I did an online quote and was contacted the next day by Blair via phone and email. I emailed Blair back that the vehicle was my husbands and to please contact him the next day (Thursday)because he was off of work. My husband didn t hear from him until Friday when Blair left a voicemail. Blair let me know he left i voicemail via email which I replied he was at work and if He would be in on Saturday, he said yes. My husband called Saturday morning and left a voicemail and never got a call back. We did not hear from Blair again until Tuesday after we sent an email. After the email Blair passed us along to Mike which again contacted me via email. I told the exact same thing as Blair about what we wanted. He was quick to email back and what he needed. I emailed him back early this morning 12/21/17 to please contact my husband to get the rest of the info.....again no phone call....we are not impressed with the service at all!

Belzer s went above and beyond any dealership we have ever dealt with. We drove 3hrs from Iowa to Lakeville MN to purchase our new 2020 Silverado. Hayden, Jacob, Sean and Evan were great to work with. They stayed late to make the deal happen and made our experience quick and easy. Total scam company. They seemed to be very nice employees, but they will completely take advantage of you for your money assuming you won t catch them or say anything. Since they re so large, your business does not apparently matter to them. I drove all the way down to the dealer to buy this truck on the last day of the month and after taking it for a test drive they told me they MISSED an open recall on the truck and couldn t sell me the truck that day because it was a safety issue. Super convenient for them. So I put all those extra miles on my car driving to and from the dealer twice. Three days after my first visit the recall was fixed so I drove back with the intention of buying the truck. Now, looking at the ACTUAL SERVICE RECORD on the mopar website the recall was completed the month prior for the vehicle!! So they completely lied to my face.
Next thing. The second day I was there they tried selling it to me for more than it was listed for and when we caught it, they said it was a mistake . Then they would not offer me remotely close to what my car is worth for trade in value because it would sit on the lot until summer . And at the same time, refused to come down in price for the truck I wanted. When they finally said they would offer me more money for my car all they did was took the thousand dollar discount they gave me on the truck (for trading in a car with under a 100k miles) and they subtracted it off the truck and added it to what they would offer me for my car. So the numbers looked better for the trade in value but it was all still the same. Needless to say I tried one last time to adjust what I was getting for my car or paying for the truck and they wouldn t help, so I walked. Reading a lot of these reviews, the things I m saying seem to be pretty common. I would recommend NOT giving your business to this dealership.

One star only because I can't give less! Worst service department and customer service I've ever recieved! Made an appt a week out to have my car serviced but when I tried to drop it off was told if I didn't stay physically in the building they would not work on my vehicle....even though when I made the appt. they asked if I would be dropping it off or staying while it was being worked on and I SAID I WOULD BE DROPPING IT OFF! Service manager should be fired! Terrible terrible terrible don't waste your time!

We purchased a new 2019 Kia Sorrento very recently. David the sales representative did an awesome job of fitting us into just what we were looking for at a fair price. He took time to answer any questions and concerns that were brought up. It is a somewhat long process but he and the other staff members walked us through the purchase step by step resulting in our driving off in a new vehicle within a few hours.

We had a great experience at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville. They accommodated our less-than-ideal schedule, especially since we live over an hour away, and were open late to make sure we had all of our questions answered and all of the paperwork was properly processed. Shayne Goodson made it fun to shop for a car and made the whole process completely painless. The whole team was very informative and patient with all of our questions and deliberations. I would definitely go back again and recommend them to family and friends!

Went in to look at two vehicles. Austin initially offered to help. He unlocked the Chevy Bolt for us and almost immediately excused himself saying he had other customers coming in. He pointed us in the direction of the other car and told us to look for one that was open. After checking out the first car we headed across the lot. We spent 10 minutes looking for an open Kia Soul and finally found one. It wasn't the Trim we were looking for. We spent a total of about 20 minutes waiting for him to come back. He never did. No other salespeople offered to help in that time. We left and won't be back.

Marshall went above and beyond taking care of my request for a used mini van. I found the Van on Auto Trader. com and emailed Marshall for more info. I also texted him on his personal phone over 100 times. Marshall exceeded my expectations thru all my questions. When the time came for me to come pick it up is when i really was impressed. Marshall was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Not to mention helping me secure financing with Tim's help. I told these gentlemen what type of payment i needed and they made it happen. Tim did a great job helping me with the financing. Tim treated me with respect and made me feel important and he did the paperwork with me very well.

HIGH PRESSURE SALES! I was looking at a couple trucks, and wanted more to see what payments and term would be. If it fit within my budget, I'd pull the trigger. Was looking at a service vehicle they showed on their website as new. Had over 4900 miles on it. Was told the warranty would start the day I drove off the lot. Spoke with other salesmen at other dealers, and was told that was a lie. The counter already started. When it got to the finance person, they pushed the paperwork in front of me and told me to start signing. Didn't even determine the price/payment yet. They got my payment amount, but tacked on another year and a half to the term. Told them I couldn't do that. Did every tactic in the book then to get me to sign. Went to another dealer less than a week later and got exactly what I wanted for the price and term I wanted.

