What good does an appointment count if the sales guy is not on time ?
I had the worst experience tonite .... I drive very far to meet and test drive I got there there was no car waiting and no sales guy .
I had to wait at least 17 minutes for the car.
Meanwhile the car was all scuffed up and dent but failed to mention that during our talks... talk about a very unprofessional salesman !!!! Was considering it but they refused to fix the damage mist dealers would bend over backwards to make a sale! Belated do not even bother going to this place!

We had an appointment with Jeff to look at 3 vehicles he had sent to me the day before. When we arrived..we learned he was with another customer and a different sales rep would help us. He could not find the vehicles sent to us, wasnt sure on towing capacity, etc. He 'found' a different option and excused himself..45 minutes later he was still not back. Completely lost confidence at that point and we left. Have never walked out like that before but everything was telling me to leave. Not a good experience!!

Everybody was very welcoming, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. They offered smart suggestions, but only when I asked for them, and found a staff member with personal experience with the vehicle I was looking at to get into some of the intricate details.
Thankfully, they also did this without deluging me with information I didn't need, waste time trying to tell me what I wanted, or lie about their inventory to get me in the door (unlike other places I had recently visited).
The honesty and respect Jeff Belzer's showed me right out of the gate is why I got me vehicle from them. It is also why they'll be my first stop next time I need one.

Oh my goodness what a great experience!!!! From the moment I got our of the car , to the moment I drove out of the lot I had only exceptional care from the staff at Jeff Belzer's. Don Abboud Jr. was right there to help me through what could have been a terrible time. I wasn't expecting to have to purchase a car that day but my old car failed on my way to meet a friend. I was treated fabulous by Don and guided to a car in my price range in minutes. He had me test drive it and my friend found another on the lot that looked great also. Don gave me all the info on both cars and I made my choice. Fearing my credit was questionable I talked to Don. He assured me he could work with it and get my payment at what I could afford. While we waited to see if financing would be available Don the III (DA) came to let me know everything was going good and my new car was washed, checked and waiting for me. What a great team. Tim Naasz the Business Manager had DA walk us to his office. Everything was do and ready for me to sign. He worked with the banks to get me a great deal and well with in my price range. DA then took me to my 2016 Chevy Cruse and explained everything. I have never had such a great experience. I'm telling everyone to go see these wonderful men when then need a car. Thank you so much Don, DA and Tim you are fabulous.

I am writing to recount my experience with your dealership over the past month or two.
I purchased a Ram 2500 late in September, Alex was my Sales guy and he did a great job.
My interactions with Josh in Finance were equally as good.
After driving off the lot late in the day, heading west into the sun I noticed the windshield was pitted.
I sent Alex a text informing him of my concern and he suggested I clean it up and let him know.
Number one, I don t think I should need to clean the windshield of a 50K vehicle I just drove off the lot but I told him I would.
The next few days were extremely overcast and I wasn t able to really tell if the pitting was gone because I couldn t point the truck into sunlight.
Alex checked back in and I told him I did try and clean up the windshield and that it was pitting not dirt.
Alex responded via text that he would get the necessary paperwork together so when I came in for me accessory appointment they could take care of the windshield.
The scheduler called me to set up my appointment and assured me the windshield would be addressed/ordered and that it would take a little longer to get everything set and also assured me my loaner would be a truck.
I brought the truck in and the following things happened:
My loaner was a Chevy Trax which wasn t the end of the world but another dropped ball after being told I would have a truck.
The service rep came out and looked at the windshield and told me it didn t look too bad and that it would get pitted anyway. Again I didn t spend that kind of money to be told and I paraphrase well it s not too bad and it will get pitted anyway.
Conner was great about updating me about the status of my truck but again two dropped balls, not the remote starter I ordered and the floor mats weren t in.
I picked up my vehicle and no one talked to me about what had been done to the vehicle much less why the windshield had not be addressed.
I left your dealership in late September thinking it was a great experience and that next fall when I need to get my wife a new car I know right where I am going.
I left the dealership this time thinking I had been duped. I have emailed both the service mgr and the Sales mgr and neither has responded and it has been about three weeks now. I am now left to think their lack of any communication is only going to be remedied by more serious steps.

