I called the dealership on the way there to enquirer about a vehicle they had and Donny kindly took my call. I already knew enough about the vehicle and exactly what I wanted. For Donny, it was probably one of the easiest sales deals he's had (my assumption).

The "sales person" was pleasant to deal with and I felt comfortable during the sales process. I even met his son (as he worked there as well) and he too was pleasant to deal with.

The vehicle had a couple marks on it and they had it buffed out at delivery and all was good.

The service technician that walked me through the vehicles features was knowledgeable and very nice.

The only negative experience I had was; Expect to be pushed, persuaded into buying "add-ons" such as warranties and other coverage's. The Business Manager was a little on the pushy side - more then I have recently had to deal with (I've purchased/traded 8 cars in the last 3 years and probably over 30 in the last 20 years - so I've seen it all). And he did his job well. I walked away purchasing an extended warranty (something I never do) and I'm not quite sure I'm "OK" with it. However, I have 60 days to decide if I"m happy with it. And to be clear, he didn't force me to do anything. I made the choice!

Also, people please... if you think you're going to get a reasonable price for your trade, then I suggest you have patience and sell it to a private party. Or expect to get the low side of KBB. Rarely will you get what your asking for. It's just a sad fact. For me, I knew the value I would be offiered and by understanding how dealerships negotiate, I was able to get what I expected. HOWEVER! Use your gut AND your HEAD. If it doesn't feel right, decline the offer and find a different alternative. Don't put emotion into a business transaction. It's business. Commission is commission and expect to be "penny pinched" throughout the process. Go in with exactly what you expect and are willing to pay on the bottom line. And DON"T SWAY from it. You'll go away happy you purchased a vehicle.

Finally, I typically use the same dealership at least 3 times in a span of 4 years. Given the level of service, the geographical location to me, and range of vehicles they sell - I expect to be there again this summer. ;-)

Currently working with Austin Younger and Adam Colon. Great price on 2018 Ram 2500! So far so good! Will update after papers are signed.

I traveled 8 hours to purchase my new truck as it was the lowest price within 400 miles. Belzer's was able to give me a good deal on my trade and an excellent deal on the new vehicle. I was able to get out the door for 2-4k cheaper than other dealers on similar vehicles with less options. I dont hesitate to travel for a good deal so it's not for everyone.

Belzer's was busy on Saturday when I picked up my truck which is understandable given their size and the volume at which they sell. If not having to wait for the customers in line in front of me I probably could have been out in less than 30 minutes (had a deal in place before arriving). It took longer to process my truck through their car wash and detail then the actual deal.

I didnt get to meet Adam but he got the deal squared away. Austin Younger was real chill and helped us through the process upon arrival. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in getting an awesome price! (Keep in mind I purchased a truck that was a 2018 and the new body style 2019s are on the way, I was ok with this, you experience may differ)

On October 12th 2017 I went in to the New Prague location to look at a couple vehicles. Before starting I explained to my salesperson Mark Legut the situation I was in. He immediately went to work to get the best possible solution to help me. The vehicles I had chosen unfortunately did not fit my situation. I was now in the hands of the lenders as to what with my situation they would allow. I had a large amount of negative equity to get rid of. Finance went to work and it took a little time and patience but they were able to get me a lease on a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4X4. On October 14th I signed the papers and drove off the lot in a vehicle I absolutely love. It exceeded my expectations. My appreciation goes out to Mark, the finance crew and the rest of the staff at Jeff Belzer's in New Prague for helping me.

Stay far away from this store
Went in over Labor Day to purchase a used Chevy Tahoe ($21k). The salesman I worked with was nice, but hide a huge factor when buying a used vehicle. He pulled the truck out for the test drive. It went well no lights or issues with the truck. Once the "AS IS" and loan paperwork were signed we went out the Tahoe to bring it around to my trade and the "service suspension system" came on the dash. I looked at my salesman and he shrugged and said so? All Belzer's could do to make it right was tell me what was wrong and hand me an estimated bill for $1,400. Wow what a deal!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Julio and I wouldn't buy car from anyone else He listened to what I was looking for and spent a lot of time and effort on finding the right vehicle for me. He respected my budget and didn't push me at all. He was extremely professional and I felt that the attention he spent on me was superior. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I not only got a great deal on my vehicle but had amazing service from start to finish.

