Aiello Home Services Review

Technician was very professional and did the job quickly. Unfortunately, I feel Aiello Home Services is extremely overpriced, especially for the part that was replaced on my furnace.

Bill personifies exceptional customer service. He is courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Nick from Aiello arrived promptly and was professional, friendly and courteous. He quickly performed a quality plumbing repair job and identified what caused the valve failure in the first place, and corrected the issue so it does not occur again. Nice work Nick.

Had electrician out to home, great experience with Carmelo. He was down to earth and not interested in selling me something I didn't need at the time. However, I had a complete opposite experience with Jesse the "replacement specialist". He offered no alternatives to the quote he provided saying his options were the best and he was offering a 10% discount at a grand total of about 14k. Did not show us what the AC options were, no brochures to show options and alternatives. Just "we are the best price and the best products, if you find it somewhere it's too good to be true". Definitely a weakness for your company. Asked for a quote emailed similar to how the electrician emailed his quote and sales rep said they don't do that.

I was very happy with Aiello's service call today. The plumber found my problem quickly and took care of everything immediately. He was super nice and very efficient.

The service man arrived within hours! He quickly identified the electrical problem and repaired it. once again, we were very pleased with the speedy, efficient and friendly service.

I had Aiello Home Services for some pretty extensive work on my heating and air conditioning systems. Their work crews were on time, worked very efficiently and were mindful of all the covid precautions, including leaving the house as clean as they found it. Best of all, they were very available for any follow up inquiries I had on operating the systems. This is a class outfit and I highly recommend them.

Excellent response and service time. Aiello sent me the name of the technician, as well as his credentials and picture before he arrived. Technician was professional and friendly, and most importantly, replaced my well pump within a few hours.

The technician Clay Countryman was on time and worked quickly to determine the extent of my problem. He then secured the necessary part, installed and had my system running without any further problems. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, working efficiently and completed the work to my satisfaction. I very much appreciated how quickly this issue, which was not minor, was resolved.

I got same day service which was great. I called in the morning and they were able to arrange an appointment later that day when it was convenient for me. The technician showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problem which was causing my toilet to constantly run. He quoted me and was able to do the work in half an hour. Their prices could be better as they charge a lot -- They charge by the job not labor hours and it was expensive. The parts needed weren't too bad but the overall cost increased significantly because of how they charge.

My first experience with Aiello was beyond expectation from start to finish. From setting up a service call to the work done and a recommendation for future work, every step of the way was easy, professional and with no surprises. I am taking his recommendation on other plumbing work that needs to be done and expect the same high quality experience from Vincent and Aiello. Aiello provides great service. They tend to be priced a little higher but you get what you pay for. They come when they say they will be there, and their dispatcher keeps you well informed of the time they will arrive. All technicians are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I CALLED AT 9 TO SAY THAT THE SERVICE I THOUGHT I WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE AM WAS ACTUALLY SCHEDULED FOR THE PM. THEY IMMEDIATELY CHECKED AND RE-ROUTED A TECHNICIAN WHO STOPPED BY AT 10. JASON L. WAS TERRIFIC IN EVERY WAY. SPENT 90 MINUTES GOING OVER THE ENTIRE SYSTEM AND EXPLAINING WHY A REPLACEMENT PART WAS NECESSARY. POLITE, WELL INFORMED, THOROUGH. DESTINY C WAS A BIG HELP IN ARRANGING FOR US TO RECEIVE A RECEIPT OF THE SERVICE. OUR EMAIL WAS ACTING UP. SHE TRIED TO SEND IT TWICE TO NO AVAIL. SHE OFFERED TO TRY MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT, AND SAID "IF THIS DOESN'T WORK (IT DID) WE'LL GET IT TO YOU SOME OTHER WAY." GREAT PERSISTENCE, UP-BEAT PERSONALITY.

The technician came to the house and went in the attic and looked at the air conditioner. Didn't check the refrigerant level, just came down and said we need to get a better filter, and that he could clean the drum fan inside the unit for $650. That's ridiculous -- plus he really didn't do much at all for $125 + tax service call. My husband was not happy at all.

The price could have been a little better for simple thermostat installation but we are overall satisfied in the work performed and the friendly, timely customer service.

Called them late afternoon yesterday (Friday) because of a leak; they had someone out this morning (Saturday). Under 20 hours from when I called my problem was solved.

Person who did the work also answered a lot of questions I had regarding other potential plumbing work we ve been considering. He was very knowledgeable.

