Arrived to test drive a Kia Stinger. Took 30 minutes from the time I arrived before the sales staff helped me (scheduled appointment). After the test drive it took over an hour for the sales staff to speak with me (again, scheduled appointment). Finally worked with sales staff on terms only to find out that they cannot honor their online price plus financing terms. Website did not mention that the deal was either or, and allowed me to estimate financing with both discount and special rate. Terrible customer experience and misleading advertised deals make this dealership a must avoid for me.

I called a week later left him a voice mail, no returned call. I called back like 3 more times (different days) same deal voice mail left and no return calls.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. They were so slow. I have never had to wait so long to give someone money in my life. It took 5 hours start to finish and I had a pre-approved loan check from my bank. Should have been easy. Coffee machine was broken and I had to pay for other refreshments.
Even my low budget oil change guy has a better lounge for the atrociously long wait.
The only reason I stuck it out was price. I would have paid a few hundred more elsewhere. I even used my wasted time to search for trucks online that could match their price. I could find close but not better. I will admit their pricing is good. But be prepared to be jerked around and just figure they will waste the better part of your day for the privilege.

We drove five hours each way to buy from Jeff Belzer's because the prices were so amazing. We hammered out a deal over the phone but we had concerns that the deal wouldn't be the same once we made the drive. We had initially worked with Bob Portwood from the New Prague location but the truck we decided we wanted was at the Lakeville dealership, so it ended up being a joint effort to get us what we wanted. Everyone we had contact with was professional and helpful, and we never felt pressured. The deal we had worked out never changed and we drove out in a brand new 2019 Ram. All in all, it was definitely worth the drive.

I was told point blank not to expect KBB or Edmunds trade in value (which is what all consumers use) because of the "deep discounts" they give on their new cars. Seriously?? How stupid do you think people are? There is no longer a "deep discount" if they are recouping that discount by giving less than fair market trade in value. I won't be back with that type of shell game and unethical pricing scheme!

Our experience with Jeff Belzer s and in particular David Petryszyn was excellent! The test drive was no pressure, and the dealership was well prepared for our visit. Of the Kia dealerships in the twin cities, Jeff Belzer s has the most straightforward pricing, free from unnecessary dealer markups, fees, and other nonsense. When we had a problem with a component of the deal, David did an excellent job working through the problem on our behalf. After we drove off in our new Stinger GT2, we discovered the SD card for the nav system was missing. After calling David, he immediately addressed the issue by checking with receiving and the parts departments to see if it was misplaced by them. After being unable to find it, he had the dealership order a new one and mailed it directly to our house. I highly recommend Jeff Belzer s Kia over any other Kia dealership in the twin cities.

I want you to know this review is coming from a car salesman's daughter, who refuses to buy a car from her own dad, that's how good Austin Younger & Sam in finance are!!
Austin was the first to reach out to me after I emailed a general question through Jeff Belzers website, so he became my salesman right away. He and I chatted for days (literally days!) before I even told my husband I was looking at buying a new car. I needed to make sure I wasn't wasting anyone's time driving over an hour one way to buy a car I didn't like, or couldn't afford. Austin was quick to ask me key questions about my budget, what kind of vehicle I was looking for, and other important questions, to make me feel comfortable trusting him as my car salesman.
Austin put me in contact immediately with Sam in finance and she reached out to me with in minutes of me telling Austin I had questions, actually talking time to call me and talk about my concerns!
Sam was very kind, very patient, professional and her follow through is impeccable! Sam and I spent a few days chatting back and forth for hours, making sure I wasn't committing to buying a vehicle I couldn't afford.I finally made my way to see Austin and Sam after picking out a few vehicles that worked with my budget, to test drive.
The entire process of picking out the perfect car, to signing off on it and leaving there within hours of picking it out, with no surprises and no hiccups, was such a relief and no doubt, had everything to do with the amazing rapport building days before I traveled to see them both!
So, to anyone that is just as skeptic as me, when it comes to trusting a car salesman and finance manager, DON'T BE! The team at Jeff Belzers is very honest, very nice and professional when you're in the store and I promise, Austin and Sam will not disappoint, they are honest and very trustworthy, I personally promise you!!

They had the car I wanted, but wouldn't put a hold for a couple days to get my insurance details finalized. I made a call and asked if the car was still on the lot...yes. i said I'd like to make an appt for the next day and I will be paying cash. Without listening to me he asks what is my credit like. You have no right to ask that as I told you I am paying cash. So I made the appt for 11am the next morning and the guy goes...make sure you call b4 you come, to see that the car is still available. I will never buy a car here again and refuse to advertise you. The Belzer sticker has been removed and have spread the word to my friends, family and strangers about my experience. Only reason I didn't go elsewhere is because they had the car I wanted.

Everyone is always nice, but the service takes forever. I've given this dealership too many chances and it's about to stop. I've had appointments to get my car worked on and they always tell me to wait because it will take under a hour. Every time this happens it's been 2 -3 hours. I had new tires put on one time and dropped my car off at 8 am. They said they would call me by noon to pick it up. After no call I called at 2 pm and they said it still wasn't done. I called at 4 pm and they said they were getting to it. Finally at 5:30 I called again and they said it would be done shortly and I could come and get. Why do I have an appointment at 8 am if you are not going to work on it. Plus I set up the appointment 2 weeks in advance. This is just one example of the problems I have had.