My daughter and I had an awesome experience buying a used car from Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville. Our sales person, Adam Olson was a gem. He was very positive and professional but fun and personable as well. He sat with us and made small talk which alleviated the stress of waiting. He never abandoned us or "got lost"...we really appreciated his friendly manner. My daughter is obsessed with her car and we will be sending friends and family to Adam in the future :)

Between service, sales, it's all a waste of time. Every time I've put myself through the misery of going to this dealership because it is very close to home, I ask myself why? There have been multiple horrible sales people I have dealt with. It's amazing how when buying a car they suddenly have their family/wife drive that car too...eye roll. We may be young but we're not idiots, thank you.

They literally ruined our camaro tires, came here from California with nas, had to switch because they didn't have it. They didn't switch the caps, and they got stuck on there and we had to replace them. They were the only people to service that car.

Unless you're looking to pay the full msrp on a vehicle, don't waste your whole day sitting at this dealership, which doesn't even have any basic amenities, maybe some cold coffee and warm water.

I don't need your copy and paste response to this comment, and I would not buy from this dealership in good conscious, even with a better deal.

Great place to go really reasonable price if you want to buy a car come here they will work with you with your credit if it's not that great and their service department is excellent a little behind on the rentals but they will help you to get into a car as soon as possible

you asked for my review and now you will get it. we walked in with cash to purchase a used Kia, we were not treated well at all. I can't believe my husband wanted to go thru with the sale after the way we were treated. they would not take a trade on my Ford. We purchased a used car and they kept the car for 4 days while claiming they were "detailing it" yes, they showed us a dirty car. we picked the car up today and the seats are dirty, one of them has a tear it, i showed to sales person and he said "well it is a used car" and "no we don't repair that" BUT if you bring it back we will "detail the seats". I also opened the drivers side door and there was dirt all along the rubber gaskets. they did not "detail" this car at all! We are taking pictures and sending them directly to Kia with a letter describing our "experience" with this dealer AND letting everyone we know NOT to buy a car here and why. Nice way to treat my husband who is a "senior" and has a disability.

Great place. I will only buy my cars from Dave Nowacki from there. Made a mistake when going to a different sales guy for my challenger. Dave ensures you are well informed before agreeing to meet the financing dept for the paperwork and makes sure you know what the car can do to allow yourself to form a better opinion before, during and after a test drive. Level of service that he gives highly shows his skill and knowledge in the sales business. No high pressure to buy/lease when deciding if the vehicle is right for you or not.
Service dept is great. Just brought my Kia Soul there for an oil change and tire rotation this evening. I was expecting to pay $60-$65 to get it done but they surprised me and offered both for $39.99 after telling them that i didnt have any packages or coupons.

Then I was told I was getting a lease for 359$ but then the salesman said oh sorry that sold.He gave my hopes up. Then I still didn't get the price of my trade in. Upon walking in I witnessed a sales man talking with three young men. Without finishing business with the men, the sales man turned around and walked to another couple and asked if they had been helped. The young men were obviously mid-conversation and confused why the sales person walked away from them. They said, really? Stood there confused for a couple seconds, then left.

I also witnessed another male sales associate leaning against the receptionist desk rolling his eyes, red faced, angry about something completely different.

