My sons car broke down in the Minneapolis area and I am out in Denver, unsure of how to help from so far away. Then I remembered I know a guy at Jeff Belzers and immediately reached out to Josh Heimkes. He did not hesitate to say give your son my cell number, I ll take care of him . My son and his wife were given the royal treatment, got through the process quickly and efficiently and left in a brand new Kia Soul S-my daughter-in-law could not be more thrilled to have an AWD for those unpredictable Minnesota winters.
Thank you, Josh Heimkes, and the rest of the team, for making my son and his wife happy and ensuring they got a great deal!!

This was a challenge for the Team at Belzer's. My car had hail damage, and being it was going to be in the body shop, I wanted to get some accessories added. Jason in parts found me some budget priced options, which he ordered and gave to the body shop and the Accessories department for installation while the hail damage was being worked on. I also had some concerns about the mechanical part of the car. Mike Shape and Vinesh in service coordinated with the Team and got everything done in one appointment. Great job addressing my concerns! Colby in the body shop worked with my insurance to get everything properly covered and the car looks super! Outstanding results folks! Thanks!
Brandyn Lindgren was amazing. It was my first time to buy a car and he answered all my questions. Knowledgeable and very good at assisting first timers like me. After a few hours, we closed the deal and went home driving the new car.
Recently purchased a used Mazda 6 from Jeff Belzer's after our car was stolen. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting with Lyle G., who made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. At no time did we feel rushed or not cared for. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and understanding of what we were going through and sympathized with our current predicament. I commend Lyle and the entire staff for being friendly and welcoming rather than pushy or arrogant. From my experience, I would recommend Jeff Belzer's to anyone, as they seem to have their priorities focused on customer satisfaction rather than the bottom line. I will certainly be calling or visiting the location in Lakeville if I need something related to our new car.
I had a great experience when purchasing my new Durango. I worked with Kris, and he did everything in his power to make sure I got the car I wanted and was very thorough when going through the finances. I wanted to work with him since day one when as he was the salesman that was willing to pull the car out of the massive pile of inventory that Jeff Belzer's has. He made my selling and buying experience great and recommend him if you're shopping for a Dodge.
Great experience working with Bob Burke at Belzer s in Lakeville. Five stars for Bob our Salesperson, Andy our Finance person and Ethan the Technology Expert. Bob was able to help us narrow the choices. He knew the features and details of each vehicle and we are very pleased with our new car. I highly recommend working with Bob Burke.
My Truck that they certified has gone into the shop 5 times in 2 months of ownership. 22 days without it in my driveway. First they could not find the key for over an hour. On the way home from the purchase truck started dinging and showing trouble lights. Next business day tried to get it back up there to get it fixed. The truck shut down and had to be towed into the shop. they told me they accidentally fixed the wrong truck and mine was supposed to get fixed before it was sold. Loaner given and took 5 days to fix. Same lights 2 weeks later and they couldn't find anything wrong. 2 weeks later I took it into the local ram shop for more issues and was without a loaner for 7 days. Belzer's said they didn't have a rental for 2 weeks. I tried to take the truck back the day of sale and they said they would take care of me... It is back in the shop again for a shut down. unsure how long I will be without this truck this time. I found a replacement truck on their lot with same price same options same miles and was told they would do it as a trade in and I would owe them 5600 dollars. I am without a truck again and fear that this summer when my family and I go camping this thing will shutdown and lock up with a camper behind it and my family in it. This thing is very dangerous! attached is the picture of my truck one day after purchase.
Came in to trade in a car with a difficult lease situation.... Joby Compton was great with helping to put us in a new 2017 Chevrolet Traverse!! We appreciate his hard work in helping make our unfortunate situation a positive one!! Alejandro was really wonderful at helping us get everything set up from the Bluetooth settings to the radio stations! Thank you guys!! We'll definitely be back in the future!! We recommend Jeff Belzer's and Joby Compton as a sales associate!!
