I recently bought my 3rd car from JEFF BELZER S and the process was great. I called the other day to inquire about my extended warranty I purchased and the front desk lady (who I called back for a 3rd time just to find out her name....which was Kerry) couldnt of been ruder to me on the phone. She not only hung up on me but when I called back the second time she put me on hold and I overheard her say to someone it s this pain in the butt lady again looking for finance ...apparently at JEFF Belzers they only care when your buying the car and not after.