I recently bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville, and I couldn't be happier with the service and my purchase. This is my third solo vehicle purchase, and I have never dealt with such great staff as I did at Jeff Belzer's. I had setup my appointment through my USAA account, and met with Adam Colon to view and test drive a couple of the vehicles they had at the lot. Though the first choice didn't quite meet my needs, Adam was able to find me the perfect car. I never felt rushed or forced into making a purchase. Adam and the rest of the sales team that I worked with allowed me to make the decision that would best suit me and my situation. On top of their professionalism, everyone was very friendly and welcoming - Adam was very personable in his demeanor, rather than making me feel like just another sales number. Adam and the rest of the sales team made sure to engage me in all of the conversations that involved the car and my overall finances - they made me feel fully involved, which is a great thing since I'm the buyer! I also have to make note of the immaculate facilities they have at their location. All of my future vehicle purchases will be made at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville.

We recently purchased our new to us 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 from Jeff Belzer's. We started our journey online and received quick responses for the sales team! Once we got there, we worked with Bob Burke, he was absolutely fabulous-very energetic and fun to work with. Very impressed with their financial team also, they worked for almost an 2 hours- 45 minutes of which they were on hold- to get us the best rate. We will be going to them for our next purchase!

Honest and fair pricing is not quite the experience you get versus what they say they do on all negative reviews. First this dealer is 1 hour drive for me to get to. I was interested in a vehicle that showed that it had a Tonneau cover, running boards, and a bug shield in the pictures. Work with sales person over multiple emails and a phone call and was never told ALL of this was removed. Why post pictures of this vehicle with $1200+ in accessories when they are all removed and not tell a person who is interested in the truck. Second - like many negative reviews their trade in offers are ridiculous. I used the tool off THEIR website to estimate my trade - truck had newer tires, new brakes and somehow they still managed to offer $2500 less then even their own tool told me my trade in was worth. And if you think the $1k trade in bonus is a bonus - it isn't - as others also state it comes right off their trade in appraisal. They also tried using the tax savings in MN you get by trading in a vehicle as part of the trade in "offer" they were giving me... what a joke.. they don't give anyone that... the state does it because that vehicle is then resold and the new buyer pays taxes on it. First time I have ever had a dealer try that game. In fairness - if you are buying a vehicle outright - meaning you don't have a trade - they are a high volume dealer and clearly price their vehicles competitively - but if you are trading in that means nothing as they low ball the trade - so if you pay 3k more at another dealership for the same vehicle but get $4k more in trade for yours - you are better off at another dealer. Also - as others mentioned service was very slow... having to ask for your salesman after waiting for 15 minutes with him no where in site - gets frustrating when you are trying to give a place business. Good luck to those that shop here - personally not a place I will be going back to.

My husband and I went in looking to take advantage of a deal the manufacturer was offering in the month on 2018's. The whole process felt gross. The first indication was the car we wanted to look at was listed with 1,500 miles on the website. The rep went out to look at it and it had 3,500 miles on it actually. He told his manager, the website was promptly updated but the price was not dropped nor were they willing to work with us for a lower price. One of the cars they went to pull for us was dead and even after it was jumped and driven, wouldn't start the second time. Another car had paint missing and they said that's just wear and tear from being in the lot and the cars are sold as is so it wouldn't be fixed. Then there was another vehicle we liked but knew we could get a better price at another dealer, based on sticker and what they would give us for a trade in. They still would not budge on price. We were also told we were dumb if we buy a car based on what the dealer will give us for a trade in. Every time we tried to negotiate on price, they would show us a different vehicle or tell us again why the "Jeff Belzer" way of selling cars is better. Once they gave us a beyond low ball offer on our trade in, told us we wouldn't find a better overall package price at a different dealer, insulted our intelligence and called us dumb in under 10 minutes we left. We ended up a Luther Dealership, we got the same model and year vehicle that we could have bought at Belzer's for over $1,000 less, with an upgrade stereo, moon roof, and sport package, which brings the overall package price to over a $3,000 better deal then Belzer and the whole process took 2 hours less.

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the time and effort Brian Grundhauser Service Advisor always puts into helping me get my Dodge Serviced. I have had to come in a few times now and always get ahold of Brian by name knowing that he'll take the time to let me explain the ways i've troubleshot the vehicle issues and take down a detailed explanation of the problems I've described saving both myself and the Service Tech. time and money. His close attention to detail in taking the notes at the beginning pay dividends in the end troubleshooting vehicle issues and problems.