Had a terrific experience working with Justin Englin purchasing a Ram 1500. I went in with the idea that I wanted a truck and wanted to trade in a car, but wasn't set on anything. They were incredibly easy to work with and didn't push anything on me. I walked out of there with everything I wanted with zero headaches. Great overall experience and I would highly recommend Belzer's!
Donny Abboud is hands down the Best Car Salesman! Professional, efficient, knowledgable, funny and excellent customer service! My wife and I have been buying cars from Donny for over 20+ years and he is the best in the business!
Saw their sale price add on a Ford Fusion for $6,999.00. Went in to make a deal. They tell you to read their fine print. You have to give them a vehicle to get that price. You cannot just come in and buy the car for cash at $6,999.00. False advertising is the way they work. I would not trust this dealer. Thanks for the waste of time.
It does not even show up that you need a trade in until you click on two more fine print areas. It is not a sale price if you cannot buy it for the sale price. Very deceptive. It's unfortunate that you do business that way.
Jacob Schlee Jacob was very helpful at this dealership walking me through my car buying process. He was honestly explaining evryeveryt I need to know about my choices to make the right decision. At the end, we achieved our goal picking the right car for me. I definitely recommend Jacob as a good dealer.
joe weed helped me beyond all my expectations. what a great experience. For the first time in my life, buying a car was fun. I got a great deal on a great car.
Was looking to trade a 2013 Kia Sorento for a new model. Found Jeff Belzer Kia and got in touch with Marc Guerrero. He was prompt with his replies and gave accurate and useful information. My wife and I ended up trading for a 2018 Sorento. It was the lowest priced comparably-equipped Sorento by several thousand dollars. The process went smoothly and we are very pleased with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Jeff Belzer Kia and Marc Guerrero.
Awesome! Overall our experience at Jeff Belzer's was just awesome! My husband and I were looking to trade in my "clown car" for a small SUV. I had been looking online for a LONG time and just didn't see anything I liked. I stumbled upon JB's and really like the selection and prices they had. So I submitted a quote for my current car and the next morning Adam called. Adam seriously took care of us right from the get go. He had a list of vehicles for us to check out that met our criteria and we arranged to go look at them the next Saturday. We met with Adam and he was very kind and upfront with us about everything. He was patient and my husband check out all the "important" things while I checked out all the bells and whistles (the other important things). Although we did not buy the exact car we had in mind going in, we were able to find a great vehicle of comparable value and are very satisfied. Now here is where it gets good. After having the vehicle just a couple days there were a couple things that weren't quite up to par. So we reached out to Adam and he went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted, and more! Most places sell you a used car "as is" and once you leave the lot the transaction is complete. But not here at JB's and not with Adam. He made sure that everything was on point. He even checked in with us a few days after just to make sure everything was still running smooth and we were happy. I would highly recommend Adam Colon at JB's the next time you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Adam for the awesome experience!!
Very disappointing first and quite possibly last experience at Jeff Beltzers of Lakeville. I contacted their sales rep online about a vehicle the day after the ad was posted. I scheduled a day and time to come see the vehicle, knowing I lived over 2 hours away. A few days later the time comes to go see it, I called before I left to verify my appointment to test drive the vehicle and they said the sales rep would be waiting for me. I arrive only to find out that the sales rep I was supposed to meet didn't even work that day, even though I was scheduled to meet with him. That's not the end of the world, I will still get to test drive the car right? Nope. They come out and tell me that it sold and there is nothing they can do. If I called ahead of time to make sure I was meeting someone to drive the one car on their lot I wanted, shouldn't they make sure they actually have the vehicle? Or even better, that the sales rep is actually working that day? Thanks for wasting my entire evening and over four hours of driving.
Trisha and John Z were great to work with in the purchase of my Chevy truck. Trisha patiently worked with me over several weeks and kept me posted on updated pricing. Belzer has great inventory and people. Go see Trisha and Z .
Excellent customer service on the sales floor. I had a great shopping experience. The car care department is not quite as efficient but that may be due to the large volume of business they have. All in all, I would recommend this dealership.