I just bought a new condo and the day I moved in the A/C stopped working. Tom came right when he said he would. He was great. He explained everything in a charming way that never made me feel stupid. I was concerned about the electrical wiring in my house and called Aiello to have a professional check it out as well as having a thermostat moved to the other side of a wall. They scheduled me for an appointment and the technician showed up on time. It was too expensive to address the wiring issue for me at this time but I did have the thermostat moved. The price on that was very reasonable. Technician was very professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend their electrical services.

Who I won't name, came in and didn't ask what's wrong. What happened. So I told him and before he even looked at the furnace, told me I needed a new one. He didn't fix anything. He got my heat going and replaced some nozzle. And made a leak I had worse. Wasted money. Sorry.

We called Aiello on a neighbor's recommendation to get an estimate on converting our propane appliances to natural gas. Tim was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations and was able to provide a quote on two different options while on site. I learned a lot about our existing system which will help us make our final decision and look forward to working with Aiello in future.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We bought a home with 10+ plumbing issues, and we were going to get a couple quotes for the job like we usually do. Rocco C. Showed up to give a quote for the work, and we were so impressed with his knowledge and attention for detail on the initial inspection that we gave the job to Aiello without any further quotes. Rocco showed up the next morning and did the equivalent of 5 full jobs, and problem solved a completely clogged waterline in under 7 hours. He was attentive, fast, professional and worked very clean. I will request Rocco C if anything comes up in the future.

Showed up within 2 hours of my call. Stephen was very friendly and explained everything as well as the cost breakdown. He was very respectful of my property. It was raining outside and he made sure not to track any water or dirt inside. The work was done expertly and quickly. I give Stephen 5-Stars. 4-Stars for Aiello Home Services. Initially there is a $99 charge for coming to the home. Other services companies I have dealt with in the past have waived that fee once additional services were performed and invoiced.

These guys are liars! One star because that is the lowest rating i can give but these guys don't even deserve that! Call other home service companies and they will tell you that they all fix these guys mistakes. We got quoted for our boiler to get fixed for $2000 and they did not contact us for 3 weeks. We decided to do research and find another company. They fixed the issue for less than a 1/4 of the price! If you use these guys good luck! I will continue to let more and more people know so that they do not get ripped off!

Disgraceful service and the company should be ashamed.

After numerous calls with horrific customer service reps that talked over me and became combative at every step in the process, we finally got someone to come out. We got the half hour notification they would be here... then they were late.

We just purchased a home and they serviced the house - in less than 4 months the problem returned but the company told me repeatedly that because we are new owners, they did not have to honor their old work because we aren t the customer and there s nothing they could do for us.
The plumber finally gets here, and plays around for an hour, basically just to bill us. He never looked at the issue and just looked at the shower fixture cartidge and said it needed to be replaced bc it was wet... for $400! He claimed to do it, nothing was done. As soon as he left, we tested the shower (which he did not do) and sure enough it leaked through and cracked our ceiling.

A new plumber came today and found the issue within 5 minutes and showed us how Aiello never even looked where they said (it s impossible bc he would have had to open the wall to do so) and never even replaced anything.

The dishonesty and disrespect we received is appalling and the company should be ashamed by how they treat customers.

I chose Aiello because I heard they have exceptional customer service. I met with the salesman several times regarding upgrading my Central Air and Furnace. I was impressed with the salesperson and chose Aiello over several competitors. After I signed the contract the salesman was done and it's in the rest of the teams hands. I had a HES audit done on my home with Aiello while waiting for a gas line to be installed before the A/C and Furnace were installed. The HES Audit was done professionally and Tim the lead tech is great. From that point on it was down hill. The communication and follow up from the company has been terrible. I've had to continually remind them regarding information they've promised. During the HES Audit it was recommended that I have Insulation installed in my attic which I agreed to have done. I requested a contract but nobody in the office could access the computers that day and it was promised the next day. I had to remind them twice to get me a contract and it wasn't until almost a month later that the contract was ready and I had to remind them of the price quoted. Once the installation began with the HVAC system it was to take two days. They came the first day and worked a while and then came the second day and stayed from 7 am to 10 pm just to change the units which is crazy. I didn't even have duct work replaced. Of course at 10 pm I got a quick overview of the system but I'm not even sure how the thing works as they were wanting to leave as much as I wanted them to leave. The next day I hear a ticking noise that wasn't there before. I write a supervisor at Aiello (David) and request someone contact me regarding the ticking noise and also inquired about rebate forms they took that required their signature and were to be mailed back. I received a reply that the rebate forms would be mailed on Monday the 8th and someone would contact me regarding the ticking in the A/C. It's the 13th and I still have no rebate forms and no follow up from the company. Overall I chose Aiello at a higher price than I could have had the work done with another company because I expected to receive a high level of customer service. I feel overall the work performed was done well but the follow up I've received has been less than expected. When you spend this much money wouldn't you think someone from the company would call and say, "Thanks for the business, how is everything working since we left?". Just very let down.