Just leased two trucks from Jeff Belzer s. They had the best trade difference I could find. Their trade value wasn t the highest, but their sale price far exceeded any other store by a huge margin. Don t be fooled by stores that claim they have better trade values because those same stores are gauging you on price. A crooked game, but Jeff Belzers was the clear winner on the overall deal.
The other thing that really put the icing on the cake was my experience with Bob Burke in sales. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle connect with Bob. He is a true professional, and made my entire experience a true pleasure.

After my car died last Saturday, I went searching for a new car. I came across Jeff Belzer's Chevy Dealer. I was put into contact with Tom Gorman. At this point, I was just looking around. Tom sent me a couple of emails and gave me a call. He wanted to be sure to get in contact with me. After looking at some other dealers and not finding the price I wanted, I got in contact with Tom. I had never leased or bought a new car before. He said that he would do his best to get me in a car. I went in and he was friendly, honest, and willing to do all that he could do to get me into a new car. I had several questions and was nervous about being a female and walking into a dealership by myself. He put my mind right at ease. He was able to get me the car I wanted for the monthly payments I wanted, thanks to both Tom and Josh. I couldn't be more grateful for the experience that I had. Thank you! I will be returning to Jeff Belzer in the future.

Upon arrival at Lakeville I discovered that Dave did not know where the truck was either, nor did the body shop manager. Supposedly it was there for body work.

I bought my car on February 19th and they told me the license plates would be in within 3 weeks. As the day before the third week arrived, I called here office and they never called me back, then I went onto their website and the next day used the Instant messaging system and they never called me back, finally the following day after that, my sticker in my car expired, I call again very upset. I will not be using Jeff Belzer's Chevy dealership again. I had tires put on my car May 6th 2014. I had an appt. at 1:30p.m. and I didn't get checked out of there until 3:52p.m. This is OUTRAGEOUS. Having an appt. doesn't mean a thing. I am a senior citizen, and having to wait this long was extremely uncomfortable. I have a bad back; leg problems; AND I have afternoon med.s I needed to take. Since putting tires on is a simple job to do, I figured I didn't need to bring ALL my supplies. Associate Josh didn't tell me it would take this long, or I would have brought someone to drive me. Also, I care for a disabled husband, and have to schedule my time very specifically. Another time I had an oil change, and made an appt. to come back the next day to have my windshield washer pump looked at, at the end of 2-1/2 hrs. I was told there wasn't a problem. It took them THAT long to figure this out??? C'mon people, take some pride in service; you guarantee satisfaction yet you allow this process to continue. My first clue should have been the pushy salesman we had when we bought the car. He kept chatting on his cell (rude); he told us if we weren't going to buy something that day, that taking a test drive would be a waste of his time. I was ready to go elsewhere, but my husband didn't hear him, and he liked the car so ... here I am. I will say the associate who helped me book this latest appt. was polite, respectful, and willing to give me my next oil change for free ... thanks Josh. I don't know where the fault lies but I see by these reviews that I'm not the only one to have this awful experience. I will not be taking this loooong drive again (I live in Mpls.).

We have now purchased our second new vehicle from Jeff Belzer's Lakeville. After purchasing a new Dodge Charger in 2014 and being extremely happy with how we were treated and the deal we got, when it was time to look for another new vehicle (a Kia Niro - a VERY different vehicle than the Charger!) we checked with Jeff Belzer's again. Their price on the Niro couldn't be beat, was $1700+ better than the dealer 30 miles from us and make the 3 hour drive from Iowa quite worthwhile. Our salesman, Bob Burke, was very helpful, responsive and all around great to work with. We essentially outlined a deal via e-mail and Bob and the team at Jeff Belzer's didn't waiver from it when we arrived. We'll be back!

I had not brought a car in 13 years and was worried that I would get a high pressure sales pitch. I found a Jeep online at 9pm and used the online chat to make sure it was still available. After a couple of minutes of chatting, the sales rep. Bob Soucheray, asked if he could call me, he did and within a 5 minute conversation he confirmed the Jeep was available & we set up a time to meet the next afternoon to test drive the car. I d already done a enough research and knew that it was the car I wanted, the entire process from when I walked into the dealership to driving away in my new Jeep took less than 2.5 hrs. Financing went very smoothly too. Everyone was extremely nice and the process was simple and fast. They are a great company to do business with!

I called the other day to inquire about my extended warranty I purchased and the front desk lady (who I called back for a 3rd time just to find out her name....which was Kerry) couldnt of been ruder to me on the phone. She not only hung up on me but when I called back the second time she put me on hold and I overheard her say to someone it s this pain in the butt lady again looking for finance ...apparently at JEFF Belzers they only care when your buying the car and not after.