We recently purchased a 2017 KIA Sorento from Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville. We just moved to this area and needed to trade in our 2011 Silverado because it did not fit in our garage. We were treated so well by all the people we dealt with during the purchase of our KIA. There was no pressure and all of our questions were answered. We also have a 2014 Malibu which I brought to Belzer's for a routine maintenance. I was very pleased with the service department. Once again the people were very courteous and the work was done in the amount of time promised and the price for the service was reasonable. I highly recommend Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville if you are looking to purchase a vehicle or have one that needs service.
Bought a new Kia at Jeff Belzer's 2018. Great price, salesman helped me into the perfect Niro hybrid vehicle for my commuting need. Two years later I prefer to have the vehicle serviced by the pros at Jeff Belzer's. I'll drive out of my way to get excellent service.
Went to buy my first brand new car on my own. I had a good experience with the sale man but after that everything went down hill. My parents have very many GM cars being in a family business that is all that we drive and that is why I went with a GM product. I had my car for one day which had less than 200 miles on it before it entered the shop for warranty work and the car spent 12 days in the shop and they put 6 different parts into to make the car work correctly. The chevy dealership that did the work was one step away from flying the engineer in to look at my car. They still don't know which part they put in the car fixed it. After the car being in the shop for a week I called up Gary Langer to make this deal right and he said that he would find me a different car and we would just exchange the cars for the new one with out any problems. Once I got my car back I called up to Gary and told them that it is fixed. When I was going to drive my car to Gary he than changed what he was saying and wanted more money after the first 5 days of talking with him we were going to make and exchange the car for a working car. He was very rude about the whole things after we went to him and talked to him after he changed his mind. My family is very large and they buy many GM cars and they will no longer buy them from Balzer's. Very poor service by Gary.
I cannot give a detailed review due to the fact that I was there for only 10 minutes (Plus 10 minutes of waiting). I have been trying to sell my father/mother's truck after he/she passed away for the estate. I was told by another dealership that i should try here (due to capacity issues and having one of the cylinders going out on it after 60k miles. DONT BUY A CHEVY heh. Go with the Subaru lifetime warranty).
I brought the truck down to have it looked at but the salesman wouldn't even bother with me. I asked if they could give me a price for it and they just kept saying "We'll pass." Without even looking at it (literally... He never left the lobby to look at the truck). All I wanted was to sell my dad's 2011 Silverado with 66k miles on it (And needed engine work. But was estimated at 3-4k for the repairs.). And I did make it quite clear it had the engine issues, this was for an estate, and I just needed to sell it. I would have just preferred a "F off. That year of silverados had so many issues and we don't want to bother with them." Or at least spend 3 mintues to humor me and look at the truck and say nope.
I went to a local dealer instead. I'd rather make my loss a local dealer's gain. I just wanted it sold so I could be done with this estate account. I dont care that chevy quality was so bad that i only can get 10k for a truck with only 66k miles on it. I care about how i was treated when i got there. I sold that truck for 9k just to be done with one thing on my estate list. But they wouldnt even take a few minutes to look at it. I even asked "What would you take it for?"
They may have a bunch of new cars there (try and find a parking space) but unless they can make more than 5k from the vehicle you are trying to sell (just out of my experience) then don't bother bringing your used vehicle to this dealership. You will just be insulted. Once again I will say I am not mad about this place not buying my used truck. It had issues and they may have not had the time and resources to make a profit from it which I understand. I am more upset about how i was treated. The salesman was so rude it still upsets me to this day.
after going in last summer to have my chevy tahoe serviced heater probs I was totally ignored n treated like I didnt excist wen reporting this to mbgmnt he tried to hook me up for next morn.,took a call to his house to even get in, now my truck needs to return for the fourth time, needless to say its not returning there as everytime it goes in for warranty work I find myself paying for things it never went in for, there is zero quality control before its released back to owner, only thing they are professionals at are excuses! save your pocketbook n i took my corvette in to b looked at for a paint buff wen i was told paint was ruined by waterspots i showed head body shop guy that it was just dust n not a permanent water spot damage he had no comment I never got estimates I was promised by Email, just as well as I would never let them touch my vette as they clearly have no clue what they are doing.. STAY CLEAR!!