Me and my wife had an overall good experience. We had a few unexpected kinks through the sales process but that wasn t entirely on the dealer. Bob Soucheray and Kara in finance were amazing to work with. There was no pressure and they were straight forward in explaining everything to us and helping us work through the kinks. I like the no BS and no commission atmosphere. Now we have a very nice 2013 Town and Country that will last us a long time! I would refer anyone looking to purchase a car to head to Belzer s and contact Bob Soucheray!

The dealership had a nice selection of vehicles and we ultimately purchased a vehicle that we really like. However, the process took 6 hours from start to finish and we only test drove one vehicle and had our financing taken care of before we even went to the dealership. Also, I had been in prior contact via email with a salesman and he said "I will offer to fill your tank just for making the drive." We drove 4 hours to be there and at the end he denied filling our gas tank and we left the lot on empty. I have proof if anyone cares to see it. I would think after spending $27,000 there today they could've at least given us a full tank of gas. So the customer service kind of sucked overall.

Belzer's communicated with me online, showed me the exact car I was looking for. Did my financial paperwork online. I drove out to the dealership, they had my car ready at the front door. Signed a few documents, got a tour of my car and was out the door shortly after. I got the lowest price in the Metro on a Kia Soul, love it and very happy with the entire experience.

Overall I had a good experience. Just bought a 2017 Silverado 3500 Duramax. For some reason it had a slight scratch on the front fender. The shop touched it up as best they could. While driving home from the dealership, one of my center caps fell off my wheel. Jeff Belzer's overnighted me a new center wheel cap. I would recommend. Very good pricing on new trucks!

This review is for Lakeville and New Prague. I used Adam Engdahl who works at lakeville to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler. His service was great up to the time i signed the papers. The next day when i removed the paper floor mats i discovered 2 floor mats were missing. Since then i have been told multiple times by adam that multiple people had orderd the mats. and i still don"t have them. This started on Aug 7. I did recieve the wrong set of free Weathertech mats that someone offered that are not even correct for my vehicle. So be ware when you have issues after purchase even small issues as easy as mine should be no one at either of the dealerships involved seem to be able to resolve even a simple issue. To be fair Adam alwayse answers messages and promises things are getting done.

Not a great experience with the Sales team and management. Nice enough but I really feel like their advertising is deceptive. Unconditional Price is fine (in fact a pretty fair price in my opinion) but when they advertise $1,000 trade bonus for 2009 or newer, don't think for a minute you are getting a "bonus". You'll laugh at their trade value they offer. Just because your "unconditional price" is low, doesn't mean you can low ball trade ins. As an experienced car buyer, I knew what my trade was worth and what a fair price for the new vehicle was. After many, many back and forth's with the sales staff, I wasn't going to budge. After one trip to another dealer, we got exactly what we wanted in a matter of an hour and drove it home that night.

Sent in an a request for pricing on a 2019 Ram. Had a response, the very next morning from Bob Burke. Worked through him via email and hammered out some numbers on some different trucks and when I finally went in, it was a quick and easy process. Very informative and a positive attitude!

My salesman Donovan Martin was a true professional in every way. He clearly explained what the process was going to be and followed through with everything he said he would be doing. Mr. Martin also answered all my questions to my satisfaction...and more!!!
Your young man selling accessories and Tim in Financing were also very nice and they weren t pushy in trying to get me to purchase anything I didn t want. I appreciated that very much!
I guess the only negative I would have for you is that my truck was delivered to me less than perfect condition (I know, it s a used vehicle). Inside the drivers door I was able to wipe off some dirt or grime and running boards too. No big deal... just something for your people to know about.
Finally your tech guy Mike... He, in my opinion, went above and beyond in explaining all the options in my truck! A great young man and I think he ll go places!!!