My advice is to look around. My experience was horrible!

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought From Jeff Belzer. My sales person was Kelly Larson on this most recent purchase-Nice person to deal with.
My experience has been pretty positive with this dealership.
About prices.... I've compared Belzers prices to other local dealerships and they come in significantly lower in many cases than any of the other dealerships closer to the twin cities as far as my research shows. There is still (sometimes) a bit of wiggle room on price- not much because they are after all, in the business to make money and they know what they should be able to get for any particular vehicle.
So, the choice is up to you. My advice when buying a vehicle from this dealership or any other. 1. Know what your needs or wants are, separate them and do not be in a rush. 2. Know what the vehicle that you are interested in buying is worth- do your research!! 3. Negotiate respectfully.
At the end of the day you either will come to a deal or not with your salesperson. If not, no harm done, keep looking, If You can, great. Remember, They cannot give these vehicles away, so have some realistic expectations. If You get a good salesperson, stick with them on future purchases, establish that relationship.

He was patient and answered all of the questions I had, then was happy to set up a test drive. I went in that Saturday and it was really a great car buying experience. Blair was so nice and made the whole process easy, no pressure and everything went smoothly. From my test drive to my trade-in then with financing. Michael Gittins, who I think is a genius, was amazing to work with as well. Great price, great experience, awesome Jeep! I highly recommend Jeff Belzer s and ask for Blair.

I found a vehicle online that I liked and ended changing my mind three times. But I was so impressed with the costumer service that I bought a one way ticket on a Saturday morning, flew 800 miles to Minneapolis and drove my new truck home that afternoon. I had been researching technical data and dealer pricing information on the Colorado for the last 6 months, but had no intentions on purchasing a new Colorado right away. However, after an internet request for vehicle pricing and technical information, Justin contacted me promptly by phone. He was extremely sincere and helpful. After a few quick phone conversations, a text, and a trip to the dealership, he put together a price package second to none. Due to Justin s efficiency and coordination with other great Belzer staff, I drove the truck away the same day. Overall, Justin was sincere, dependable and technically sharp on the vehicle specifics. I love the vehicle but my experience buying it & with Service wasn't great. The website mentioned a warranty and new snow tires, didn't get either (I did get a discount on the price, but the snow tires were the main reason why I came to this dealership before any other). The carfax said detailing was completed on 4/20 (I purchased the vehicle 4/24) and the car was as dirty as the previous owner traded it in. I brought it in 6 days later for the detailing and they did a 7/10 job (maybe because the car was already sold and they didn't need to put in the extra effort to make it look appealing)

Bought a truck there last year. The purchasing process was more painstaking than buying a house (6+ appointments to finally close the deal). My salesperson was almost completely unfamiliar with Chevy trucks. They offered about $10,000 off msrp via miscellaneous promos, until my less than perfect credit made an appearance at closing. I could list a handful more inconveniences.
Just recently I brought the truck in for an alignment, I was told they needed an extra 2 hours to straighten the rear axle due to the (previously installed) 2" leveling kit. I didn't argue, even though it shouldn't take a rookie 10 minutes to loosen/tighten 4 u-bolts, with the truck in the air. The time came to pay up, noticed a little something extra on the invoice. $39.99 hazardous waste fee. Really? For an alignment? I'm no master mechanic but I'm not an idiot. The cashier called the mechanic to come explain the charge. After waiting about 10 minutes he just paged her back saying to reprint the invoice. Oh, and what do you know, no hazardous waste fee.
In conclusion, being honest, I cannot say wether or not I'll buy my next truck there (in a year or 2), I will shop around. Most people would never step foot back in the door after my series of experiences. We'll see.
One thing is for sure. I will NOT be having my vehicles serviced there unless it's a warranty issue. I appreciated the free loaner though. I buy a $45k truck then have a $400 alignment completed 8 months later, I do appreciate the free loaner. I could've been charged for that I suppose (sarcasm).

From the start of the conversations, he was very responsive to questions and knowledgable about the vehicle I was buying. He kept me up to date on every step of the process from the test drive to leaving the building with the new vehicle. The whole process never felt rushed or that I was being pushed into buying something I didn't want. Michael Gittins in finance and Ethan Spindler, who went over the vehicle, were great to deal with as well. Worst customer service I've ever received. The man...

Worst customer service I've ever received. The manger spoke (it was more of a yell...) to us like we were incompetent and made remarks that could easily be false advertising. Walked out and would NEVER go back.
Called to speak with a different manager about my experience, and have yet to hear back. They obviously don't care about the business.
"Certified" vehicles obviously aren't inspected since the breaks on the car we were looking at were basically done for (same with the tires). Yet the manager yelled at us as if he were insulted we even mentioned the fact the breaks were gone.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

Update: We spoke to managers, after calling and calling (they're HORRIBLE at returning calls/answering the phone), no deal was ever closed, nothing was ever rectified (we received an apology- I've heard better apologies from 3 year olds...), and the car we were interested in buying, obviously went to auction- it was never sold- it's just gone. They really lost out, which they deserve.