Bought a 2020 Silverado and the buying process was smooth but the post purchase support has been poor. Simply left a couple voicemails in various departments to try and get a small question answered and nobody will ever get back.
Came in at very short notice today to test drive a Hyundai Veloster Turbo and was delighted with the service I received. Wally Johnson pulled the car up to me and greeted me with a smile, he later went over the cars history and let me take her for a spin. Definitely my best car buying experience thanks to Wally Johnson at Jeff Belzer s.
Dave Petryszyn was the sales rep who got our deal done. It was quick, fast, and he got me into something perfect, thanks again for the great experience at Jeff Belzer's !!!! I'll be a life long customer.
Thank you John for making this experience so informative and easy. John addressed all my questions and offered offered innovative solutions to all. Over all John was professional and knowable ,
Blaine was extremely helpful in my new car purchase. He went out of his way to meet my work schedule. The morning of my purchase they were very helpful, with what can be a long process to purchase a vehicle.
The sales process was easy and straight forward. every expectation the team set forth was meet. Great experience. I can't wait to try the service department.
We made an internet request for information and were promptly contacted by Matt Langebartels. We told him we were interested in a Black 2014 Charger RT MAX with AWD. He made us a great offer on the in stock model in white, and offered to find the same in black, though it would likely cost a little more. We made our appointment for Saturday at 2:00pm, but showed up at 12:30. He didn't miss a beat! We reached an agreement and were on our way home with a new lease at 2:45! You guys will get first shot at our next vehicle. See you in 3 years!
I recently decided to purchase a 2018 Chevy Colorado as they are being discounted to make room for the 2019 models. I worked with BOB SOUCHERAY at Belzers in Lakeville. Bob told me he had 7 Colorado Z71's to choose from. (good selection) Then told me they were $10,000 off (good price) and we took one for a test drive. On the test drive Bob pointed out all features of the Colorado and explained the differences in the models (work truck through ZR2) Bob was relaxed, no pressure and it turned out we had a lot in common. When we got back, Bob introduced me to Parts, Service and Financing people ( welcome to the family) who made the purchasing decision easy. I would readily recommend Bob and the entire team at Belzers to anyone who was thinking about purchasing a new vehicle.
This is the second car I have purchased from Jeff Belzer in the past 3 years, we (My wife and I) have also leased 3 cars in the last 4 years. We always deal with John Zadurski (some people call him "Z"). John is easy to work with, he is not pushy and he always finds me a great deal. His after sales support is outstanding as is the support from all of the Belzer people. (We get our oil changes done there as well as they have a great oil change package deal). you will not be disappointed.
Shame on you Jeff Belzer. My 83 year old friend has a leased car from you. His Dr. says he can no longer drive and you aren't letting them out of the lease, requiring them to pay in full plus a return fee. Where is your heart?
The good: Love the car - found the vehicle we wanted.
The bad: We found the whole experience frustrating. Emailed for information and received a quote we liked. A day later was contacted wondering if they could give us a "knockout" price....so far so good. We responded positively, but had a difficult time receiving that "knockout" price. After multiple emails and voicemails never able to reach our sales person, finally heard back from them but still no "knockout" price. Had to call back and speak to another salesperson to get it. All along they supposedly had two of the vehicle/color we wanted, however the salesperson was mistaken - they couldn't find the vehicles. Even though they were on the website as available, they no longer had them- but hey we have a more expensive one! We went there anyways as we were in a pinch for a vehicle. We talked ourselves into buying a more expensive version of the vehicle with features we didn't care for...more money for the dealership! They wouldn't help us out at all on the price. Gave us the ole' "let me go talk to my manager treatment." Manager came to talk to us and talked our ear off for 30 minutes about how awesome he is. Offered us a couple bottles of water that he never brought us. Gave us some line about this being maybe too much car for us because we were complaining about the price, wouldn't throw anything our way, offered to find out about some discounted accessories to make us feel better - never got back to us about them. After everything we still bought the car because we needed it asap, they knew we were in a tough spot and used it against us. Drove it home last night and there's no owners manual. Called this morning to have them mail us one and the salesperson who answered was reluctant to put it in the mail. Asked if we could come get it (30 miles away). Will never shop there again.