This is the first time buying a car was actually a pleasant experience. Great salesman. No pressure to buy. Emphasis was on educating me about the vehicle. The prices are set so there's no negotiating to worry about. And their price was the best I could find when comparing to other dealerships. Also, a very large selection allowed me to find the vehicle I wanted and the options I wanted without having to buy options I didn't care about.

Complete scam artists. Made an appointment to go lease a new Kia per a "zero due at signing lease" that was advertised heavily. Spoke to the salesman several times on the phone. I drove 50 miles to make the transaction. When I showed up I was informed that their "zero due at signing lease"actually requires you to pay first payment, tax, title, and fees. How is that zero due? I could have paid the fees, but I'm not giving my business to a scam artist. Give your business to a business that does business honestly.

Having done an incredible amount of research into what I was looking for made the experience super efficient in working with the team at Jeff Belzer's. We were able to find the exact car I was looking for and the team presented me with the best options to acquire the new vehicle, taking into account my budget.

Also, because it was around lunch time, they offered us some of their BBQ that was delivered while we waited.

This was not my first experience with Jeff Belzer's Chevrolet. It was time to upgrade my second vehicle, and with such a positive experience the first time, I call Bob Soucheray for help. As also, his upfront, honest approach was welcoming and made the purchasing experiencing pleasant and certainly learned a few new jokes out this. I would recommend Jeff Belzer's Chevrolet, and certainly would suggest a call out to Bob for your vehicle needs.

We purchased a 2013 Dodge Caravan from Jeff Belzers in 2012 and added the rustproofing, body care, and fabric care packages. We made an appointment for Thursday, September 17, 2015. We arrived 30 minutes before the booked time. The car care manager, "Cody", was waiting for us and I explained that there was tar all around the bottom panels of the car. He told us not to worry about it and that he would personally take care of the problem. The tar was hardened and it was extremely difficult to remove. There was not an additional charge and the car looked like new when he had finished. Both my. Wife, and I, have aggressive rhuemotoid arthritis and cannot do the heavy cleaning that was required to remove the hardened tar. Jeff Belzer's, and "Cody", are real blessings. We thank you for your wonderful customer service, friendliness and dedication.

After a couple weeks of test drives and going back and forth on new versus used, we finally got a new suv. Mark Marella and the finance team worked with us down to the wire and was able to meet our strict budget with no pressure at all. We had already purchased a car here a couple years ago, so we knew their quality, costs, and customer service for maintenance and we ended up going with Jeff Belzer again. I have been looking at Dodge Challengers on line for a few weeks,
thinking one of these day I am going to get one..
I've gone to a couple of dealers in my area and out to look at some.
But was never ready to pull the trigger on one until I found one at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville.. since I live north of the MSP area it is a hike to get there..
But it was worth it! I had an appointment with Mike Voss to look at it,
He gladly walked me to the car, unlocked it and asked if I wanted a test drive? ubecha! I took it out and came back and was "hooked"
this was a CPO.. and in super shape, they really went through it..
and it was at a price I couldn't walk away from..
I bought that night.. everyone was nice, friendly, easy to deal with..
when in the market next time for another new or CPO car, I will be starting with Jeff Belzer's website.

Had My Car in twice for a blind spot light blinking in the left rearview mirror. After waiting about 3 weeks both times to get an appointment with a loaner car it's still blinking! They can never seem to duplicate it but right after I leave the place it starts blinking again. It maybe seems to happen after dark & the service department isn't open at that time but after paying for a car with this feature, I expect it to work. Not very satisfied & will remember this next time I go shopping for a new car.

Jeremy was very very helpful. I was in a tight situation with needing to either buy out my vehicle (lease end) or get into something new. I had some credit struggles last year and not enough time for score to climb high enough. Jeremy knew your product well enough to suggest a vehicle with high rebates and low enough price to get to my monthly payment target point. I had already been to a Luther's and was told no way under $400/mo, I left almost in tears worrying how I could possibly afford a vehicle with lease end.
