety of breakfast spread, love the foul mudammas particularly. Arab staff are rarely friendly and rough but bangladeshi cleaners are warm. Highly recommended place for both comfort and easy access to al Haram as well as mall. Food court is at level P3, a bit expensive. Try the Doner, tasty.

1- It is very important, when checking the car, the presence of a shock detection sheet before handing over and receiving the car and in your presence, the signature of the worker, your signature, writing notes, and the spare disbelief with the rim is present, the glass is intact, the front and back lights are intact as in the picture below and the date is written in the Gregorian
2- As for the reception, it was very excellent, especially with Professor: Al-Zahrani
3- The safe must be checked in order to put the cash, papers and special proofs in the safe & check the exterior glass, bathroom glass and TV screens with entering the room and the bag holder
@ Note: Do not wash the tea cups well according to the picture below

When we first arrived, our room smelled like smokes. We asked for a change in room and we got it. However the new room has some problem with the faucet and we habe to call the reception again to remedy this. It s a bit of a hassle.

However the staff was kind enough to help me print some document for my sister s hospitalisation.

The food was great although repetitive. The lobby was grand.

Some rooms in the hotel are very bad and do not deserve even a quarter of a star. The cleanliness is non-existent with some insects in these rooms and it has a bad smell, especially the sixth floor.

It seems to me that it has renovated floors, its rooms are good, old floors, and its rooms are poor because the furniture differs

The handling from the hotel staff was nice
The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is very good
The hotel's location is just the best thing about it

The hotel seems new but the rooms are not in good condition. The hotel is in makkah clock tower but is not 5 star as stated. The room condition is in bad condition.
The room we had smelled of dampness and they do not clean the rooms properly.
I would not stay here next time.
Only the location is good next to Haram.

To be honest, the location is very close to the holy mosque and 5 minutes away from the squares and also the hotel's elevators are connected to the towers and other hotels which means that when you go down there are floors with restaurants, services and shopping. The staff are very nice and friendly.

Frankly, the hotel com and Mister Bassam General Manager com
Frankly, it is short in all respects
Attention to every detail
And great care and concern for the comfort of the guests
You feel at home
Thankful efforts and thanks whoever chose him.
This hotel will be my first choice as long as Mister Bassam as its manager

I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago on my previous ...

I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago on my previous trip to the holy city and they were more than perfect. However, it seems that the quality of their service has only went down ever since. First thing firsts... we paid for a suite there and due to some issues with travel, we arrived late so we had no other option but that particular suite or a royal suite as everything else was booked. The suite smelled like urine.... like somebody has urinated over every piece of furniture there. All they did was try to fix it by "spraying some airfreshener" that lasted two seconds and "trying to turn up the AC" to get rid of the smell. But obviously none of that worked. We went to the reception and they claimed that by the time we are done with our prayers in the haram they'd have it fixed. 5 hours later. Room still smells like urine. So we complained and the receptionist came up to check it out, he claimed it wasn't "that bad"!!!!!! So we get the head of housekeeping to determine if it does smell bad or not and he sided with us! This is all because the hotel didn't want to give us a new room which would be a free upgrade to the Millennium suite.
Moving on.
Our flight was at 11 pm. Check out at 1. So we went to the reception and asked for an extension since my mom needs to rest. They made us pay 900 SR for an extension till 7 pm and then guess what! We found out that there is no such price after we left! Not only that! But also at 3 pm, we were kicked out because "the system said that you should have left by 3". After a long argument and a supposed apology, they gave us a new keycard and told us to come by after prayer at 7 pm max to gather our luggage and get going, we were fine with that.
We arrived at 6 30 after prayer and you guessed it... keycard did not work! And they insisted that we pay 2000 SR!!!!! As a fine for exceeding the check-out time limit at 7 pm.... all this was at 6 45 pm.... and after a long argument we were able to get our luggage without paying extra but the hotel staff where awful to us.
If I could, I'd give this supposed 5-star hotel zero stars... but I'm going to leave that one star there because the house-keeping boy was a sweetheart who did his job excellently in every way possible and was very much tip-worthy.