Had an oil change done on my 2015 Silverado last year. Didn t have time this year to bring it in and decided to do it myself. Oil filter was so tight it took two hours to get it off and had to shred the filter to knock it loose. Was obviously tightened with a wrench. This was the only time I have had someone else do my oil change and it will be the last. Will not recommended the service to other people.
We had a great experience working with Aaron Kochendorfer. He listened to what we wanted and where we were looking for payment. He was able to get us in exactly what we wanted. He explained all the steps we would go through in the process of our purchase and after everything was final he was there to greet us with our new car. The follow up afterwards was great also. I would highly recommend anyone to meet with Aaron as they look for a vehicle.
Very disappointed. Spent Saturday with our salesman, looking at several different dodge models. We left knowing we would have a lot of thinking to do in making a final decision on the type of vehicle we wanted. On Sunday my husband and I returned to re look at the vehicles. We found one that we really liked and wanted to buy so we called him on Sunday on his cell phone like he had told us to do. We gave him the Stock # and vehicle information and asked him to place a hold on it first thing Monday morning. He indicated he would call and get our cc information and trade in information 1st thing Monday morning. When he didn't call, I called the office and found out he wasnt scheduled in until 2:00 p.m. I explained to the receptionist what was going on and she suggested I call his cell phone. I did and he indicated he was driving and would call me back in 15 minutes. In 30 minutes he called back, took my credit card info, trade in info and told me to go on line and fill out the credit card app and he was going to hang up and put the hold on the vehicle. He said he would go in the office around 1:00 p.m. to make sure everything was going smoothly and call me at 2:00 with the interest rate and trade in price of our vehicle and we could come in around 6-6:30 tonite to sign the final papers on the van. He finally called around 2:30 and said I have news. He said first, my on line application never came through and I would have to redo it, and second the vehicle he was suppose to hold was sold from under us supposedly first thing this a.m. but if that was the case, why did he take my credit card information and why did he wait until 2:30 to call and tell me this? He said he could do a locate on another one just like the one we thought we had and we could get it for the same price. We told him we were not very happy and said we needed our trade in value before we could decide if we wanted to proceed. This was at 2:30ish and he said he would get back to us with the trade in value. When he didn't call by 4:00p.m my husband called and was told then that they couldn't give us a trade in price without bringing the car in, not even a ballpark price. Why werent we told this this a.m.? We were also told the vehicle we wanted would have cost us $900 more anyway as Belzer published the wrong price in the paper? I'm very disappointed and discouraged with how this whole thing played out. I did not get the vehicle that was supposed to be held for me, my credit card information is now floating out there, my online application was never received so where did it go, and I have been told many different versions of things today. It has left a source taste in our mouths:(
We recently bought a used vehicle at Jeff Belzer s in Lakeville, and Bob Burke was our sales person. As it turned out the deal got a bit difficult for us (our fault) when we discovered within an hour after purchasing a car that it didn t have the engine we wanted. After a couple of conversations with Bob, he and his sales manager, John Barrows, offered to make the effort to find exactly what we wanted in exchange for the one we had just purchased. True to their word within mere hours they found a car with everything we wanted and that had fewer miles and some terrific extras. We were thrilled, and actually rather amazed at the level of service and care that Bob and John provided us. All this to say that we couldn t have been happier doing business with Jeff Belzer s dealership. Bob, John, and everyone we had contact with there couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. And if you go there, ask for Bob Burke. He s a truly great guy, a lot of fun, and we couldn t have enjoyed our dealings with him more.