I recently purchased a used Toyota 4runner from Jeff Belzer's. Working with Austin Nelson was a great pleasure. My only complaint would be with the financing and detailing process, as this area was slow to respond and were not helpful in efficiently resolving my car issues. Austin, on the other hand, was polite, very helpful and super patient. I was able to get the car I wanted close to the price I was looking for. There were a few issues I found with the car but Austin was diligent and proactive in getting the issues fixed. After purchasing the car, he still kept in touch to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend Austin as your salesperson.

The internet sales team can quote a vehicle price and send you an email confirmation with the unconditional price and you can call them the same day before you arrive to confirm once again but then they change the price after a test drive. Volume dealer looking to sell vehicles. Bought used vehicle that was on lot for 4 days and never got cleaned or detailed was promised a detail of vehicle at later date. I live 1.5 hours away and I offered to come back next day or 2 to give them time to detail and clean and me time to clean personal stuff out of trade in vehicle. New vehicle was pulled along side my trade in and was told no you can transfer your stuff or we will do it for you and we will have you bring new one back later for detail. Well it s been 3 weeks and heard nothing and conveniently the paper about the detail wasn t put in envelope with the rest of my paperwork so I have no proof. Was at dealership for 3.5 hours start to finish. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions.

We were able to narrow down our choices, test drive, finance and be on our way in just a couple hours. Our salesman, Bob Burke, made sure that we were well informed without any pressure. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing and made sure that we were taken care of through the whole process. The entire team that we worked with from sales to accessories to finance were friendly, professional and made our all around experience pain free. As an added bonus, we were also provided with a Delivery Coordinator that showed us the ins and outs of all of the technology of the vehicle. Working with Jeff Belzer's was well worth the drive and i will definitely be back.

Very disappointed and disturbed by the incompetenc...

Very disappointed and disturbed by the incompetence at the service center. have a certified pre owned Chevrolet pickup. Brought it in to get diagnosed and fixed, receive a call stating it was something that was brand new. Brought it to my mechanic who installed a Rough Country Lift, and asked him to take a look at what Jeff Belzer's said was the issue. He replaced the part that was warrantied by Rough Country, and the problem that I initially brought it in for is still happening. Tried calling Belzers and asked to speak with Service manager, Was redirected to Customer service manager, asked again to speak to Service manager or the GM, was transferred again. Finally spoke to "MIKE" Service manager. He asked to talk to the Off Road shop that installed my kit. Never heard back from him. Called again and was again rerouted back to customer service manager, which again was of no help. Called GM headquarters, and they confirmed that part is under warranty. The whole buying experience, and the service at Belzers has left me less than desirable. Be weary and take your money to a reputable dealer that still believes in backing their product and the warranties they carry.

Jeff Belzers always takes care of my needs and are very attentive to customer service. I like how they are expanding on new technology such as the live oil change camera to see if you have long lines before a wasted drive on Friday no appt day. Staff is very friendly and makes sure the job is done right. Have had to use the auto body a few times in the past due to hitting deer and it's always a superb job all around. There was once an additional ding that wasn't there before I had auto body work when I came to pick it up, but after talking to the auto body manager, the ding repair guy happened to be there that day and it was quickly erased away - that's definitely classy service! Good work team!

I went to Belzer s as I liked the upfront pricing along with the ease of use of the web page with current inventory. Donovan was extremely helpful in comparing a few different models and made the sales process smooth as well as non pressuring. Overall it was a much simpler truck buying experience than I was expecting and would recommend.

My car broke down while still under the GM warranty. Jeff Belzers (where I bought it) had no loaners and I had to Uber to a Budget rental. This was the only open rental place. My rental charges were not refunded because they gave me a Toyota. This was the only car they had available. Then they found out the rear seal failed and I needed a new motor. I found out they put in a used motor and did not tell me. I got my truck back unwashed with a low rear tire and used motor with no warranty. I will be suing Jeff Belzers. Avoid them at all costs. They tried to offer me 2 free oil changes. Nothing but a slap in the face after all of this. You should be ashamed.

I have too many negative things to say about my experience so I will just try and summarize. 1. Go in with financing first. Do not finance at dealerships in general they can and do add interest to your loan without you knowing. I learned the hard way and refinanced within 2 weeks and saved 46% interest over Belzers. 2. Don't trade your car in before getting other offers from different dealers. 3. If you get bad service rate them poorly on manufactures survey. This is the only thing they care about. They were more worried about my review of them to Dodge than they were of fixing the problems I had.Educate yourself on these topics and you'll be way better off.