My experience went overall very well, until I was handed the keys to my brand new vehicle. There was a plethora of small particle marks on the vehicle due to prior hail damage. The hail damage was taken care of by the dealership, however I didn t notice the marks until I was about to drive off the lot.
Beforehand, I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and the dealership should have been more prepared and had the vehicle detailed prior to my set appointment. Instead, the marks didn t show up until the vehicle was detailed, therefore I had to wait another hour to get the marks buffed out. The situation could have been completely avoided had the dealership been more prepared with the vehicle before my arrival.

I work nights so my biggest mistake was not getting enough sleep before dealing with the scummy sales people who work here.
They tacked on 3 grand to the price when I was distracted dealing with pentagon federal who reneged on on a "pre-approved car loan". I noticed the price change the next day after I went over what I had agreed with the sales person, and what as on the paperwork... congratulations, you've lost a customer forever.
They still call me with lies and B.S. sales gimicks like today. "Hi I have someone interested in your car...would you like to sell it and we'll put you in a new car for the same payment you're currently making?"
Really, piss off... hope you have to pay someone to leave fake 5 star reviews with my money.

This was my 3rd vehicle from Jeff Belzer's, and they continue to exceed expectations. I found my new vehicle online, and contacted Eric for more information. After taking a day or so to make my decision, I called Eric back to let him know I wanted to move forward with a deal. Living 450 miles from Jeff Belzer's, Eric worked with me to arrange pick up of the vehicle. Once I got there, the purchase process was smooth as always. The dealership is very nice and clean, with very friendly staff and nice accommodations while you move through the buying process. The management and finance staff were also great, and accommodating to work with.
Thanks again Jeff Belzer's, see you again in a few years, I'm sure!

From start to finish, my experience at Jeff Belzer's was nothing short of wonderful! Joby was extremely helpful in fine tuning details and giving professional advice when I asked for his opinion. Also cannot say enough about Jamie and our experience with the financials. Extremely personable, professional, and same as Joby, gave phenomenal professional advice to someone who was a first time car buyer after only purchasing highly used cars from family members in the past. Would not change a thing or go anywhere else if I had to do it over again.
**The only thing that was a little disappointing was the lack of detailing and cleaning that was done on my Jeep. The inside of the doors and grooves in the tires showcased that there wasn't much emphasis on ensuring the customer didn't need to go detail it after the purchase. As well as the some of the "little details" that mean a lot inside of the car on the leather. I will be needing to take my Jeep somewhere to have an actual detailing done. Donovan was my Sales Rep and he was great. First time car buyer here and he was very patient with my many, many questions and things I did not know. They don't make commission so there was no haggling, they just give you the lowest price. I shopped around online ALOT for months and could not find a better deal than here. My first time leasing, and the dealer I spoke to previously tried to bully me into committing to something I couldn't afford. But everyone at Jeff Belzer's was really friendly and listened to my specific budget. They are non-commissioned so I didn't feel like "prey." I am so happy with my brand new 2019 Kia Sportage! I came on a Saturday, which did make the wait time longer for paperwork to be done, etc. because that's the day that EVERYONE comes. But I expected that going in, so I didn't mind. My questions were all answered directly (unlike the previous dealer I spoke to). My trade-in value was honored, as I had looked it up online before arriving. I drove off with a big smile! Glad I came to this dealership.

I had the absolute best experience buying my first new car! Brandyn Lindgren was the sales man I worked with. They are very honest, helpful, caring, and best priced place in my opinion. Even after I have bought my car they will call to check up and make sure that everything is going well with my purchase. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Being a young 23 year old girl I don't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me for my money and was very educated on educating me about my purchase! Highly recommended! We went to the Lakeville location to look at a few vehicles last weekend. We were communicating with James and he seemed great! Patient with our questions etc. Last minute, James told us to work with Jeff. We arrived and we didn't have a great experience. We had a handful of vehicles we wanted to see and drive and we were approached by a sales man who kept telling us "the two vehicles are identical". That's great, but I still want to look/drive them. He wasn't telling us about the vehicles and had an overall non caring attitude. My baby got hungry and we took a break to feed her. We decided at that point, it wasn't worth it and we needed a different sales man and left. We attempted the New Prague Ford location today and scheduled an appointment and was ghosted by the sales man. We tried on two different occasions to buy a car from this company, only leaving a bad taste in our mouth. Disappointing the lack of customer service especially in a sales role.