We were very happy with our experience at Jeff Belzers and working with Michael Voss. We love our new car! He was patient and helpful as we made a decision on our purchase!
Great experience, I didn't feel any pressure to buy a car and Wally made sure ever thing went smooth when I finally decided to move forward on a purchase.
My girlfriend and I went in not really anticipating buying that day, but having a pretty solid plan if I decided to. Juan helped us out, on what we found out was supposed to be his day off. He was very invested in making sure I got a good deal, while I also got exactly what I was looking for. Although it did end up taking 4 hours, which was not a big deal, he was rushing to try to make it shorter, jogging all over the dealership trying to help us out. Overall, he was just a great guy to work with, and I would definitely go back to Juan again for my next vehicle as well.
My salesman went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. Very impressed with everyone I dealt with and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
I have had 3 great deals from the Jeff Belzer group now and would recommend this dealer to anyone......all dealing was done by email and /or phone.....so my time at the dealer was minutes....not hours.....great people!!!
I arrived to the dealership, test drove the vehicle 1 additional time, sat down with my sales person Aaron K and worked out agreement. Aaron is extremely talented in the art of negotiation and does his job of representing the dealerships interests very well during this stage.
By the time I was getting done with finance (Don't remember his name but also a great gentleman and easy to work with) it was approaching 9:30pm and the dealership had essentially closed.
I had them pull in my trade behind my new Ram so I could transport my personal belongings into the new vehicle. Their delivery coordinator Bill was there to help me go through most of the options and tech setup (I knew more than he did but it was nice to get help and he was helpful in reminding me to do certain things).
I was provided a couple black bags and frantically searched the vehicle to make sure I grabbed everything but felt rushed to do so because the dealership was closed and Bill was literally one of the last guys there with me. Left the dealership at around 10:00pm.
On my way home I realized that in the midst of cleaning out my old car, I had left my work access badge, a paycheck stub and about $30ish in coins in the center counsel. (YES what was I thinking?) Anyhow, I called Aaron immediately and emailed him that I'd left items in the trade-in center counsel and needed them to grab that for me to pickup the next day.
He responded in the morning that they would have someone pull everything and set aside at reception for me to pick up. I drove there after work the next day. The receptionist hands me my work badge and the paycheck stub...NO COINS. I immediately ask her if that was everything and mentioned that there were a good amount of coins that were in the vehicle as well.
She had me wait and proceeded to go to the delivery coordinator room assuming to question what happened. She came back after a time and said no one knew where the coins were and denied that they were ever there. I immediately called my sales guy Aaron. He was on lunch with Bill (The delivery coordinator) and he made his apologies known then stated he would figure it out and provide a $25.00 gift card in lieu of the coins. I stated multiple times that it truly wasn't about the missing money, it is more about the principle of the matter that counted and was what left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
I heard back from Aaron a day or two later while traveling that he'd figured it out. When speaking with him he relayed to me that Bill was on camera as the last person to drive my vehicle and he didn't show up to work for the next few days after that. I understood this to be a reasonable excuse that they had a "bad apple" that got caught and sorted himself out of the picture and confirmed that a gift card would put this sage to bed.
Aaron helped setup the accessories installation appointment which was mixed with some paint corrections noticed prior to purchasing the vehicle. His last communication to me was that the gift card would be in my truck when I picked it up from that. Unfortunately it wasn't. Nor is $25.00 worth the time for the back and forth we've all had to insert into this situation.
Anyhow, I've worked in vehicle service for many years. I've seen some things and employees not doing their jobs with the highest integrity. Stealing is a terrible offense and one that really puts this buyer of a luxury pickup truck into a sense of being hosed.
Based on the behaviors I'd witnessed from one of the many employees I interacted with that day I can't give the dealership to low of a rating because the majority were good. Unfortunately for them, it only takes one "bad apple" to spoil my trust and I for one will not be bringing my vehicles for service to this dealership nor will I ever give them my new car buying business in the future.