I was referred to Aiello by my brother-in-law because my central air unit wasn t working. They didn t disappoint. My tech was Rick Newman. He was prompt, super friendly and explained what he was doing as he went along. He saved my entire life on what will be one hot week. Will definitely use them again!

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a heating issue in my house. The morning of my appointment, no one showed up and no phone call. I waited an hour before calling the company when I was disconnected twice! After getting through to someone I was told there was a emergency and that they needed to reschedule!!!!!! I waited 2 weeks for the appointment and then the morning of its cancelled with no warning! I wouldn t do business with Aiello if it was the last heating company on Earth!!!

We called AIELLO to have a technician take a look at a water leak.
Bob Nadile was the tech that responded.
First thing in meeting Bob was him making an apology for not being on time. Actually he was only a few minutes late.
He is real friendly and highly professional in the way he goes about his job.
He took his time in explaining to me the problem, what his recommendations were, and with options.
He didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision about which way to go. Because he explained things in a simple manner, it made my decision real easy.
He is really efficient. I left him to do his work, while I went to grab a quick breakfast. When I returned about 20 minutes later, he was done.
I could see the quality of his work right before my eyes.
We had another job to do, but didn't expect that it could be done the same day.
He called it in, and they gave him the go ahead.
We both left the house, and agreed to meet back at a given time.
He returned with his additional equipment, and arrived the same time that I did, and I got back early.
He estimated that the job would take the rest of the afternoon.
I was juggling with my own chores.
He finished hours ahead of his estimate, explained how the equipment worked, and I was able to get my own work done.
Before he left, he sat in his vehicle and sent a detailed email to my cousin, who hired AIELLO, with an explanation of the work he performed.
What a guy.

I recently had to replace my central AC after 22 years. They came and diagnosed the problem. Set up an appointment to do the work. Crew was polite, let you know what was going on and at the end of the day wanted you to check their work and ask if you had any questions.
I had my electric line upgraded to 200 and a new box with more access. They also replaced all my nob and tube. Again they were very polite and knowledgeable. Explained what they were doing and always asked if I had any questions. Both jobs were done extremely well. This is a company that is reliable, professional and does great work.

I contacted Ailleo when 2 wall heaters were needed at my home, an the stove hooked up to propane. They were 2 hours late after the 4 hour window period they gave me. Once they arrived they quoted me 420.to hook up the stove but told me they'd have to send someone else for the heaters even though I explained that was the work I needed done on the initial phone call. Once I signed the tablet for the 420. fee just for the stove hook up the told me there was no conversion set, I'd have to get that from P C Richards, yet once I did, they wanted to charge me again to come back an finish the job. I spoke with Mike the plumbing manager who asked me questions about the service but then when I attempted to answer him he just continually spoke over me. I asked why the company had no conversion kits on the truck but got no answer. Ailleo did return the following night an gave me a quote of 7,400. For the heaters. I called a small company a gentleman an his sister who completed the heaters for 2,300. An hooked up my stove at no charge, when he put the heaters in. Ailleo wasted my time an if I was foolish enough they would have wasted my money. While they were there they told me I needed a water heater which I already knew, water heaters normally last about 10 years, but that wasn't what they were asked to even look at. I won't have Ailleo back to any of my properties.

I had a leak in my ceiling. From the person I talked to have someone come out to Bob (Plumber) everyone was professional and helpful. I would use this company again

They did an amazing job. I recently just bought a house. The sewage was backed up in the basement they were out here the very next day they repaired everything that needed to be repaired in the same day they also cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. Thanks Scott and the whole team.

I had a bad experience with this company. I m sure they have the ability to do good work but that s not how things work out for me. Tried to get my hot water heater fixed that never happened now I have issues with my furnace. When I called to complain they said we talked to you and told this would happen. I said you told me that my furnace was going to break after I paid you to do work on my hot water heater. I Questioned why I didn t have this issue before they came to my house. He said why don t we refund your money and go our separate ways I said OK because I wouldn t trust you at this point anyway.

We appreciated all the energy savings changes made during the visit. It was good to hear the things we re doing right and other changes we can make economically for additional energy savings.