Great experience! We were skeptical going in; to many memories of closing pressure, sales manager games, and less than ethical programs. Our salesman, David Sperling, was easy to deal with, very congenial, and knew his business. No pressure, no hassles. We were pleased to learn that he was not on commission. The other staff we dealt with were equally pleasant and competent (Tyler Grubb, Jason Krogerson and Blair Hanson). We had not dealt with a delivery coordinator before (Tyler) and we learned alot from him (he also programmed our phones-huge!). To sum it up, we will be back.

We bought a used truck and the night we left, the check engine light came on. We called the next day and could not get an appointment for 3 weeks. We brought it in and they said it was a sensor. They fixed it and we went home. Again, while driving home the check engine light came on again. We called and theu said to bring it back and they would probably cover whatever was wrong. It ended up beating the oil pump. We had to pay 1600 to have it fixed! They will not cover it! Never ever buy a vehicle from them!

I just got a new car from Belzer's yesterday, and was incredibly impressed. Boston Mike (Mike Sidhom) is the best salesman i've ever dealt with in this industry. He was not only super passionate about his work, but also very helpful in making my decision. He was patient with me when I was very indecisive, and really cared about which car was going to work best for me financially, yet still had what I wanted. He worked really hard to get me a great deal (which it was after some personal research). Never once felt rushed or pressured. The greatest part about my experience was how much fun Mike made it. He was the coolest dude, and just so enjoyable to be around. He didn't make getting this car stressful, boring, or frustrating. Best experience I've had at any dealership so far. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Boston Mike when you come in!!

I recently began my search for a new vehicle online and found myself at Jeff Belzer s in Lakeville due to their great pricing. I exchanged a few emails with the sales associate Justin Englin and then setup an appointment for my wife and I to test drive a few vehicles. Once we met Justin in person we were extremely grateful for his relaxed attitude, genuine personality, and willingness to take the time to answer all of our questions. After test driving a few vehicles we were set on purchasing a new Ram 1500. Justin was very helpful every step of the way and made sure we were always being taken care as we met with other employees to discuss accessories and financing. Blair Hansen and Cody Wilson were also extremely courteous and helpful in getting all of the accessories setup and installed. The pricing is what got us in the door at Jeff Belzer s but the and excellent staff is what will keep us coming back. Thanks guys!

If you need poor service this is the dealer for you!! I had my truck in for an engine light a while back and the light reappeared with very few miles since it was in.
I did have extended insurance at the time but I barely had my truck for an entire summer June through October because belzer would bandage the truck up and send it down the road. I kept coming back for more of their terrible service for a whole season.
What I did find out is belzer knows how to make engine lights stay hidden and not repair the original issue. I was able to clear the codes with a cheap scanner but it wasn't until I had a shop use the expensive equipment to find the deep codes that have been in the truck for a very long time. I have been wasting fuel (again more money out of my pocket) for a long while.
I called belzer and had an appointment for last Monday and when I got there the service person wanted to dig in my pocket before they even look at the truck. I explained that I needed to know if Chevrolet will cover the repairs that were not done right from belzer.
Turns out that no they just repair good enough to get people back in the door over and over again as this creates revenue!
I had full intentions on looking for a new truck depending on how I was treated but I found outstanding deals at Larry Reed Arrow GMC dealer!!!!
I bought a $56,000.00 truck the next day after belzer screwed me for $12,000.00 off the price and Great Financing! Not only a Arrow GMC the Great pricing they also give you the extra accessory's for a discount!!!

I brought my car in for a recall repair, which was the transmission. After 1 week, I got my car back and was told I had a rebuilt transmission. Fast forward to 15 months later and my car is starting to slip gears when I drive. I bring it to a transmission shop and am told that my transmission needs to be rebuilt. I said how is that possible? I just had Jeff Belzer fix this and they rebuilt it 15 months ago. I called Belzer and explained the situation, and they said they have a 12 month, or 12,000 mile warrant on their repairs. I ended up paying $5,000 to have the transmission shop fix my car. When the transmission shop took it all apart, they said that 1 of the parts in the transmission was put in wrong and caused the whole thing to break. I called Belzer after the repair and talked to the service manager, and told him what happened. He told me he would look into and call me back. I never heard from him again. Don't bring your vehicle to belzer for anything. They could cost you a lot more money in the long run, and they obviously dont stand by their work.

Soon after that i was able to setup an appointment to look at the car. The whole buying experience was also fantastic. The new car did have some minor imperfections and Bob made sure they were all taken care of very soon.

I purchased a new Chevrolet Silverado from Belzers last year. A month into ownership I noticed a periodic rattle or flutter that comes from what seems like under the drivers door when I throttle. I brought it in for repairs and they said it was the gas line "harmonics" causing the noise and replaced a part. The noise never went away so I brought it back in and they said they cant do anything about it. There is no documented repair for it and I would have to live with the noise! Pretty frustrating when you spend 45k on a new vehicle that makes noises it shouldn't and your told too bad. I will never buy another vehicle from Belzers and I recommend staying away.

Bob Burke could not have been nicer or more direct with what we were buying, from the test drive to turning over the keys today. We had a few things added on like remote start, etc. Gave us a loaner to drive until all was ready. Mike walked us through some of the bills & whistles, like programming phone, etc. The entire team was great!!

My local dealership tried to warn me against shopping with Belzer's. They told me Belzer's advertised pricing is designed to get me in the door, and once I'm there they'd hit me with hidden fees and extras. Thankfully that turned out to be an empty warning, and Jeff Belzer's advertised Unconditional Retail Price WAS my price. Just like Belzer's sales team assured me, there were no hidden fees or required extras. Shopping with Belzer's I paid a good $3k less than what I would have locally. That was well worth the 3hr round trip for me!