UPDATE: 9/20/19 - I received the gift card from dealership.
Very satisfied with this dealerships process. They really took the time to find a solution to a tough situation I was in with a lease. They did their absolute best to make sure I got my expectations met.
I work in the automotive industry and hear nothing but bad things about this dealership, then on my way home there is a Jeep driving all over the road and cuts me off twice. Come to find out it has a dealer plate from Belzers. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.
We were searching many car dealers for a specific truck we wanted to buy. I looked on line at Jeff Belzer's and found they had five choices. I called and was connected to Jason Wolske. He confirmed that the trucks were there, he texted me his card. He took very good care of us. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, no high pressure. He helped us get our insurance information as we didn't have the card with us. Our best experience after about 5 other dealerships. We will refer others to him specifically.
Very pushy sales person by the name of Kyle Buro. Went to test drive and he tried to offer a high downpayment to be at the payment I wanted. Left without buying the car and he proceeded to text with a better deal each time over the next 42 hours. Told him I wasn t interested multiple times and then responded are you kidding me and this offer is only today after that don t contact us. Contacted the dealership to talk to a manager which never called me back. Went to Burnsville Dodge instead and got A+ service and the exact car I wanted. I will never buy a car from here and will make sure anyone that brings up buy a car here is warned. Worst experience I ve ever had....
James, Hunter and everyone at Jeff Belzer s Chevrolet were great. From the second I walked in they were friendly and respectful. They helped me find a great car and they really genuinely cared that I liked the car not just trying to sell it to get it off their lot.
Bob Portwood our sales rep- was great(from the start)
Complete scam! I bought a used Nissan from the dealer, 1 year old and it had minor VERY minor scratches in it, and a bad tire and bad rim. I didn't know about the tire and rim till after I purchased the vehicle, I thought I gave it a good look over but I guess I did not. Still buying from a dealer I felt they should have been up front and they were not.
I was able to get a "new" tire from them after 2 weeks of time and phone calls placed. After all was said and done I did get a new tire but my rim was not repaired or replaced. Belzers promised in WRITING to fix ALL scratches. I went back to pick up the vehicle the other day and most of the scratches were not fixed. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THERE WAS A NEW SCRATCH and a slight impression/dent. I was unhappy as you can see...They said to call them two days later to make sure it is finished...
I will never buy from this company and I will tell friends to do the same. THIS was not a good buying experience.
Except for V, and Bob Portwood. But there are just more negatives than positives.
This was our first purchase from Jeff Belzer's KIA. We worked with Jacob Schlee. Jacob was awesome to work with and made us feel comfortable and informed about our purchase. I would highly recommend Belzer's in general and you can not go wrong having a salesman like Jacob working with you.
Great buying/leasing experience. Jacob Schlee was great to work with during the leasing process of our new Traverse. Jacob did a great job helping select our trim level, color, and meeting our monthly lease budget. Sean Guffy was great during the leasing paperwork process and explaining all the paperwork. Made us feel very comfortable during this process. Ethan Spinder did a great job explaining all the different accessories of the Traverse. Would highly recommend Jeff Belzer's to anyone interested in new vehicle.
I found Eric and the dealership to be very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and efficient! Also I loved Eric's humor :) I was shown all the options available for my specific needs in a vehicle and my specific questions got specific answers. I really liked that!
I have leased 2 cars through Jeff Belzer but will never go to this dealership again. Have been trying all day to get somebody to respond to my attempt to cancel and get my refund from a service contract that was sold to me. Have been told I need to call a certain person at Jeff Belzer ask for phone number am told that phone is not working ask for an Email send e mail no reply send evmail to sales no reply send email to custermet service no reply I guess they need my money rather then honor the service contract a TOTAL RIP OFF
Great buying experience. The salesman, Griffin, even gave me his cell phone number so we could correspond and coordinate easier because I was coming from out of town to purchase this vehicle. In my opinion, their purchasing process could be streamlined slightly for cash purchases. They insisted on going through the whole credit check process even though we weren't financing. But all things considered, a pretty solid experience and a very clean vehicle.
