I just bought a new condo and the day I moved in the A/C stopped working. Tom came right when he said he would. He was great. He explained everything in a charming way that never made me feel stupid. Turned out it was an easy fix, but enough that I signed up for an annual service contract. Thanks, Aiello, and thank you Tom. You have a customer!