Jason Wolske was very welcoming and I appreciated his honesty, insight and information. Each person I met along the way introduced themselves and conversations were comfortable and informational. I recently purchased a new Kia Seltos from Bob Soucheray at Jeff Belzer's Kia and couldn't be happier with the car and the service I received. All staff members I worked with were helpful and friendly. The process was smooth and straight forward. I price shopped around a bit before coming and found that their prices were competitive. The location is a little out of the way for someone who lives in the metro, but worth the extra drive.

The people are all nice but after buying the "extended warranty" at Belzer's when we bought the car and were assured it was bumper to bumper, why do they have to call someone to make sure it's covered before they'll start the work? I could understand if we bought that very expensive coverage at some other place but we got it right at Belzer's. It eventually turned out but endured the hassle of "what if" for hours.

Bought my truck here in 2010 and had a disappointing experience. Silly me thinking that 7 years later I could go back and perhaps get a "better" salesman. I contacted a salesman on the website and talked with him on the phone explaining what I was looking for and that I was coming down (from Duluth) in 2 weeks. I wanted some trucks to look at for options. NEVER got a call back. So I just drove down there thinking I would get a different salesman. I got down there at 3:45 P.M on a friday (they close at 5:30) expecting to drive away with a new truck. As I pulled up the a salesman came out and asked me if I needed help. Not once did the salesman shake my hand or even tell me his name. After looking at a few trucks I had two picked out that I wanted to make offers on. Now I know that Jeff's prices are the lowest "advertised" prices in Minnesota so I explained to the salesman that I would pay the asking price for the truck. The trouble came with my trade-in. Not once did I get an actual offer for my trade-in just a verbal "About $10,000". I came prepared with a Edmunds and NADA print-out and a few trucks listed with close miles and options. The salesman thought this was useless and basically said there is no way they could match even KBB (the lowest of the three). He refused to even give me a real offer for my truck. So I left my phone number and told him I was in town for the weekend and since I knew it was getting late I told him to give me a call tomorrow if he wanted to make a deal. Never got a call back. Guess Jeff doesn't want to sell trucks. Look I understand your a volume dealer but that doesn't mean that each customer can't be treated with some respect. I'd rather pay a $1000 more for a truck and get a better salesman elsewhere.
EDIT 10/29/17 - After speaking with the general sales manage he apologized and gave me a "Best Price" that no one would be able to beat. Well I went to John Hirsch in Cambridge and was able to buy a truck that was $700 under Jeff's price plus I got free side steps and a spray in bedliner. Guess "Best Price" doesn't mean what Jeff thinks it does!

As someone who has come to loathe the car-buying process, I was genuinely impressed with the customer service and ease of purchasing a used car from Justen Thelen. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. He exceeded my expectations throughout the process and has continued to follow-up the last few weeks to make sure we are happy with the purchase. I think he genuinely cares about his customers, which seems to be a rare trait in the car business. We will definitely be back to see him when we need to buy again!

I wanted to look at a used Acadia that they had listed on their website. The sales person explained that the vehicle was still in need of reconditioning and inspection but would be glad to show it. I waited for him to pull it up so I could look at it. Eventually he came back and explained they could not find the keys to the vehicle. Why list a car to sell on your site if you don't have it ready to sell to the general public. I drove 45 minutes to your location just to look at the one vehicle and it wasn't ready. Also the sales person never made an attempt to offer any other vehicles within my search requirements to look at. I basically felt I was inconveniencing him. Never really took the time to ask any questions. Just sent me on my way with a "Sorry and stop back in next time you see a car you like".

John Meyer was helpful from beginning to end. We had never seen anything but stock photos of the Telluride and he immediately went out and took a number of photos for us after we got off the phone. He even came in on his day off so we could see it and drive it in person. Everyone we worked with seemed legitimately happy that we were getting our new ride.

Its amazing when you have good people working at a dealership and no pressure to buy.....it can be a fun experience. The waiting rooms were nice the people were great and up front with anything good and bad. Trisha made me and my wife comforted and relaxed an answered all our questions up front and honesty. I would recommend anyone to go to Belzers they will do whatever they can to take care of you.