All the employees here are super friendly. The entire process of working with each group from the sales to the delivery coordinator was pleasant. I'm loving my new Chevy Trax and will go back to Jeff Belzer's for my next car purchase.
Very disappointed in this dealership. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience as someone else. Classic bait-and-switch. They advertise one price online and promise it in an email and then when you request a written quote, the price changes. Such a huge waste of time. I've bought cars from out of state for many years and never had something like this happen. I'm just glad I didn't make the 4 hour drive like some previous customers did just to find out they drive up the price. Make sure you get a written agreement on price (with all fees) prior to going in if you want to purchase here. If you want to pay the price actually quoted, buy somewhere else. It amazes me that dealers can still do this these days. Government cracked down on airlines doing it...now they need to require dealers to be more transparent.
If I could give this place a review of zero stars I would, my son bought a car from here that ran for 2 hours and then stopped working. The place refused to take the car back or fix it. I would highly recommend not buying here.
Would never go back to collision center. Had my truck 3 months with constant promises earlier of being done. When I picked up there was no paperwork to sign or ok Wondering if anyone could of picked up my truck? Revived it back with a full box of snow which I don t do being I have a cover on box. Then to have to turn around cause they had over spray of paint all over windows to receive a oh not a sorry nothing. The list continues of the run around you get from them.
Aaron was friendly, helpful, informative, and very enjoyable to work with. The buying process was very smooth and I left feeling super satisfied! Thanks again Aaron!!
Dylan Khan and Ryan Burns sold me my vehicle. Amazing service and staff. They helped me with everything I needed and wouldn t of asked for anything different! They did an amazing job! If I could rate it 10 stars I would!
Terrible end of lease treatment both from this dealer and KIA. Their all smiles when they sell or lease you a vehicle, but when it comes time to return it watch out. Never really had issues with my other KIA dealer however, just Jeff Belzer. Would never buy or lease from these guys again.
I found a Kia Optima Hybrid on Jeff Belzer,s website at a great price last Saturday night and used the chat function to set up an appointment for the following Monday. On Monday morning I received a call from Justin Englin to confirm the appointment. My wife and I went there and received excellent service from Justin and the rest of the staff. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted and at a great price. Received a fair price on our trade in without the hassle I've experienced at other dealers. Would highly recommend Jeff Belzer and there excellent staff for your next vehicle. Especially helpful was our salesman Justin Englin, very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Also got great service from Cole Hawkins explaining the technology of the vehicle before we left for home. Also Josh Heimkes handled the finance details in record time. My wife and I went home in a new Kia in record time. Very satisfied!!!
Just bought a new Ram truck from Jeff Belzers in lakeville and I couldn t be happier. Bob Burke, our salesman was a straight shooter which is rare to find these days and it made the process very easy! I got a great new truck at a very competitive price. If you re on the fence about coming to Belzers give Bob Burke a call and you won t be disappointed!
I highly recommend Jeff Belzer's. They have a large inventory compared to dealerships in the area. Our salesman Mike was great. He had the vehicle we were interested in looking at already pulled up to the front before we got there and was very easy to work with. Mike also had a lot of knowledge on the vehicle we bought.
The salesman James was very kind, honest, helpful and professional. We were very happy with our purchase. The car was very clean and excellent condition. This dealer had great financing program, too. I highly recommend this dealership and sales personnel. Thank you so much James !!!
We went in on Friday with pre-approval from our credit union, and after considering our trade in and our budget we became worried that there was no way we were going to get something to meet our needs, but Justin (the salesman) and Andy (the business manager) worked incredibly hard to find not only the right vehicle for us, but they gave us a very fair deal for our trade in and got us better financing than what we came in with. We are so happy that they took so much time to work with our budget. Justin was very down to earth and polite, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They definitely earned us as customers, and we will go to them for our next vehicle as well. Thank you Justin, for your hard work. We love our new Ram!
